Abstract

本发明属于一种新型路料粘结料。是以重油、水泥为主要原料,再加入松香、桐油、甘油、环烷酸铁等原料反应而成。它可以用于公路、城市道路、厂矿道路等路路面料和垫层料的粘结料。其性能既有沥青料的柔性又有水泥料的刚性,对人体、环境无毒害、无污染,价格低廉,且取代和优于国家修建高级(速)公路和城市道路的进口路料。

Description

路料粘结料及其制备方法
本发明属于高分子粘结料。具体涉及一种用作公路与城市道路、厂矿道路、飞机场道等路路面料、各类基层料和垫层料的新型路料粘结料。
目前,国内外公路与城市道路等路料的结合料多用沥青和水泥。但沥青对人体、环境尚有一定的危害和污染。用沥青修筑的路,质量差、易泛油、老化、产生波浪、拥包、滑溜、裂缝、坑槽、松散、啃边等病害;用水泥做结合料虽比沥青好,可水泥路造价昂贵,有接缝,开放交通时间较长,修复困难,工人施工时劳动强度大,废旧路基难以处理,占费大量农田,造成地力严重浪费等缺陷。
本发明在于提供一种既有沥青料的柔性,又有水泥料的刚性新型路料粘结料,对人体、环境无毒害、无污染。用此料作粘结料修筑的路质,有高的强度、刚度,好的柔性和稳定的工艺性能、耐久性能、路用性能、速干性能、表面抗滑性能、少尘性能以及路面不泛油、难老化、不产生波浪、不拥包、不滑溜、无裂缝、无坑槽、不松散和路面平整、无接缝、有利于夜间行车,舒适、耐磨、振动小、躁音低、施工工期短、劳动强度小、造价低、维护费用少,废弃路基可重建农田等优点。同时,取代并优于国家修建高(速)级公路和城市道路的进口路料。
本发明实施采用的原料及配方:
重油(重油沥青、沥青、焦油沥青亦可75%,水泥(600#)20%,桐油1%,松香3%,甘油0.5%,环烷酸铁(环烷酸钙、锰、锌也可)0.5%。
其制备方法参见说明书附图中所示的工艺流程。
举一实施例说明本发明的原料、配方、制作方法。
以100公斤产品为计量单位,先将原料75公斤的重油(重油沥青、沥青、焦油沥青)在容器(反应釜)里加热至260℃时,加入20公斤600#水泥,1公斤桐油,3公斤的松香,搅拌均匀后,再加入0.5公斤的甘油,在260℃温度的条件下,继续不断地搅拌(防止沸腾、爆泡溢出造成浪费和烫伤),让其料温度降至100℃±5℃,再加入0.5公斤的环烷酸铁(环烷酸钙、锰、锌亦可),再搅拌均匀,即成为路料粘结料。

Claims (2)

1.一种涉及道路路料粘结料的新型路料粘结料,其特征是由重油或重油沥青、沥青、焦油沥青和600#水泥,桐油,松香,甘油,环烷酸铁或环烷酸钙、环烷酸锰、环烷酸锌组成的粘稠状液体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粘稠状液体制造方法,其特征在于重量均按%计,将重油或重油沥青、焦油沥青为65-75%投入反应釜内加热至260℃±5℃时,加入600#水泥为20-30%搅拌均匀后,加入桐油为1%搅拌均匀后,加入松香为3%搅拌均匀后,使其料温降至200℃时,慢慢滴入甘油为0.5-1%轻轻搅拌均匀后,再使其料温降到100℃±5℃时,慢慢加入0.5-1%的环烷酸铁或环烷酸钙、环烷酸锰、环烷酸环烷酸锌,搅拌均匀,即是路料粘结料。
