本发明涉及一种精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,包括定位环、浇口套、定模压板、定模模板、定模镶块、定模兜孔型芯、动模压板、动模模板、动模镶块、动模兜孔型芯、导柱、推环、垫板、垫块、顶针固定板、顶板、顶针和取料杆,所述的定模兜孔型芯根据精密轴承角接触工程塑料保持架外锁孔尺寸大小调整其外形结构,避免了模具定模镶块兜孔型腔球面加工,避免了定模镶块兜孔型腔球心共面性的精度控制,避免了定模兜孔型芯球头与定模镶块兜孔型腔球面配合,模具结构设计合理,降低模具加工难度,提高模具加工精度,降低模具制造成本,满足精密轴承角接触工程塑料保持架技术要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具技术领域,具体的说是一种精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具。
背景技术
通常的角接触工程塑料保持架的大端宽度大于或等于兜孔中心至大端底面的距离,角接触工程塑料保持架的外锁孔尺寸由保持架的外径确定,以至于外锁孔尺寸调整幅度有限。而精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架对外锁孔尺寸精度要求较高,调整保持架的外径尺寸无法满足保持架对外锁孔尺寸技术要求;精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架结构设计为大端宽度小于兜孔中心至大端底面的距离,增大精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架外锁孔尺寸调整幅度,可满足保持架对外锁孔尺寸的技术要求。
按照正常的精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具结构设计,兜孔型芯球头与兜孔型腔球面加工和配合,模具加工难度较大;兜孔数量较多,兜孔型腔球心的共面性加工精度不易控制,模具加工精度要求较高;采用精密设备加工模具制造成本较高;由于现有模具加工设备精度较低,外协加工进度无法控制,影响精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架正常生产加工。
发明内容
针对上述精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架的兜孔数量较多,兜孔型腔球心的共面性加工精度不易控制,模具加工精度要求较高;采用精密设备加工模具制造成本较高等问题,本发明提供一种精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,包括定位环、浇口套、定模压板、定模模板、定模镶块、定模兜孔型芯、动模压板、动模模板、动模镶块、动模兜孔型芯、导柱、推环、垫板、垫块、顶针固定板、顶板、顶针和取料杆,所述定位环连接浇口套并固定在定模压板上,定模压板压设在定模模板上,动模模板设置在定模模板底部,所述定模镶块装在定模模板上,动模镶块装在动模模板上,定模镶块上开设有若干定模镶块兜孔型芯孔,动模镶块上开设有若干动模镶块兜孔型芯孔,定模镶块兜孔型芯孔与动模镶块兜孔型芯孔成对设置且大小相等,每对定模镶块兜孔型芯孔与动模镶块兜孔型芯孔同轴心,所述定模兜孔型芯的端部表面由两个同轴心且直径不相等的半圆面及两个半圆面之间的圆滑过渡面组成,所述的推环设置在定模镶块和动模镶块之间,所述垫板设置在动模模板底部,垫块设置在垫板底部,动模压板设置在垫块底部,顶板设置在动模压板上,顶针固定板设置在顶板上,所述的顶针一端固定在顶针固定板上,另一端穿装过垫板和动模镶块顶紧推环,所述的取料杆一端固定在顶针固定板上,另一端穿装过垫板延伸至浇注系统冷料穴,且端部呈Z型钩状;
所述推环通过导柱定位和导向,导柱的一端固定在动模镶块上,另一端穿过推环;
所述动模镶块上的导柱固定孔与推环上的导柱定位导向孔同轴心;
所述动模镶块上设有潜伏式浇口;
所述动模镶块上设有潜伏式浇口;
所述垫板内设有环形控温管道并设有连接油式模具控温机的接头。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,所述的定模兜孔型芯根据精密轴承角接触工程塑料保持架外锁孔尺寸大小调整其外形结构,避免了模具定模镶块兜孔型腔球面加工,避免了定模镶块兜孔型腔球心共面性的精度控制,避免了定模兜孔型芯球头与定模镶块兜孔型腔球面配合,模具结构设计合理,降低模具加工难度,提高模具加工精度,降低模具制造成本,满足精密轴承角接触工程塑料保持架技术要求。

如图所示:一种精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,包括定位环1、浇口套2、定模压板3、定模模板4、导柱5、定模镶块17、定模兜孔型芯18、动模压板12、动模模板6、动模镶块7、动模兜孔型芯15、导柱5、推环16、垫板8、垫块9、顶针固定板10、顶板11、顶针14和取料杆13;
所述定位环1连接浇口套2并固定在定模压板3上,定模压板3压设在定模模板4上,动模模板6设置在定模模板4底部,所述定模镶块17装在定模模板4上,动模镶块7装在动模模板6上,定模镶块17上开设有若干定模镶块兜孔型芯孔,动模镶块7上开设有若干动模镶块兜孔型芯孔,定模镶块兜孔型芯孔与动模镶块兜孔型芯孔成对设置且大小相等,每对定模镶块兜孔型芯孔与动模镶块兜孔型芯孔同轴心,所述定模兜孔型芯的端部表面由两个同轴心且直径不相等的半圆面及两个半圆面之间的圆滑过渡面组成,所述的推环16设置在定模镶块17和动模镶块7之间,所述垫板8设置在动模模板4底部,垫块9设置在垫板8底部,动模压板12设置在垫块9底部,顶板11设置在动模压板12上,顶针固定板10设置在顶板11上,所述的顶针14一端固定在顶针固定板10上,另一端穿装过垫板11和动模镶块7顶紧推环16,所述的取料杆13一端固定在顶针固定板10上,另一端穿装过垫板11延伸至浇注系统冷料穴,且端部呈Z型钩状,所述推环16通过导柱5定位和导向,导柱5的一端固定在动模镶块7上,另一端穿过推环16,动模镶块7上的导柱固定孔与推环16上的导柱定位导向孔同轴心;所述垫板8内设有环形控温管道并设有连接油式模具控温机的接头。
模具注塑过程:在注射成型时垫板8环形控温管道连接油式模具控温机控制模具温度;注射机将熔融的原材料通过通过浇口套2注入型腔,注满型腔后保压一段时间;开模时取料杆13 勾出浇口套2 内的料把;注射机推杆推动模具顶板11 推动顶针固定板10,进而通过顶针14推动推环16顶出注塑保持架,同时取料杆13顶出料把,经动模镶块潜伏式浇口自动切断浇口,完成一次注塑生产周期。

1.一种精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,其特征在于:包括定位环、浇口套、定模压板、定模模板、定模镶块、定模兜孔型芯、动模压板、动模模板、动模镶块、动模兜孔型芯、导柱、推环、垫板、垫块、顶针固定板、顶板、顶针和取料杆,所述定位环连接浇口套并固定在定模压板上,定模压板压设在定模模板上,动模模板设置在定模模板底部,所述定模镶块装在定模模板上,动模镶块装在动模模板上,定模镶块上开设有若干定模镶块兜孔型芯孔,动模镶块上开设有若干动模镶块兜孔型芯孔,定模镶块兜孔型芯孔与动模镶块兜孔型芯孔成对设置且大小相等,每对定模镶块兜孔型芯孔与动模镶块兜孔型芯孔同轴心,所述定模兜孔型芯的端部表面由两个同轴心且直径不相等的半圆面及两个半圆面之间的圆滑过渡面组成;所述的推环设置在定模镶块和动模镶块之间,所述垫板设置在动模模板底部,垫块设置在垫板底部,动模压板设置在垫块底部,顶板设置在动模压板上,顶针固定板设置在顶板上,所述的顶针一端固定在顶针固定板上,另一端穿装过垫板和动模镶块顶紧推环,所述的取料杆一端固定在顶针固定板上,另一端穿装过垫板延伸至浇注系统冷料穴,且端部呈Z型钩状;所述垫板内设有环形控温管道并设有连接油式模具控温机的接头。
2.如权利要求1所述的精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,其特征在于:所述推环通过导柱定位和导向,导柱的一端固定在动模镶块上,另一端穿过推环。
3.如权利要求2所述的精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,其特征在于:所述动模镶块上的导柱固定孔与推环上的导柱定位导向孔同轴心。
4.如权利要求1所述的精密轴承用角接触工程塑料保持架注塑模具,其特征在于:所述动模镶块上设有潜伏式浇口。
