Abstract
旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具、它用逆向思维的原理,把散热片包实在窄小的通道中,它利用流体力学中等的物理现象,产生旋转叠加效应,这样只要给予轻微的主动对流、就会大大加快气体在窄小导热片风道内的流动速度,达到超强的散热效果,通过智能化控制,节省能量、装入LED路灯罩、通过过滤区B空气吸入门形进风座对导热片进行冷却排风、再径倒桶状灯头座设有的孔排出至上排风孔的长形上防护罩的D处内、后径长形上防护网将热排到外部。延长设置结构和LED灯的寿命,方法巧妙、简单科学、成本低廉、更换维修LED路灯如普通灯泡一样,轻巧便捷,大大减少维护费用,还节省大量铝合金材料,使产品真正达到:长寿命、低碳、节能、环保、真正达到价廉物美的效果,是一件利国利民的好事。

背景技术
[0002] 在之前的大功率LED照明及灯具、芯片散热问题是一个技术的重点,如果散热不好将会直接影响LED寿命,轻则加速光衰、缩短LED灯寿命,重则烧毁LED灯泡。所以LED灯上部均有一个较大的铝合金压铸的散热片,作为散热,利用铝片产生热空气对流来降低温度,LED功率越大、这个散热“帽子”也越大,所以特别是LED路灯上的笨重的散热“帽子”均是利用铝合金的散热片面积大小、灯亮时散热后使其周围环境温度的升高、引起空气对流把热量散发在空气中,有的采用热管散热、但成本太高,就目前这种散热片结构、会大大提高了 LED灯具成本,使产品变得很笨重,所有工矿灯的驱动也均为分体式,加铝合金外壳这将大大增加了成本,大量的铝合金材料被消耗,提取这些铝合金材料及散热片成形、均要消耗大量能源和各种资源及对环境污染,与低碳节能不相合适,作为对现代照明的LED灯具推扩是很大不利,现在LED虽有很大改进,但散热还是有不足之处,LED路灯先期投入大、维护成本高,日前这样情况、大多标注也只有30000小时寿命,实际情况有待质疑,它带来的节能与付出还须有待考虑。
[0003] 本发明旨在提供一种低温长寿命、价廉物美的LED散热装置使产品达到:寿命长、光效高,维修更换方便、价格低的目的,真正达到;低碳、节能、环保、价廉物美的效果。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的第一个目的是;为解决现有大功率LED灯及室内外照明笨重的散热装置,大量使用铝合金材料,而生产这些金属材料与低碳、节能、环保有些得不偿失。
[0005] 本发明的第二个目的是:对现有大功率LED灯的驱动用分别装置或一体装置的一体装置驱动器均有铝合金外壳作为散热材料、它无铝合金外壳、使灯与驱动两者合一共同散热更加节能。
[0006] 本发明的第三个目的是:为充分利用导热片的导热效果,同一芯片阵列组中导采用多条导热片与中心边成一切线、构成旋转叠加效应,使同样风压、流速增加,使同样大小的导热片发挥更大的导热作用、产生更大的对流效果。
[0007] 本发明的第四个目的是:为解决现有大功率LED灯及工矿室内外照明中结构笨重,先期投入大、更换和维修均非常不便、维护成本高问题、达到更换和修理与普通灯泡一样方便更换、快速便捷、最终达到高质量、低成本的目的。
[0008] 本发明旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具:主要由上灯头座和灯座体及导热片与LED灯组成,其特征在于:它用逆向思维的原理,把散热片包实在窄小的通道中,起到导热作用的导热片,其下部设有LED灯珠或LED阵列或LEDC0B上的导热装置,该导热片形如在一个横片状上有数个垂直条长形片,直条形片中无横向连接片,在导热片上部、采用无孔或有散热孔组的导热片与LED灯一起固定在灯座板的孔中,导热片上部设有多个“门”状长形窄小风道兼顾保温及防护的门形进风座,通向中心或构成与中心边成一切线、分别将多个导热片罩住,上部设有风扇、风扇与上面出风管连通,出风管设有直管或钗形管,门形进风座下部与下托盘和下罩圈构成一体,其出风管上部设有一呈倒桶状的上灯头座、上灯头座上部设有灯头或右侧设有横灯头,外一圈有出气孔或小孔消声器或大孔加一圈隔离网,下部与灯座体连接,灯座体与上灯头座分别隔成二个区域,阻止了排向上灯头座的热风向下传热,在风扇的作用下和门形进风座的导向下、形成多个向中心的旋风、产生旋涡旋转的叠加效应、由于风道窄小、使用的总风量不大,且大大加快了窄小风道内风的流动速度,达到节能和快速散热。

[0055] 1)它用逆向思维的原理,把散热片包实在窄小的通道中,利用流体力学中的物理现象,将园周内多条风道均分成、在风扇5的作用下、产生旋转叠加的旋涡效应,用轻微的风扇主动对流、大大加快气体在窄小导热片风道内的流动速度,达到超强的散热效果,大幅降低LED芯片温度、大大减小光衰、延长了 LED灯的寿命。

Claims (10)
1.一种旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具:主要由上灯头座和灯座体及导热片与LED灯组成,其特征在于:它用逆向思维的原理,把散热片包实在窄小的通道中,起到导热作用的导热片(8),其下部设有LED灯珠(9)或LED阵列或LEDCOB上的导热装置,该导热片(8)形如在一个横片状上有数个垂直条长形片,直条形片中无横向连接片,在导热片上部、采用无孔或有散热孔组的导热片(8)与LED灯(12) —起固定在灯座板(7)的孔中,导热片上部设有多个“门”状长形窄小风道兼顾保温及防护的门形进风座(11),通向中心或构成与中心边成一切线、分别将多个导热片(8)罩住,上部设有风扇(5),风扇(5)与上面出风管(2)连通,出风管设有直管或钗形管,门形进风座(11)、下部与下托盘(13)和下罩圈构成一体,其出风管(3)上部设有一呈倒桶状的上灯头座(1)、外一圈有出气孔(lb)或小孔消声器(la)或大孔加一圈隔离网(lc),上灯头座(1)上部设有灯头(Id)或右侧设有横灯头(17),下部与灯座体(6)连接,灯座体(6)与上灯头座⑴分别隔成二个区域,阻止了排向上灯头座(1)的热风向下传热,在风扇(5)的作用下和门形进风座(11)的导向下、形成多个向中心的旋风、产生旋涡旋转的叠加效应、由于风道窄小、使用的总风量不大,且大大加快了窄小风道内风的流动速度,达到快速散热。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具,其特征在于;它设有温度传感器热敏电阻使风扇实行智能排风。
3.根据权利要求1所述的旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具,其特征在于;其门形进风座(11)上部设有座体风道(6a)或钭座体风道(lid)及冷风进口(11c)和冷风进孔(10),其内部或四周或上灯头座内上部设有LED驱动及电子元件。
4.根据权利要求1所述的旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具,其特征在于;其LEDCOB下部设有反光罩(16)或二次配光透镜(lie)。
5.一种与权利要求1所述的旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具相适配的喇叭形路灯罩(E)、其特征在于;它的喇叭形灯罩(19)内、设有园形隔离板(20)将喇叭形灯罩(19)隔成B、C上下两个区域,上部有上排风孔(19a)及圆形上防护罩(18)和圆形上防护网(18a),下部设有园形隔离网板、也可用可更换的塑料网片、将进入冷风进行分离、以防止飞虫等进入。
6.一种与权利要求1所述的旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具相适配的龟式长形路灯罩(F),其特征在于;它设有上灯具座(23)上部两侧设有上排风孔(19a),设有中间有孔的长形隔离板(20a),将长形路灯罩(F)隔成B、C上下两个区域,上部设有长形上防护罩(18b)、和长形上防护网(18c)和灯固定支架(25a),下部设有灯下托钣(23a)、其中间设有可打开的隔离网板(21a)、也可用可更换的塑料网片,四周围有一下护圈(22)。
7.一种与权利要求1所述的旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具相适配的的横接式长形路灯罩(FJ、其特征在于;它是一种上下二灯罩合起的一种长形路灯罩,并可安装LED横式灯(17c),设有上灯具座(23),和下灯具座(25),上灯具座(23)上部两侧设有上排风孔(19a),中间设有有孔的长形隔离板(20a),将长形路灯罩(FJ隔成B、C上下两个区域,上部设有长形上防护罩(18b)、和长形上防护网(18c),下灯具座(25)设有可打开的隔离网板(21a)、也可用可更换的塑料网、周围设有一下护圈(22)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的双灯式长形路灯罩(F2);其特征在于;它设有二个灯座(19b)其余结构与上述一样,可安装二个LED路灯。
9.根据权利要求8所述的横置式长形路灯罩(F3);其特征在于;它设有二个灯座(19b),是把长形路灯罩横装,设有弹弓形灯架(27)、调角孔(27a)、和灯固定套(27b),其余结构与上述一样,可提高路灯纵向照射面积。
10.一种与权利要求1所述的旋风式散热LED路灯及灯具相适配的拔风式长形路灯罩(F4),其特征在于;它没有长形上防护罩(18b)和长形上防护网(18c)及上排风孔(19a),灯具座左上部中间有拔风孔(23b)并与拔风管(23c)连接,设有可安装LED横式灯(17c)或一到二个灯座(1%),拔风管(23c)可与路灯杆中空连接、产生烟道拔风冷却效应。
