Abstract
本发明提供一种在缝入时不易发生断线的电线、线束、电路、布、衣服和片材。该电线在中心导体(2)的外周设置有绝缘层(3),中心导体(2)通过在抗拉纤维(4)的周围卷绕多个金属线材(5)而构成。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电线、线束、电路、布料、衣服和片材。
背景技术
近年来,在医疗领域,能够一直监视患者的身体状态和行动的系统正在迅速地普及。作为这样的系统,已知有在衣服或床单中组装有电路的结构。
作为组装到衣服或床单中的现有的电路,已知有配线使用导电性纤维或金属纤维的电路。
另外,作为与本申请相关的现有技术文献信息,具有专利文献1。
专利文献1:日本特开2010-133791号公报
但是,在配线使用导电性纤维或金属纤维的情况下,在总是暴露于空气或湿气的环境中容易发生腐蚀,由此带来的电特性的劣化成为问题。
因此,为了抑制电特性的劣化,优选配线中使用在中心导体的外周设置有绝缘层的电线(绝缘电线)。
但是,在现有的电线中存在利用缝纫机缝入布状原料中时中心导体容易发生断线的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于解决上述问题,提供一种在缝入时不易发生断线的电线、线束、电路、布、衣服和片材。
本发明是为了实现上述目的而完成的,其为在中心导体的外周设置有绝缘层的电线,上述中心导体通过在抗拉纤维的周围卷绕多个金属线材而构成。
上述绝缘层可以由氟树脂构成,上述绝缘层充实地形成并且以陷入上述金属线材的方式包覆。
此外,本发明提供一种在本发明的电线的至少一个端部设置有终端部件的线束。
本发明还提供一种配线使用本发明的电线的电路。
此外,本发还提供一种将本发明的电线缝入布状原料而构成的布料。
此外,本发明是缝制本发明的布料而构成的衣服。
此外,本发明是将本发明的电线缝入片状的基体而构成的片材。
根据本发明,能够提供在缝入时不易发生断线的电线、线束、电路、布料、衣服和片材。

具体实施方式
下面,根据附图对本发明的实施方式进行说明。
图1是表示本实施方式的电线的横截面图。
如图1所示,电线1通过在中心导体2的外周设置绝缘层3而构成。
在本实施方式的电线1中,中心导体2通过在抗拉纤维4的周围呈螺旋状地卷绕多个金属线材5而构成。
由于具备抗拉纤维4,能够使抗拉纤维4承担电线1所受到的张力,抑制金属线材5的断线。特别是在将电线1缝入布状原料等时,由于电线1以小的曲率半径反复弯曲,因而容易发生金属线材5的断线,但是通过形成在抗拉纤维4的周围卷绕金属线材5的结构,缝上电线1时的拉伸负荷由抗拉纤维4承担,能够抑制金属线材5的断线。
作为抗拉纤维4,优选使用具有5N以上的断裂张力的材料。此外,作为抗拉纤维4,可以使用芳香族聚酰胺类树脂等的聚酯纤维。
作为金属线材5,可以使用外径为0.01~0.05mm的铜线或铜合金线。这是因为在金属线材5的外径小于0.01mm时容易发生断线,而在大于0.05mm时电线1整体的外径增大,缝入操作变得困难。另外,中心导体2整体的外径优选为0.15mm以下。
作为绝缘层3所使用的树脂,优选使用耐热性和耐弯曲性优异、能够进行厚度0.1mm以下的薄的包覆的氟树脂。作为绝缘层3所使用的氟树脂,能够使用四氟乙烯-全氟烷基乙烯基醚共聚物(PFA)、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物(FEP)或乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(ETFE)、聚丙烯(PP)等。因为氟树脂的介电常数和介电损耗角正切小,所以通过使用氟树脂作为绝缘层3的材料,能够抑制介电损耗的增加。
绝缘层3充实地形成并且以陷入金属线材5的方式包覆。绝缘层3通过挤出成型形成,能够通过适当地变更其挤出成型时的条件而使构成绝缘层3的树脂蔓延到金属线材5的周围。通过以陷入金属线材5的方式包覆绝缘层3,能够提高绝缘层3与中心导体2的紧贴性,抑制缝入电线1时绝缘层3从中心导体2剥离。
本实施方式的线束是在本实施方式的电线1的至少一个端部设置有终端部件的线束。作为终端部件,能够列举PCB(印刷基板)和FPC(挠性印刷基板)等基板、连接器、挠性扁平电缆(FFC)、多帧连接件(MFJ)、传感器部件等。
此外,如图2所示,本实施方式的电路21是配线使用电线1的电路。在图2中,表示将电线1缝入布状原料22而构成电路21的布料23。电线1例如使用缝纫机按所期望的形状缝入布状原料22。如果缝制该布料23,就能够获得本实施方式的衣服。
通过将电线1缝在布状原料22上,电线1与布状原料22成为一体,即使将布料23弯曲或拉伸,布状原料22的纤维也能够吸收应力,抑制电线1受到大的应力,能够实现容易进行折叠等收纳、使用便利性好的电路21。
另外,电线1除了作为电路21的配线使用以外,例如还能够用作通过测定平行配置的两根电线1间的静电电容来检测检测对象物与布料23的接触的传感器部。
进一步,虽然未图示,通过将电线1缝入片状的基体而构成电路,能够获得本实施方式的片材。其中,片状的基体也包括厚度薄的膜。
通过将电线1缝入片状的基体而构成电路,与现有技术中使用的挠性印刷基板相比,能够容易且廉价地获得挠性电路基板。
如以上说明的那样,在本实施方式的电线1中,中心导体2通过在抗拉纤维4的周围呈螺旋状地卷绕多个金属线材5而构成。
通过这样构成,能够使抗拉纤维4承担电线1所受到的张力,抑制缝上电线1时等金属线材5的断线。
本发明当然并不限定于上述实施方式,能够在不脱离本发明的要点的范围内进行各种变更。
Claims (7)
1.一种电线,其特征在于:
在中心导体的外周设置有绝缘层,
所述中心导体通过在抗拉纤维的周围卷绕多个金属线材而构成。
2.如权利要求1所述的电线,其特征在于:
所述绝缘层由氟树脂构成,所述绝缘层充实地形成并且以陷入所述金属线材的方式包覆。
3.一种线束,其特征在于:
在权利要求1或2所述的电线的至少一个端部设置有终端部件。
4.一种电路,其特征在于:
配线使用权利要求1或2所述的电线。
5.一种布料,其特征在于:
通过将权利要求1或2所述的电线缝入布状原料而构成。
6.一种衣服,其特征在于:
通过缝制权利要求5所述的布料而构成。
7.一种片材,其特征在于:
通过将权利要求1或2所述的电线缝入片状的基体而构成。
