Abstract
筑路机的驾驶员的座、筑路机以及调节座的方法。在筑路机特别是压路机的驾驶员的座(1)中,特征在于经由驱动马达(12)在不少于一个移位方向上进行座调节的可移动设座托架(8),驱动马达(12)经由传动元件(14)联接至设座托架(8),且特征在于用于座调节的控制装置(16),规定下列待实现特征:为机械调节设座托架(8),驱动马达(12)和/或设座托架(8)能与传动元件(14)分离。筑路机的特征在于前述座。在该方法中,经由传动元件和控制装置在不少于一个移位方向上电动驱动座调节,为手动调节设座托架,电动驱动器和/或设座托架临时与传动元件分离。本发明能在长行进路径的情况下快速调节。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及筑路机特别是压路机的驾驶员的座,涉及筑路机,而且涉及调节座的方法。
背景技术
从DE 198 13 474 A1已知一种筑路机即压路机,该压路机的特征在于能够横向于筑路机的行进方向移动的驾驶员的座。设座托架有意实现能够在横向于筑路机的行进方向延伸的引导件上移动的这种效果。在舒适选项中,这种可移位座的特征在于电动可移动设座托架,能够借助于用于座调节的控制装置驱动该电动可移动设座托架的驱动马达。
当购买机器时,必须作出关于是否实施对座的机械或电动调节的决定。
如果筑路机配备有电动座调节,则存在如下缺点:例如,如果驾驶员的座将从如在行进方向上所见的左最外位置改变到右最外位置,则电动驱动器需要很多时间执行最大行进路径。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是:在具有马达驱动调节装置的筑路机的驾驶员的座中,或者在调节能够借助于马达移动的座的方法中,分别使得能够在长行进路径的情况下快速调节。
由一种压路机和一种调节压路机的驾驶员的座的方法实现上述目标。所述压路机具有驾驶员的座,所述座被安装在经由驱动马达在不少于一个移位方向上进行座调节的可移动设座托架上,所述驱动马达经由传动元件被联接至所述设座托架,并且所述座包括用于所述座调节的控制装置,其中转向柱被附接至所述座,所述转向柱能够与所述座一起移动,并且所述转向柱包括转向装置,其中所述座调节包括对于如在行进方向上所见的左最外位置到右最外位置之间的大行进路径而言手动快速调节所述设座托架,其中为了机械调节所述设座托架,所述驱动马达和/或所述设座托架能够与所述传动元件分离,其中位置检测装置检测所述设座托架的当前位置,并且所述位置检测装置随时将所述当前位置的测量信号传送至所述控制装置,独立于所述驱动马达地执行所述设座托架的所述当前位置的检测,并且其中为了与所述传动元件分离,所述驱动马达能够抵抗复位弹簧的力而移位。
为了机械调节设座托架,本发明有利地有意使驱动马达和/或设座托架能够与驱动设座托架的传动元件分离。因此,为了手动调节设座托架,电动驱动器和/或设座托架与驱动传动元件分离。这导致:在不需要通常先行方便的电动调节选项的分离状态下,驾驶员能够手动调节电动座调节。驾驶员能够随时在机械调节和电动调节之间选择。
优选有意使位置检测装置检测设座托架的当前位置并随时将当前位置的测量信号传送至控制装置。独立于电动驱动马达地执行设座托架的所述位置检测。
传动元件优选由能够与设座托架一起移动的驱动链条组成。在该设计中,驱动链条平行于座的移动方向延伸。
优选地,为了与传动元件分离,有意使驱动马达能够经由机械或电动分离装置而移位。例如,驱动马达能够经由杠杆而抵抗复位弹簧的力被分离,或者借助于能够经由开关操作的电动螺线管被电动分离。
驱动链条可以经由第一链轮可联接至驱动马达,在该设计中,第一链轮可以设有内齿(toothing)例如花键齿,并且驱动马达可以设有驱动轴,该驱动轴的特征在于与该内齿适配的外齿。在驱动马达被联接至链轮的情况下,驱动轴通过它的外齿与第一链轮的内齿接合。
在优选实施例中,有意使位置检测装置借助于传感器装置检测设座托架的位置或传动元件的位置。
在该设计中,位置检测装置能够经由被联接至与驱动链条接合的第二链轮的旋转传感器而检测传动元件的位置。这种旋转传感器例如是与链轮同轴布置的旋转电位计。
作为结果,可移动设座托架能够由马达驱动的传动元件移动,或者作为替换能够手动移动。
本发明也涉及一种调节压路机的驾驶员的座的方法。在所述方法中,经由被联接至设座托架的传动元件且经由控制装置,在不少于一个移位方向上电动驱动对能够由所述设座托架移动的所述座进行的座调节,其中转向柱被附接至所述座,所述转向柱能够与所述座一起移动,并且所述转向柱包括转向装置,为了沿着如在行进方向上所见的左最外位置与右最外位置之间的大行进路径手动快速调节所述设座托架,电动驱动器和/或所述设座托架临时地与所述传动元件分离,其中借助于位置检测装置独立于所述电动驱动器地检测所述设座托架的当前位置,并且将所述当前位置传送至所述控制装置,并且其中为了使所述电动驱动器与所述传动元件分离,所述电动驱动器抵抗复位弹簧的力而移位。

具体实施方式
图1示出压路机的示意性顶视图,该压路机的特征在于座1,该座1能够在操作者的站立的平台11上最少横向于行进方向移位。座1包括面向行进方向3的座表面2,所述座表面2朝向后方由座靠背4限制。座表面2被安装在座控制台6上,该座控制台6被附接在可移动的设座托架8上,借助于电驱动器和控制装置16,该设座托架8能够沿着不少于一个引导装置9横向于行进方向3移动。
如从图2能够推断,转向柱21以及仪表板17被附接至座1,该转向柱21能够与座1一起移动,且特征在于转向装置13。
在座1的右手侧上优选设置扶手10,该扶手10的特征在于操作和指示元件48,并且扶手10也可以例如容纳用于座调节的控制装置16。
用于座调节的电动驱动单元全部被紧固在压路机的操作者的站立的平台11上,且被紧固在座1的行进路径的一端处。
电动驱动单元包括在两个旋转方向上都可驱动的驱动马达12,该驱动马达12经由例如呈驱动链条22的形式的传动元件14联接至设座托架8。
该驱动链条22可以有意作为连续回转链条,该连续回转链条经由马达侧上的第一驱动链轮28以及布置在行进路径的另一端处的第二链轮40返回。
第二链轮40优选被联接至位置检测装置20。
在图1中,如在行进方向3上所见,位置检测装置20被图示在压路机的右手侧上,并且驱动马达12被图示在压路机的左手侧上。
在图3中,仅图示出设座托架8的联接构件以代表设座托架8。在设座托架8的联接构件上指示能够横向于行进方向3来回移位的设座托架8的移动方向24。
联接至驱动链条22的链轮40被联接至旋转传感器42例如旋转电位计,该旋转电位计将设座托架8的当前位置信号传送至控制装置16。这很重要,例如为了确定设座托架8的行进路径的端点,特别是如果驱动马达12或设座托架8在此期间已经与驱动链条22分离。
图4是在图3的右手侧上示出的驱动单元的放大图示。驱动马达12被布置成在与驱动链条22横向且与设座托架8的移动方向24横向的横向方向上移位,使得驱动马达12的驱动轴32可选地在马达驱动操作期间与第一驱动链轮28接合,或者在手动操作期间不与驱动链轮28接合。驱动链轮28的特征在于内齿30例如花键齿,该内齿30与在驱动轴32的自由端处的与所述齿适配的外齿34适配。
具有驱动轴32的驱动马达12能抵抗例如压缩弹簧15的力而与第一驱动链轮28分离。这能经由杠杆或者如图4中所示借助于由螺线管组成的电动分离装置26机械地实现。
为此,驱动马达12被安装在可移位板44上。
可借助于例如被布置在座控制台6处或扶手10上的开关27实现电动分离装置26的操作。
当操作例如被设计为按钮的开关27时,分离装置26的电动螺线管将驱动马达12与驱动链轮28分离,使得具有座1的设座托架8能够借助于驾驶员的力量而自由地侧向移位。当驾驶员已经到达座1的期望端位置时,再次借助于开关27取消分离状态,使得现在再次将座1保持在所选位置中,并且能够电动操作座1。
Claims (11)

2.根据权利要求1所述的压路机,其特征在于所述传动元件(14)由能够与所述设座托架(8)一起移动的驱动链条(22)组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压路机,其特征在于:为了与所述传动元件(14)分离,所述驱动马达(12)能够经由机械或电动分离装置(26)而移位。
4.根据权利要求2所述的压路机,其特征在于:所述驱动链条(22)能够经由第一链轮(28)联接至所述驱动马达(12),所述第一链轮(28)设有内齿(30),并且所述驱动马达(12)借助于驱动轴(32)与所述第一链轮(28)接合,所述驱动轴(32)包括与所述内齿(30)适配的外齿(34)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压路机,其特征在于所述位置检测装置(20)借助于传感器装置(38)检测所述设座托架(8)的位置或所述传动元件(14)的位置。
6.根据权利要求2所述的压路机,其特征在于所述位置检测装置(20)经由被联接至用于所述驱动链条(22)的第二链轮(40)的旋转传感器(42)检测所述传动元件(14)的位置。
7.调节压路机的驾驶员的座(1)的方法,其中经由被联接至设座托架(8)的传动元件(14)且经由控制装置(16),在不少于一个移位方向上电动驱动对能够由所述设座托架(8)移动的所述座(1)进行的座调节,其中转向柱(21)被附接至所述座(1),所述转向柱(21)能够与所述座(1)一起移动,并且所述转向柱(21)包括转向装置(13),
