本发明公开了一种阻燃布料生产工艺,具体步骤如下:使用缝纫机将上下两层锦纶面料以及中间层的玄武岩纤维布缝制在一起;在上下两层锦纶面料上各涂覆一层油墨分散染料;在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为40-50℃,烘干时间为50s-60s;在上下两层油墨分散染料层的表面上各涂覆一层PU聚氨酯;在烘干房内对整体进行烘干;人工进行检验,检验合格后,打包入库即可。本发明具有产品防火性能好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阻燃布料生产工艺,应用于布料的生产加工领域。
背景技术
布料是人们日常生活中常见的物品,其中,在一些特殊行业,例如消费员,所穿的布料就要求具有防火功能,目前,市场上的所采用的生产工艺仍然是一些传统的生产工艺,不仅生产成本比较高,而且生产出来的布料的防火性能比较差。
发明内容
为解决现有技术方案的缺陷,本发明公开了一种成本低、防火性能好的阻燃布料生产工艺。
本发明公开了一种阻燃布料生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:铺设一层锦纶面料,然后在锦纶层的上表面上铺设一块大小相同的玄武岩纤维布,再在玄武岩纤维布的上表面上铺设一层大小相同的锦纶面料,然后使用缝纫机将上下两层锦纶面料以及中间层的玄武岩纤维布缝制在一起;
步骤二:在上下两层锦纶面料上各涂覆一层分子量为230-240、颗粒直径为0.3-0.4微米的油墨分散染料;
步骤三:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为40-50℃,烘干时间为50s-60s;
步骤四:在上下两层油墨分散染料层的表面上各涂覆一层PU聚氨酯;
步骤五:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为65-85℃,烘干时间为1min-2min;
步骤六:人工进行检验,检验合格后,打包入库即可。
本发明所述的阻燃布料生产工艺中加入了具有高阻燃性的玄武岩纤维布,因此本发明所生产出的布料具有很好的阻燃性,防火性能比较优异,而且本发明的生产工艺简单,利于操作,生产成本低,适宜于广泛推广使用。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种阻燃布料生产工艺,具体步骤如下:
步骤一:铺设一层锦纶面料,然后在锦纶层的上表面上铺设一块大小相同的玄武岩纤维布,再在玄武岩纤维布的上表面上铺设一层大小相同的锦纶面料,然后使用缝纫机将上下两层锦纶面料以及中间层的玄武岩纤维布缝制在一起;
步骤二:在上下两层锦纶面料上各涂覆一层分子量为230-240、颗粒直径为0.3-0.4微米的油墨分散染料;
步骤三:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为40-50℃,烘干时间为50s-60s;
步骤四:在上下两层油墨分散染料层的表面上各涂覆一层PU聚氨酯;
步骤五:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为65-85℃,烘干时间为1min-2min;
步骤六:人工进行检验,检验合格后,打包入库即可。
实施例1

步骤二:在上下两层锦纶面料上各涂覆一层分子量为235、颗粒直径为0.3微米的油墨分散染料;
步骤三:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为45℃,烘干时间为55s;
步骤四:在上下两层油墨分散染料层的表面上各涂覆一层PU聚氨酯;
步骤五:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为70℃,烘干时间为2min;
步骤六:人工进行检验,检验合格后,打包入库即可。
实施例2
步骤一:铺设一层锦纶面料,然后在锦纶层的上表面上铺设一块大小相同的玄武岩纤维布,再在玄武岩纤维布的上表面上铺设一层大小相同的锦纶面料,然后使用缝纫机将上下两层锦纶面料以及中间层的玄武岩纤维布缝制在一起;
步骤二:在上下两层锦纶面料上各涂覆一层分子量为230、颗粒直径为0.3微米的油墨分散染料;
步骤三:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为40℃,烘干时间为60s;
步骤四:在上下两层油墨分散染料层的表面上各涂覆一层PU聚氨酯;
步骤五:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为85℃,烘干时间为1min;
步骤六:人工进行检验,检验合格后,打包入库即可。

1.一种阻燃布料生产工艺,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
步骤一:铺设一层锦纶面料,然后在锦纶层的上表面上铺设一块大小相同的玄武岩纤维布,再在玄武岩纤维布的上表面上铺设一层大小相同的锦纶面料,然后使用缝纫机将上下两层锦纶面料以及中间层的玄武岩纤维布缝制在一起;
步骤二:在上下两层锦纶面料上各涂覆一层分子量为230-240、颗粒直径为0.3-0.4微米的油墨分散染料;
步骤三:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为40-50℃,烘干时间为50s-60s;
步骤四:在上下两层油墨分散染料层的表面上各涂覆一层PU聚氨酯;
步骤五:在烘干房内对整体进行烘干,烘干的温度为65-85℃,烘干时间为1min-2min;
步骤六:人工进行检验,检验合格后,打包入库即可。
