盖3也具有环形的罩壁30。该罩壁30具有与铰链4直径对置的罩壁区域31，该罩壁区域被设置为相对于边缘32朝中心向内偏移了略微大于下部 2上的第一挡板25的壁厚的距离。因为密闭件在此以打开状态示出，所以仅可看清楚盖3的盖面33的内侧。盖面33具有外部的大约平坦的区域34，该平坦的区域后紧接着是以圆锥形向上倾斜延伸的盖面区域35。
最后是圆柱形向上取向的盖面部分，该盖面部分在最上面具有平坦的终止部37。在该平坦的终止部37的内侧上模制有密封塞38，该密封塞在其外侧上具有环形的密封凸起部39。密封塞38上的该密封凸起部39在密闭件的关闭状态下与饮嘴22中的环形的密封肋24共同作用。根据本发明的未损坏保证元件由板50组成，该板是罩壁区域31的一部分。该板50除了预定断裂点桥51、52之外完全地与罩壁区域31分离。两个侧向的预定断裂点桥51建立前述的板50与侧向毗邻的、相对于边缘32向内偏移的罩壁区域 31之间的连接。第三个预定断裂点桥52建立前述的板50与盖3的平坦的盖面部分34之间的连接。优选地，仅存在三个这种预定断裂点桥，当然也完全可以考虑设置多于仅三个的预定断裂点桥，然而那么这些预定断裂点桥必须被较薄地设计，由此使在首次打开时所需的力被保持在界限中，使得用户能够不必过度耗力地打开密闭件。
在板50的偏远中心的外侧上一体化地模制有止动钩53。在密闭件的关闭状态下，该止动钩接合至下部2上的外部的第一挡板25的钩锁窗口26 中。如前所述，优选地存在两个这种未损坏保证元件。因此如图2中所示，可看到两个板50，这些板能够以其外部安装的止动钩53接合至两个钩锁窗口26中。
显然地，外部的第一挡板25的功能特别是用于构成与盖3上的具有止动钩53的可分离的板50的配对件。但第一挡板25同时构成挡板，以遮挡盖3的朝中心偏移的罩壁区域31。在此，窗口26被设计为大于止动钩53 的宽度和高度。因此，用户可保持看到板50或止动钩53。
更靠近中心地与第一挡板同心延伸的较短的第二挡板27具有另外的功能。一方面该更短的挡板用于，在用机械首次关闭时向内偏移的罩壁区域 31被精确地引导就位，并且在此板50上的止动钩53准确地被引导至钩锁窗口26前并被移动到该处，使得止动钩53抓住该钩锁窗口26。但同时，该内部的挡板防止对未损坏保证元件的篡改。因此，板50从外部不可朝内移动，使得止动钩不再与钩锁窗口接合。所以，通过密闭件被打开，即盖 3相对于下部2围绕铰链4枢转，使得未损坏保证元件只有被毁坏。如果实现这种首次打开，则前述的预定断裂点桥51、52被毁坏并且板50完全与盖 3的朝中心偏移的罩壁区域31分开。因此，所分离的板50现在保留被捕获在外部的第一挡板25与内部的第二挡板27之间。在首次打开之后，所分离的板50可侧向地在两个挡板25和27之间滑出。在再次关闭密闭件时，现在盖3通过饮嘴22中的密封塞38而保持在下部2上。现在，通过钩锁窗口 26的视野是自由的。如果借助同轴模具以两种颜色制造密闭件，也就是说例如下部2是绿色并且盖是橙色的，则在首次打开之前可看到橙色的止动钩53或板50，并且在首次打开之后现在通过同一钩锁窗口可看到内部的挡板27的绿色部分，而板50的橙色部分不存在了。
为了提高塑料密闭件1的饮用舒适性，盖3的段6存在于平坦的盖面部分中延伸的膜铰链61上，该膜铰链将段6与其余的盖可枢转运动地分开。相应地，盖3的罩壁30具有侧向的裂口62，并且出于卫生的原因，分离壁 63从裂口62延伸到在对面延伸的裂口，该分离壁在密闭件的关闭状态下至少近似地置于下部2的盖面21的平坦的区域上。这允许用户在饮用时以手指将该盖部分和膜铰链从嘴枢转离开，使得该盖部分在饮用时不会遮挡。
此外，下部2还在罩壁20的下边缘通过预定断裂点桥71与保险环70 连接。该保险环70允许关闭的密闭件容易地压在容器上。在此，在附图中不可见的内侧上，向内朝向地模制有保持凸起部(Haltewulste)，所述保持凸起部可与容器颈部上的环形的保持凸起部接合。因此，也确保了密闭件 1无法在关闭状态下从容器颈部被移除，并在随后未被发现地被倒空。在预定断裂点桥71被毁坏时，保险环70滑落到较深的水平面，并且购买者因此清楚地辨认出容器已经被打开了。
通过人们将板50喷涂成与密闭件的其余部分不同的颜色，或通过下部 2被喷涂成一种颜色而盖3被喷涂成另一种颜色，首次打开的该可辨性还可以被改进。在单部件的密闭件中，这还可借助所谓的同轴喷铸来实现。

Claims (7)

1.一种塑料密闭件(1)，具有带有饮嘴(22)的下部和通过铰链(4)与所述下部(2)一体化地连接的盖(3)，并且具有能与所述饮嘴(22)锁止地接合的密封塞(38)，所述密封塞被模制在所述盖的盖面的内侧，其中，所述下部(2)和所述盖(3)分别具有罩壁(20，30)，所述罩壁在所述塑料密闭件(1)的关闭状态下至少近似上下相叠地对准，并且此外，所述塑料密闭件(1)具有至少一个未损坏保证元件，其特征在于，盖的罩壁(30)设有至少一个模制在与所述铰链(4)相对的外侧的止动钩(53)，并且在与所述铰链(4)相对的所述下部(2)上并且在所述下部的罩壁(20)上方，存在朝向所述盖(3)的、围绕少于所述下部的罩壁的一半周长延伸的第一挡板(25)，在所述第一挡板中形成至少一个钩锁窗口(26)，并且存在与所述第一挡板(25)同心地延伸的第二挡板(27)，所述第二挡板在所述盖的罩壁(30)的区域中向内偏移了至少所述盖的罩壁(30)的厚度，并且其中，在首次打开所述塑料密闭件(1)时能通过所述盖(3)相对于所述下部(2)的枢转运动而被分离的所述至少一个未损坏保证元件，是所述盖的罩壁(30)的部分区域，并且设有至少一个所述的止动钩(53)，其中，所述未损坏保证元件除了预定断裂点桥之外完全地与所述盖的罩壁分离，并且其中，所述未损坏保证元件具有矩形板的形状，并且最大与所述盖的罩壁(30)同样高，其中，至少在所述未损坏保证元件的侧边沿上，侧向的预定断裂点桥(51)分别构成与侧向毗邻的所述盖的罩壁(30)的连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料密闭件(1)，其特征在于，所述未损坏保证元件具有上方的预定断裂点桥(52)，所述上方的预定断裂点桥与在其上延伸的所述盖的罩壁(30)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑料密闭件(1)，其特征在于，同心地延伸的所述第一挡板(25)与所述第二挡板(27)之间的距离大于所述至少一个未损坏保证元件的壁厚，然而小于所述止动钩(53)的区域中的壁厚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料密闭件(1)，其特征在于，所述盖(3)的一段(6)存在于在所述盖的平坦的盖面部分中延伸的膜铰链(61)上，该膜铰链将所述段(6)与其余的盖可枢转运动地分开，该段(6)被设计为能够通过所述膜铰链(61)枢转运动，因此所述盖(3)的罩壁(30)被切开直到毗邻的所述盖的盖面(33)并由此形成两个侧向的裂口(62)，所述两个裂口(62)之间的朝向所述铰链(4)的区域与所述铰链(4)连接，所述两个裂口之间的连接线被设计作为所述膜铰链，并且有一分离壁(63)从一裂口延伸到在对面延伸的裂口，所述分离壁在所述密闭件的关闭状态下至少近似地置于所述下部(2)的盖面(21)的平坦的区域上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的塑料密闭件(1)，其特征在于，所述分离壁被毗邻所述裂口地模制在朝向所述盖(3)的中心的一侧，所述分离壁在远离所述铰链(4)的侧上补充剩余的罩壁。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料密闭件(1)，其特征在于，所述下部的罩壁(20)设有内螺纹，并且在所述下部的罩壁(20)的下方对准地模制有关闭的保险环(70)，其中，所述保险环(70)通过预定断裂点(71)与所述下部的罩壁(20)一体化地连接，并且在所述保险环的内面设有保持装置，用于与容器颈部连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的塑料密闭件(1)，其特征在于，所述盖的盖面(33)相应于所述下部(2)的饮嘴(22)形状相应地在中央升高。
