Abstract
本发明属于一种用于旧沥青路面翻修的再生复活剂。该再生复活剂按比例先将脂肪酸下脚料进行提炼去杂质,沉淀后得纯液体,加入蒽油、松节油下脚料或石油脂,加热搅拌至一定温度混合为一体即得再生复活剂。使用时将旧沥青路面挖松破碎,并加热至一定温度后,加入再生复活剂搅拌均匀铺上路面即可。该技术工艺流程简单,通过大型环道试验(B22-100轴载94.5万轴次)证明再生后的沥青路面稳定性好、抗车辙能力强。
Description
本发明属于一种用于旧沥青路面翻修的再生复活剂。
现有旧沥青路面翻修技术,主要采用将旧沥青路面挖开破碎后加热,掺入5-10%油石比的新沥青,搅拌后铺装成新沥青路面。由于新沥青与旧老化沥青只进行物理性混合,如果旧沥青不属老化性质,而是因路面基层强度不好影响路面破坏时,将新旧沥青混合容易造成油石比(沥青与石料重量比)过大,使路面形成油包状或条状。
本发明的目的是设计一种使用旧沥青路面经处理后具有新沥青路面的高温稳定性,低温抗裂性的旧沥青路面再生复活剂。
本发明是这样实现的,首先将脂肪酸下脚进行提炼去杂质,沉淀后得纯液体,加入蒽油、松节油下脚料或石油脂,加热搅拌至一定温度混合为一体即得再生复活剂,其中由蒽油、脂肪酸下脚料、松节油下脚料或石油脂组成的Ⅰ型配方重量比为:0.4-1.0∶0.8-1.2∶0.1-0.4,由蒽油、脂肪酸下脚料组成的Ⅱ型配方重量比为0.6-1.2∶0.8-1.2。
本发明所述的旧沥青路面再生复活剂技术对旧沥青路面翻修时使用该复活剂,经化学分析、红外光谱分析、物理力学性质试验均证明旧沥青的性质已发生质的变化。对石蜡基原油炼制的沥青改善效果明显,再生后的沥青质降低,芳香分和胶质分增加,软化点降低,针入度增大,延伸值提高,同时再生后的沥青混合料在高温稳定性、低温抗裂性等力学性能均得到改善。通过大型环道试验(B22-100轴载94.5万轴次)证明再生后的沥青混合料铺筑的路面稳定性好,抗车辙能力强。该技术工艺流程简单,易于推广,由于原料大部分是工业副产品,其成本低廉。
以下对本技术的实施进一步描述。
Ⅰ型配方:将50%脂肪酸下脚料进行提炼去杂质,沉淀后得纯液体,加入35%蒽油及15%松节油下脚料或石油脂,加热搅拌至一定温度混合为一体,即得再生复活剂。使用时将旧沥青路面挖松破碎,并加热到一定温度后加入再生复活剂,搅拌均匀铺上路面即可。
Ⅱ型配方:取55%脂肪酸下脚料进行提炼去杂质,沉淀得纯液体,加入45%蒽油,加热搅拌至一定温度混合为一体即得Ⅱ型再生复活剂。

1、一种由旧沥青路面再生复活剂,其特征在于该再生复活剂由蒽油、脂肪酸下脚料进行提炼去杂质并沉淀后得到的纯液体,松节油下脚料或石油脂组成,其中蒽油、脂肪酸下脚料经提炼去杂质沉淀后得到的纯液体,松节油下脚料或石油脂重量比为:0.4-1.0、0.8-1.2、0.1-0.4
