本发明涉及石斛食品制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种石斛老母鸡汤。
背景技术
石斛是兰科石斛属的一种,附生植物,多生于树上或岩壁上。石斛茎肥厚,成簇,圆柱形,上部稍扁,具节,节上生叶,其叶扁平,近革质,花期有叶或无叶。石斛属约有1400种,主要产亚洲热带至大洋洲,其中约60种分布于中国南部,石斛便是较常见的种类之一。中国产的同属植物中,有不少种类的茎均可加工成药材“石斛”,多于夏秋间采收,晒干,切段生用。老母鸡是指达到一定月龄的雌性鸡,一般来说,一只母鸡在散养了400天以上,生过蛋的,尤其是孵过小鸡的,就可以被称为老母鸡。从中医上来说,母鸡的鸡肉属阴,比较适合产妇、年老体弱及久病体虚者食用。而老母鸡由于生长期长,鸡肉中所含的鲜味物质要比仔鸡多,这是使鸡汤味道更鲜美的主要原因。而且,老母鸡中脂肪含量比较高,炖出的汤也更香一些。所以,老母鸡汤受到很多人的推崇。但是,鸡肉中欠缺钙、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素、核黄素、尼克酸以及各种维生素和粗纤维,长期食用易导致身体亚健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种以石斛、老母鸡为主要原料制得具有营养价值全面和滋补功效的石斛老母鸡汤。
为解决上述问题,本发明所述的一种石斛老母鸡汤,由以下重量份的原料制成:石斛20~25、老母鸡350~420、山药11~15、枸杞子12~16、薏米17~20、生姜7~10、黄酒7~9、食盐3~5、强化包8~11和水1500~2200。
所述强化包由人参、当归、木耳和无花果组成,它们的配比为3︰1︰2︰1。强化包里含有中药材,具有养生保健的效果。
一种石斛老母鸡汤的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)选取优质的石斛、枸杞子和薏米,分别用清水清洗干净,放入锅里加清水加热软化,加热时间为20~25分钟,得到石斛、枸杞子和薏米初成品;
(2)选取优质的山药,去皮洗净,然后切成块状备用;
(3)选取健康的宰杀后的老母鸡,切成大块,放入锅里加清水加热去除血丝,加热时间为15~20分钟;
(4)按照一定比例将石斛、枸杞子和薏米初成品、切成块状山药和老母鸡一起加入到清水中加热,加热时间为30~40分钟,然后向锅内加入黄酒、生姜、强化包和食盐,加热至沸腾,然后用小火继续加热,加热时间为2~2.5小时,熬出汁液,得到成品石斛老母鸡汤。
本发明具有以下优点:本发明含有普通老母鸡汤不具有的营养成分和保健作用,本石斛老母鸡汤中含有钙、铁、胡萝卜素、硫胺素以及各种维生素和粗纤维,具有很好的补充营养效果,不会导致营养不良;本石斛老母鸡汤具有补虚安神、明目祛风、滋肾润肺以及护肝抗肿瘤的作用;本石斛老母鸡汤能使有机体衰老的酶活性显著降低,具有延缓衰老的作用,同时山药块茎富含多糖,可刺激和调节人类免疫系统。

实施例1
一种石斛老母鸡汤,由以下重量份的原料制成:石斛20、老母鸡350、山药11、枸杞子12、薏米17、生姜7、黄酒7、食盐3、强化包8和水1500。
强化包由人参、当归、木耳和无花果组成,它们的配比为3︰1︰2︰1。强化包里含有中药材,具有养生保健的效果。本实施例配比维生素含量最高。
实施例2
一种石斛老母鸡汤,由以下重量份的原料制成:石斛22、老母鸡380、山药13、枸杞子14、薏米18、生姜8、黄酒8、食盐4、强化包10和水1800。
强化包由人参、当归、木耳和无花果组成,它们的配比为3︰1︰2︰1。强化包里含有中药材,具有养生保健的效果。本实施例配比肝肿瘤效果最佳。
实施例3
一种石斛老母鸡汤,由以下重量份的原料制成:石斛25、老母鸡420、山药15、枸杞子16、薏米20、生姜10、黄酒9、食盐5、强化包11和水2200。
强化包由人参、当归、木耳和无花果组成,它们的配比为3︰1︰2︰1。强化包里含有中药材,具有养生保健的效果。本实施例配比调节免疫系统效果最佳。

1.一种石斛老母鸡汤,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:石斛20~25、老母鸡350~420、山药11~15、枸杞子12~16、薏米17~20、生姜7~10、黄酒7~9、食盐3~5、强化包8~11和水1500~2200。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石斛老母鸡汤,其特征在于:所述强化包由人参、当归、木耳和无花果组成,它们的配比为3︰1︰2︰1。
