技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品的制造领域,具体涉及一种塑料牛奶瓶的制造工艺。
背景技术
牛奶是最古老的天然饮料之一,被誉为“白色血液”,含有丰富的矿物质、钙、磷、铁、锌、铜、锰、钼。最难得的是,牛奶是人体钙的最佳来源,而且钙磷比例非常适当,利于钙的吸收。种类复杂,至少有100多种,主要成份有水、脂肪、磷脂、蛋白质、乳糖、无机盐等,是人类每天的必需品,因此,牛奶的外包装至关重要,现有技术中牛奶经常用外面是纸壳的外包装,也有采用塑料瓶形式的外包装,但是由于塑料瓶的工艺缺陷,导致加工出的塑料牛奶瓶次品率高,质量差,不能满足消费者的使用要求。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种塑料牛奶瓶的制造工艺,该制造工艺完善,加工出的塑料牛奶瓶成品率高,质量能够得到保证,满足消费者的使用要求。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种塑料牛奶瓶的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)将塑料原料加入挤出机中,经加热熔融塑化挤出熔融型坯;
2)将熔融型坯放入牛奶瓶的模具中吹胀成型;
3)对于吹胀成型后的牛奶瓶进行冷却定型;
4)将冷却定型后的牛奶瓶从模具中取出并修除废边;
5)将修除废边后的牛奶瓶粘贴标签制得牛奶瓶成品;
6)检验合格成品入库。
进一步的,所述塑料原料为聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯。

2)将熔融型坯放入牛奶瓶的模具中吹胀成型;
3)对于吹胀成型后的牛奶瓶进行冷却定型;
4)将冷却定型后的牛奶瓶从模具中取出并修除废边;
5)将修除废边后的牛奶瓶粘贴标签制得牛奶瓶成品;
6)检验合格成品入库。
本发明制造工艺完善,加工出的塑料牛奶瓶成品率高,质量能够得到保证,满足消费者的使用要求。

1.一种塑料牛奶瓶的制造工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)将塑料原料加入挤出机中,经加热熔融塑化挤出熔融型坯;
2)将熔融型坯放入牛奶瓶的模具中吹胀成型;
3)对于吹胀成型后的牛奶瓶进行冷却定型;
4)将冷却定型后的牛奶瓶从模具中取出并修除废边;
5)将修除废边后的牛奶瓶粘贴标签制得牛奶瓶成品;
6)检验合格成品入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料牛奶瓶的制造工艺,其特征在于:所述塑料原料为聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯。
