Abstract

Description
本发明涉及催化剂颗粒的装填。特别地,本发明提供一种在有许多催化剂管的反应器中均匀装填催化剂的方法和设备。
在上述类型管式反应器的常规催化剂装填方法中,将催化剂颗粒大量地注入反应器顶部的管板上,使颗粒流入催化剂管。用此方法,管的装填时间很短,且催化剂颗粒的装填密度低。
此常规装填方法的另一缺点是催化剂颗粒在反应器的不同管中分布不均匀。经过简单地将大量催化剂颗粒注入管板上,管入口的局部桥连或堵塞导致管的载重和装填密度变化很大。结果,装填密度和载重不同造成处理气体通过反应器的压降和流量不同,这种变化对催化过程的总效率是不利的。
已观察到在控制颗粒流量和装填时间的条件下将催化剂颗粒输送至许多管的入口,可提供更均匀的催化剂管的装载分布。
基于以上观察,本发明提供一种用催化剂颗粒均匀装填催化剂管的方法,该管的入口安装在管板上,该方法包括通过用两个或多个分流步骤将进料流和每个得到的分流分成至少两股流,以若干颗粒流量和速度基本相等的分流将催化剂颗粒的进料流引入管板上。
从而,分流步骤的数量控制颗粒输送至管板和进入催化剂管的速度。通过适当调节分流的数量和尺寸,可得到适合的装填时间和密度,导致催化剂管中催化剂颗粒的密度和重量基本上均匀。
然而,以上参数的实际调节进一步取决于需要处理的参数,包括将在催化剂管中反应的处理气的必要空速和可接受的压降。
此外,本发明提供一种用于进行上述改进装填方法的设备。在其范围最宽的实施方案中,该设备包括许多彼此间隔的水平板,每个板上开有若干等尺寸且相隔一定距离和间距的孔,以便这些孔在相邻板上的垂直投影不与该板上的孔同心,随后板中孔的数量至少增加一个孔,从而催化剂颗粒的入流通过这些孔划分成增加数量的分流。
以下参考附图更详细地描述本发明的方法和设备。
图1为本发明一特殊实施方案的图示说明。
箱1形式的装填设备容纳有水平板2、4和6。板上有圆形孔8、10和12。孔的数量从板2至6增加4倍。板中孔的位置使孔8的垂直投影位于板4上孔10间对角线的交点之上。类似地,板12上孔10的投影均围绕着4个孔12。
当应用上述设备装填有许多安装在管板上的催化剂管的反应器时,将若干结构类似箱1的若干设备匹配在管板上。通过例如颗粒泵输送的催化剂颗粒进料流注入箱1中的板2上。颗粒自由地流过孔8,该孔尺寸的与其它孔相同,为适合于催化剂颗粒分布的尺寸和形式。在适当的尺寸下,颗粒将不会桥连或堵塞孔。颗粒自由地流过板2中的孔8至板4。催化剂颗粒流打到孔10间的板4上,颗粒以等量流过孔10成为4股分流至随后的板6。
在板6上,来自板4的每股分流以类似于板4上的方式分至四个相邻的孔12。从而,当颗粒通过底板6时,进料流已被分成16股分流。通过板6中的孔12之后,催化剂颗粒的分流以基本上相等的量分布至被箱1覆盖的催化剂管。
从而,单位时间分布至管的催化剂颗粒的量取决于孔的尺寸和数量及催化剂管的数量或被孔覆盖的管板的表面积大小。
Claims (2)
1、一种用催化剂颗粒均匀装填催化剂管的方法,该管的入口安装在管板中,该方法包括通过两个或多个分流步骤将进料流和每个得到的分流分成至少两股流,以若干颗粒流量和速度基本相等的分流将催化剂颗粒的进料流引入管板上。
2、用于均匀装填催化剂管的设备,包括许多彼此间隔的水平板,每个板上开有若干等尺寸且相隔一定距离和间距的孔,以便这些孔在相邻板上的垂直投影不与该板上的孔同心,随后板中孔的数量至少增加一个孔,从而催化剂颗粒的入流通过这些孔划分成增加数量的分流。
