技术领域
本发明涉及一种石膏板的制作方法,具体涉及一种镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法。
背景技术
镂花装饰石膏板过去仅仅在吊顶材料中有少许的应用,而且图案简单、式样阵旧,花型款式落后,跟不上人们的审美需求而逐步走向衰落,所以,现在市场上很难找到上档次、有品味的镂花装饰石膏板,其原因在于,现有镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法相对落后,从而限制了镂花装饰石膏板应用领域的进一步扩大和发展。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种先进的镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法。利用本发明,可使装饰石膏板镂花(包括镂空)工艺技术跃上一个新的台阶,同时使镂花装饰石膏板的应用领域进一步扩大,品质得到提升,形成一种系统性的系列产品。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)样稿设计
由设计人员根据客户需求设计样稿;
(2)电脑编程
由编程人员根据样稿制作雕刻程序;
(3)三维雕刻
由雕刻技术人员将石膏坯料或其它材料利用雕刻程序在三维雕刻机上雕刻成样本;
(4)制作母模
由模具工人将雕刻出来的样本进行修饰处理、制作模架,并用硅胶材料或其它材料浇注成母模;
(5)翻制样本
由技术工人根据母模用水泥制造样本,并进行精修;
(6)浇注模具
由技术工人利用水泥样本再次制作模架,并用PVC模具材料翻制出生产用模;
(7)浇注产品
由生产工人利用PVC模具,用石膏浆料浇注出产品;
(8)修饰产品
由生产工人将养护、干燥后的产品进行精整修补和表面处理,最后完成整个产品的制作工艺。
进一步,步骤(3)所用石膏坯料的原料及配比为:石膏为半水石膏,水膏重量比60-76:100,优选65:100。
进一步,步骤(3)所用石膏坯料的原料中还掺有相当于石膏重量30-38%的胶质量浓度≤8%的胶水(如聚乙烯醇溶液)。
进一步,步骤(4)所用硅胶材料由硅橡胶(mSiO2·nH2O)与缩聚型(RTN-2)胶联剂按质量比为100:1.5-3.5的比例进行混和、搅拌而制得。
进一步,步骤(6)所用PVC模具材料配比为:二丁脂100kg,聚氯乙烯糊树脂100kg,聚氯乙烯24-26kg(优选25kg),硬脂酸钙0.6-0.8kg(优选0.7kg),硬脂酸铝0.6-0.8kg(优选0.7kg)。
进一步,步骤(7)所用石膏浆料配比,即镂花装饰石膏板的材料配比为:石膏粉100份,白水泥4份,水30-38份(优选32.5份),胶水30-38份(优选32.5份),减水剂0.5-0.7份(优选0.6份),防水剂0.7-0.9份(优选0.8份),所述“份”为重量份。所述胶水可为聚乙烯醇溶液等。
本发明利用先进的雕刻技术和独特的生产工艺,使装饰石膏板镂花(包括镂空)工艺技术跃上一个新的台阶;同时,使镂花装饰石膏板的应用领域进一步扩大,品质得到提升,形成一种系统性的系列产品。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例
本实施例之镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)样稿设计
由设计人员根据客户需求设计样稿;
(2)电脑编程
由编程人员根据样稿制作雕刻程序;
(3)三维雕刻
由雕刻技术人员将石膏坯料利用雕刻程序在三维雕刻机上雕刻成样本;
(4)制作母模
由模具工人将雕刻出来的样本进行修饰处理、制作模架,并用硅胶材料浇注成母模;
(5)翻制样本
由技术工人根据母模用水泥制造样本,并进行精修;
(6)浇注模具
由技术工人利用水泥样本再次制作模架,并用PVC模具材料翻制出生产用模;
(7)浇注产品
由生产工人利用PVC模具,用石膏浆料浇注出产品;
(8)修饰产品
由生产工人将养护、干燥后的产品进行精整修补和表面处理,最后完成整个产品的制作工艺。
本实施例中,步骤(3)所用石膏坯料的原料及配比为:石膏为α半水石膏,水膏重量比65:100。
本实施例中,步骤(4)所用硅胶材料由硅橡胶(mSiO2·nH2O)与缩聚型(RTN-2)胶联剂按质量比为100:3的比例进行混和、搅拌而制得。
本实施例中,步骤(6)所用PVC模具材料配比见表1。

在整个模具制作过程中,之所以要进行石膏和水泥的两次样本制作,是因为石膏不耐高温,而PVC模具制作加热至160-170℃,会导致其开裂、变形和表面粉化,又因硅胶模尺寸不稳定、易损、成本高,故不能作为生产用模具。
本实施例中,步骤(7)所用石膏浆料配比-镂花装饰石膏板的材料配比见表2。

以上材枓满足GB/T9776的规定。
所述石膏浆料浇注出产品的具体流程是:
1.用石膏粉与白水泥按预定配比进行干粉混和搅拌,制得混合干粉;
2.用水、胶水、减水剂和防水剂按预定配比制备搅浆溶液;
3.按预定配比将混合干粉倒入盛有搅浆溶液的桶内,浸粉30s;
4.启动搅拌机进行搅拌,制得石膏浆料;
5.将石膏浆料倒入PVC模具内,抺平浆料,抖模排气,刮除溢浆;
6.待石膏浆料终凝后,脱模清边,挂板养护干燥;
7.半成品修整,表面处理;
8.成品检验、包装入库。
镂花装饰石膏板(以600*600*16mm为例)检测结果见表3。

1.一种镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)样稿设计
由设计人员根据客户需求设计样稿;
(2)电脑编程
由编程人员根据样稿制作雕刻程序;
(3)三维雕刻
由雕刻技术人员将石膏坯料利用雕刻程序在三维雕刻机上雕刻成样本;
(4)制作母模
由模具工人将雕刻出来的样本进行修饰处理、制作模架,并用硅胶材料浇注成母模;
(5)翻制样本
由技术工人根据母模用水泥制造样本,并进行精修;
(6)浇注模具
由技术工人利用水泥样本再次制作模架,并用PVC模具材料翻制出生产用模;
(7)浇注产品
由生产工人利用PVC模具,用石膏浆料浇注出产品;
(8)修饰产品
由生产工人将养护、干燥后的产品进行精整修补和表面处理,最后完成整个产品的制作工艺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所用石膏坯料的原料及配比为:石膏为半水石膏,水膏重量比60-76:100。
3.根据权利要求2所述的镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)所用石膏坯料的原料中还掺有相当于石膏重量30-38%的胶质量浓度≤8%的胶水。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所用硅胶材料由硅橡胶与缩聚型胶联剂按质量比为100:1.5-3.5的比例进行混和、真空搅拌而制得。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)所用PVC模具材料配比为:二丁脂100kg,聚氯乙烯糊树脂100kg,聚氯乙烯24-26kg,硬脂酸钙0.6-0.8kg,硬脂酸铝0.6-0.8kg。
6.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的镂花装饰石膏板的制作方法,其特征在于,步骤(7)所用石膏浆料配比,即镂花装饰石膏板的材料配比为:石膏粉100份,白水泥4份,水30-38份,胶水30-38份,减水剂0.5-0.7份,防水剂0.7-0.9份,所述“份”为重量份。
