本发明涉及用于小汽车和卡车轮胎生产的制备缸的包边和滚压部分,其中,利用装有扣锁和反向分离小环的杠杆臂,可以在一个工作循环中完成钢丝周围特定部分的包边和滚压操作。
到目前为止,钢丝周围特定部分的包边操作都是利用折棒并通过橡胶膜来完成的,并且在后续的操作中将这些在钢丝缓冲层上带有压圈的橡胶膜包边并将胎侧挤压到轮辐处。这种技术工艺如捷克斯洛伐克发明专利No.216895中提供的成型鼓滚压部分的结构布置所描述。这种工艺较费时,并且需要两块设计复杂的橡胶膜,同时,橡胶膜难于制造,并且由于橡胶膜的损坏经常出现废品,这也增加了生产成本。
通过使用根据本发明的制备缸的包边和滚压部分就可以克服上述的缺点,本发明制备缸的包边和滚压部分包括导向螺杆的心轴,导向螺杆与轴承、基盘和气缸连接。在它们的上方有一个装有滚压扣锁并具有至少两个柔性分离小环的杠杆臂,滚压扣锁通过杠杆座和支座与心轴连接。

导向螺杆10位于心轴11中,心轴11安装在基盘20上。同时,此基盘与轴承210相连,轴承210由轴衬211和基体212组成。在中间部分,心轴11上固定有中部环40,中部带410在中部环40上搭到气缸30上。气缸30装有锥形体310,并带有扇形块320和封套321。通过轴承210,装有滚压扣锁501和两个柔性分离小环502的杠杆臂50与基盘20固定。杠杆臂50通过杠杆座510和支座511与心轴11连接。装有密封件521、活塞530,540和活塞环531和541的气缸520与支座511固定。在活塞540上装有带有反向气缸543的活塞杆542。
根据所加工轮胎的类型,按照技术工艺将胎侧、骨架材料和其它部分装在制备缸的圆柱表面上。通过心轴11中的主回路把空气引入之后,使锥形体310推向制备缸的中部。通过锥形摩擦表面,将运动传递到扇形块320和橡胶封套321。制备缸的初始直径D增加到这种程度,即此直径可以使缓冲层固定到准备好的底部钢丝60上。同时,在中部环40上的中部带410处的缸体直径也增大了。在将钢丝60固定到“x”位置之后,通过基体212,轴衬211和轴承210,导向螺杆10的旋转运动变成了基盘20的轴向移动,这种轴向移动通过气缸30、扇形块320和封套321使固定的钢丝60从“x”位置移动到“y”位置。在通过心轴主回路对半成品加载之后,进行包边和滚压加工。在杠杆臂50的一次动作过程中,钢丝60周围的部分受到弯卷,同时胎侧滚压到了轮辐80上。这是由于采用了带有滚压扣锁501的杠杆臂机构,杠杆臂可转动地定位在轴衬511和座512上,而轴衬511和座512又固定在杠杆座510上。用于挤压胎侧的能量由柔性分离小环502提供,柔性分离小环502还起到保证杠杆臂的基本位置的作用。杠杆臂50的工作运动由气缸520和活塞530保证,气缸520具有固定到杠杆座510的密封件521,活塞530具有固定到基盘20的活塞环531。杠杆臂50的反向运动由具有活塞杆542、活塞540和活塞环541的反向气缸543来保证。当完成了包边和滚压动作之后,剩下的工作是清理缓冲层和浇道。这样就完成了生胎的制备。
本发明涉及到橡胶工业,并且本发明可用于生产小汽车和卡车的轮胎。

1.用于生产子午线轮胎的成型鼓的包边和滚压部分,其特征在于:包括装有导向螺杆(10)的心轴(11),上述导向螺杆(10)与轴承(210),基盘(20)和气缸(520)连接,安装有至少两个柔性分离小环(502)和滚压扣锁(501)的杠杆臂(50)布置在气缸(520)的上方,同时杠杆臂(50)通过杠杆座(510)和支座(511)与心轴(11)连接。
