Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,包括阀体、导向板、阀轴、导向轴、连接板、碟板、联动杆和驱动电机,所述阀体为中空的圆柱体结构,阀体内周向设有一圈密封圈,所述导向板一端固定在阀体内壁上,导向板另一端上设有导向槽,所述联动杆的数量为两个,分别设置在导向板的两端,阀轴为圆柱形结构,阀轴穿过导向板与联动杆上的固定通孔,阀轴两端固定在阀体上,所述驱动电机固定在阀体外壁,驱动电机转子与阀轴一端固定连接,所述导向轴主体穿过联动杆上的移动通孔与导向板上的导向槽,固定端子固定在连接板上,所述连接板垂直的固定在碟板上,所述碟板与密封圈密封配合,结构简单,耐磨损,实现了蝶阀的零摩擦,增加了使用寿命。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,特别是一种没有摩擦的硬密封蝶阀。
背景技术
硬密封蝶阀通常包括有阀体、阀杆、阀板和阀座,阀板在阀体内可作旋转运动,阀座镶在阀体的内圆周,阀座的内环面与镶在阀板的外圆周上的密封环组成密封副,在阀门关闭状态下依靠阀板的径向压缩和正向介质的轴向推力使密封环紧贴在阀座上,发生弹性变形,产生密封比压,实现阀板与阀体间的密封。已有技术中由于结构的原因,密封副间的密封比压固定不变,阀板开启和关闭时,密封副间总存在着摩擦,使得启闭阀门的力矩增大,启闭速度减慢,频繁的启闭容易造成密封面磨损,密封性能下降,最终导致阀门泄漏。中国专利201320032692.9公开了一种具有导向槽的拨叉式蝶阀,具有导向槽的拨叉式蝶阀有阀体,阀体内有阀体密封座,阀体内有与阀体密封座相配合的碟版,阀体的侧壁穿有阀轴,阀轴与碟版之间连有拨叉式传动机构,拨叉式传动机构有在碟版前面、与阀板垂直的拨动轴支架,拨动轴支架上有与阀轴平行的拨动轴,阀轴连有与阀轴垂直的拨叉,波动轴在拨叉内,在阀轴与蝶板前面之间有限位板,限位板的后端定位连在蝶板前面,限位板上有长条孔,阀轴在长条孔内,限位板上有圆心在阀轴的轴线方向的圆弧形限位孔,圆弧形限位孔的一端连有与蝶板垂直的长条形限位孔,阀体内圆周定位连有与限位板垂直的限位销,限位销的一端插入限位孔内。这种结构实现了蝶板与阀体密封座先分离在打开,从而实现了阀体密封座与蝶板的零摩擦。但是由于这种运动是靠限位销在限位孔内强行运动而实现的所以限位销很容易被磨损。与此同时蝶板在开启的过程中和保持开启的状态下限位销会受到一个很大的作用力,容易使限位销折断。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的不足,提出来一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,结构简单,耐磨损,实现了蝶阀的零摩擦,增加了使用寿命。
本发明是用如下方法实现的:
一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,包括阀体、导向板、阀轴、导向轴、连接板、碟板、联动杆和驱动电机,所述阀体为中空的圆柱体结构,阀体内周向设有一圈密封圈,所述导向板一端固定在阀体内壁上,导向板另一端上设有导向槽,所述导向槽包括相互连通的水平滑槽和转向滑槽,水平滑槽与阀体内壁平行设置,转向滑槽为圆弧形结构,转向滑槽的弧度为90°,所述联动杆的数量为两个,分别设置在导向板的两端,联动杆上设有固定通孔和移动通孔;
所述阀轴为圆柱形结构,阀轴穿过导向板与联动杆上的固定通孔,阀轴两端固定在阀体上,所述驱动电机固定在阀体外壁,驱动电机转子与阀轴一端固定连接;
所述导向轴包括导向轴主体和设置在导向轴主体两端的固定端子,导向轴主体为长方体结构,导向轴主体的上表面向内凹陷形成第一滑槽,导向轴主体的下表面向外突出形成第一凸起,固定端子的截面形状为矩形结构,所述导向轴主体穿过联动杆上的移动通孔与导向板上的导向槽,固定端子固定在连接板上,所述连接板垂直的固定在碟板上,所述碟板与密封圈密封配合。
上述一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其中,所述移动通孔与导向轴主体间隙配合。
上述一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其中,所述阀轴与阀体之间设有密封填料。
上述一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其中,所述连接板的数量为两个,分别设置在导向板两侧。
上述一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其中,所述联动杆与阀轴之间通过螺钉进行固定。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明阀体内有阀体密封座,阀体内有与密封座相配合的蝶板,阀体的侧壁穿有阀轴,阀轴与连动杆用螺钉相连接,阀体内有导向槽,导向槽中穿过导向轴,并且导向槽与导向轴有特殊的结构相配合,从而达到导向轴能够沿着导向槽运动,并且保证导向轴到达导向槽末端时翻转90度,蝶板通过连接杆与导向轴相连接,连接处导向轴是方形,从而使蝶板能够跟着导向轴一起平动和转动,达到先与密封座分离再翻转90度打开的结果,本发明结构简单,耐磨损,实现了蝶阀的零摩擦,增加了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
如图所示一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,包括阀体1、导向板2、阀轴4、导向轴5、连接板6、碟板7、联动杆8和驱动电机9,所述阀体1为中空的圆柱体结构,阀体1内周向设有一圈密封圈10,所述导向板2一端固定在阀体1内壁上,导向板2另一端上设有导向槽3,所述导向槽3包括相互连通的水平滑槽11和转向滑槽12,水平滑槽11与阀体1内壁平行设置,转向滑槽12为圆弧形结构,转向滑槽12的弧度a为90°,所述联动杆8的数量为两个,分别设置在导向板2的两端,联动杆8上设有固定通孔13和移动通孔14;
所述阀轴4为圆柱形结构,阀轴4穿过导向板2与联动杆上的固定通孔13,所述联动杆8与阀轴4之间通过螺钉15进行固定,阀轴4两端固定在阀体1上,所述阀轴4与阀体1之间设有密封填料16,所述驱动电机9固定在阀体1外壁,驱动电机9转子17与阀轴4一端固定连接;
所述导向轴5包括导向轴主体18和设置在导向轴主体两端的固定端子19,导向轴主体18为长方体结构,导向轴主体18的上表面向内凹陷形成第一滑槽20,导向轴主体的下表面向外突出形成第一凸起21,固定端子19的截面形状为矩形结构,所述导向轴主体18穿过联动杆上的移动通孔14与导向板上的导向槽3,移动通孔14与导向轴主体18间隙配合;所述连接板6的数量为两个,分别设置在导向板2两侧,固定端子19固定在连接板6上,所述连接板6垂直的固定在碟板7上,所述碟板7与密封圈10密封配合。
本发明蝶阀在关闭状态时如图1所示,此时连杆与阀体内壁相平行,碟版打开过程的运动方式如下,阀轴4在驱动电机的带动下旋转带动联动杆8逆时针转动,联动杆8与导向轴相配合并且与导向轴之间间隙配合,联动杆8逆时针转动带动导向轴5向右运动,由于导向轴5与导向槽3之间有特殊的结构相配合,从而能够使导向轴沿着导向槽运动,导向槽开始是水平滑槽,一段距离后是圆弧形槽的转向滑槽,从而使导向轴先平行运动,再做圆弧形运动,于此同时由于导向轴5与导向槽3之间的特殊配合方式,在导向轴沿着导向槽运动到导向槽最上端时,导向轴翻转90度,导向轴5与连杆6链接处是方形结构,连杆6跟着导向轴先平动再转动,实现了蝶板在连杆的带动下先平动再翻转90°打开。同样在阀门关闭时运动方式与打开时运动方式相反。
本发明实现了蝶板先平动在翻转打开,实现了蝶阀的零摩擦。并且阀体内部结构简单,对流量的影响小。
这里本发明的描述和应用是说明性的,并非想将本发明的范围限制在上述实施例中,因此,本发明不受本实施例的限制,任何采用等效替换取得的技术方案均在本发明保护的范围内。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其特征为,包括阀体、导向板、阀轴、导向轴、连接板、碟板、联动杆和驱动电机,所述阀体为中空的圆柱体结构,阀体内周向设有一圈密封圈,所述导向板一端固定在阀体内壁上,导向板另一端上设有导向槽,所述导向槽包括相互连通的水平滑槽和转向滑槽,水平滑槽与阀体内壁平行设置,转向滑槽为圆弧形结构,转向滑槽的弧度为90°,所述联动杆的数量为两个,分别设置在导向板的两端,联动杆上设有固定通孔和移动通孔;
所述阀轴为圆柱形结构,阀轴穿过导向板与联动杆上的固定通孔,阀轴两端固定在阀体上,所述驱动电机固定在阀体外壁,驱动电机转子与阀轴一端固定连接;
所述导向轴包括导向轴主体和设置在导向轴主体两端的固定端子,导向轴主体为长方体结构,导向轴主体的上表面向内凹陷形成第一滑槽,导向轴主体的下表面向外突出形成第一凸起,固定端子的截面形状为矩形结构,所述导向轴主体穿过联动杆上的移动通孔与导向板上的导向槽,固定端子固定在连接板上,所述连接板垂直的固定在碟板上,所述碟板与密封圈密封配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其特征为,所述移动通孔与导向轴主体间隙配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其特征为,所述阀轴与阀体之间设有密封填料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其特征为,所述连接板的数量为两个,分别设置在导向板两侧。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有导向槽的单杆零摩擦蝶阀,其特征为,所述联动杆与阀轴之间通过螺钉进行固定。
