本发明公开了医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜及其制造工艺,医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜为三层结构,分别为外层的杜邦特卫强,由LDPE和LLDPE制成的中间层,由LDPE和1‑丁烯制成的内层,中间层和内层复合形成PE衔接膜,最后让PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强在100℃下进行低温热封形成成品膜,成品膜固封于顶头袋的袋口处。本发明中将由LDPE和LLDPE制成的中间层和由LDPE和1‑丁烯制成的内层复合形成PE衔接膜,在由PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强低温热压形成成品膜,成品膜固封于顶头袋的袋口处,该种结构无需用到胶水,不会存在掉粉的情况,且可在PE衔接膜上开设网孔,其透气性好,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及顶头袋衔接膜及其制造工艺,特别涉及了医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜及其制造工艺。
背景技术
目前,市场上医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜一般包括外层的特卫强原纸、粘接层、内层共挤膜,并将上述三层进行高温热压,然后固封于顶头袋本体上形成四层顶头袋,其粘接层一般由胶水组成,因此会存在掉粉的问题,而且该种结构透气性差,成本高。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜及其制造工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜,其为三层结构,分别为外层的杜邦特卫强,由LDPE和LLDPE制成的中间层,由LDPE和1-丁烯制成的内层,中间层和内层复合形成PE衔接膜,最后让PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强在100℃下进行低温热封形成成品膜,成品膜固封于顶头袋的袋口处。
作为优选,中间层中LDPE与LLDPE的质量分数分别为20-40%,50-80%。
作为优选,内层中LDPE和1-丁烯的质量分数分别为30-50%,40-70%。
一种制造上述的医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜的制造工艺,其首先进行制膜,该膜包括内层与中间层,然后复合内层与中间层形成PE衔接膜,最后让PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强在100℃下进行低温热封。
作为优选,制膜均包括投料、热融过滤、挤出成型、流延冷却、切边回收及电晕处理步骤,其中:⑴投料:将原料按照相应的质量分数分别加入挤出机的料筒中;⑵热熔融与过滤:料筒阶段温度控制为180~250℃;熔融体制膜前采用5层结构的筛网过滤;⑶挤出成型:模头温度控制为230~250℃,使熔融体温度保持在240±15℃,制得热熔膜;⑷流延冷却:热熔膜流延冷却,冷却辊温度控制在30~25℃,调节风刀的风量和角度,风温控制在30℃;⑸切边回收:由在线切边回收装置将边料剪切后输送到粉碎机粉碎,然后加入挤出机回用;边料回收的比例<5%;⑹电晕处理:对面层进行电晕处理,使表面能达到44~46达因。
作为优选,在复合后的PE衔接膜均匀的网孔开设。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明中将由LDPE和LLDPE制成的中间层和由LDPE和1-丁烯制成的内层复合形成PE衔接膜,在由PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强低温热压形成成品膜,成品膜固封于顶头袋的袋口处,该种结构无需用到胶水,不会存在掉粉的情况,且可在PE衔接膜上开设网孔,其透气性好,成本低。

医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜,其为三层结构,分别为外层的杜邦特卫强,由LDPE和LLDPE制成的中间层,由LDPE和1-丁烯制成的内层,中间层和内层复合形成PE衔接膜,最后让PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强在100℃下进行低温热封形成成品膜,成品膜固封于顶头袋的袋口处。
作为优选,中间层中LDPE与LLDPE的质量分数分别为20-40%,50-80%。
作为优选,内层中LDPE和1-丁烯的质量分数分别为30-50%,40-70%。

需要说明的是医疗用四层顶头袋中的四层包含了顶头袋本体1的层数,PE衔接膜只作为一层。

1.医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜,其特征在于:其为三层结构,分别为外层的杜邦特卫强,由LDPE和LLDPE制成的中间层,由LDPE和1-丁烯制成的内层,中间层和内层复合形成PE衔接膜,最后让PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强在100℃下进行低温热封形成成品膜,成品膜固封于顶头袋的袋口处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜,其特征在于:中间层中LDPE与LLDPE的质量分数分别为20-40%,50-80%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜,其特征在于:内层中LDPE和1-丁烯的质量分数分别为30-50%,40-70%。
4.一种制造权利1-3中任一项所述的医疗用四层顶头袋衔接膜的制造工艺,其特征在于,其首先进行制膜,该膜包括内层与中间层,然后复合内层与中间层形成PE衔接膜,最后让PE衔接膜与杜邦特卫强在100℃下进行低温热封。
