Abstract
本发明提供一种清热去火、润肺止渴植物饮料及其制备方法。菊花植物饮料的原材料配方为:每1000ml成品饮料,由下列重量的原料制成:桑叶2-4g、菊花2-4g、薄荷1-3g、桔梗1-3g、芦根2-3g、甘草0.8-1.2g。制备时,先将桑叶、菊花加水蒸馏、煎煮,收集蒸馏液和煎煮液,再和其余组分的煎煮液混合,浓缩,调配,得到清热去火、润肺止渴植物饮料。本发明的植物饮料具有清热去火、明目止渴、补脾益气、止咳润肺功能。

本发明涉及植物饮料领域,具体涉及一种清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
饮料是重要的食品种类之一,软饮料即非酒精饮料,种类繁多,可分为碳酸饮料、茶饮料、饮用水、果汁饮料、乳酸菌饮料及运动能量饮料等。功能饮料基本上是由运动饮料、能量饮料和其他类型功能饮料构成。
植物饮料是指以植物或植物抽提物为原料经加工或发酵制成的饮料。
但是,目前市场上的功能饮料大多含糖量比较高,具有保健功效的种类较少,特别是具有清热去火、明目止渴、补脾益气、止咳润肺功能的天然植物资源开发的饮料更少,难以满足人民日益增长的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料及其制备方法。本发明的植物饮料具有清热去火、明目止渴、补脾益气、止咳润肺功能。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)蒸馏液提取:按配方比例称取菊花、薄荷用中药粉碎机破碎,将破碎的物料放入蒸馏烧瓶内加水14-16倍,缓缓加热至微沸,收集蒸馏液A,蒸馏液A的收集量按照每1克原药材收集蒸馏液的体积为9-11ml的比例来收集,剩余药液过滤200目滤布,收集滤液B,药渣弃去;
(2)提取:将配方中的剩余药材桑叶、桔梗、芦根、甘草等置提取容器内,加9-11倍量水,加热煎煮1.5-2.5小时,滤过,药渣再加8-8.5倍量水煎煮1.5-2.0小时,滤过,合并两次滤液和步骤(1)收集的滤液B混合,调PH值至5-6,沉淀过夜,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为0.5-0.6g/cm3药材浓缩汁;
(3)配液:将步骤(2)得到的药材浓缩汁和步骤(1)收集的蒸馏液、适量的蔗糖、纯净水混合均匀,然后调节糖度为4.5±0.1,pH值为5.5±0.5,在温度为60-65℃下,调配液用5μm过滤,然后进行灌装,灌装在120±2℃,杀菌20-30分钟,即可。
所述的一种清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的菊花植物饮料的原材料配方为:每1000ml成品饮料,由下列重量的原料制成:桑叶2-4g、菊花2-4g、薄荷1-3g、桔梗1-3g、芦根2-3g、甘草0.8-1.2g。
所述的一种清热去火、润肺止渴植物饮料制备方法,其特征在于,所述的菊花植物饮料的原材料配方为:每1000ml成品饮料,由下列重量的原料制成:桑叶3g、菊花3g、薄荷2g、桔梗2g、芦根2.5g、甘草1g。
所述的一种清热去火、润肺止渴植物饮料的制备方法制得的清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料。
有益效果
本发明的清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料在加工过程中将桑叶、菊花加水煮沸后,既提取蒸馏液又收集煎煮液,二者的蒸馏液中含有桑叶挥发性成分和菊花挥发性成分的混合物,桑叶挥发性成分主要有:3-异丙烯基-1-环辛烯(22.196%)、石竹烯(15.424%)、1-(2-呋喃基)-1-戊酮(11.711%)、1-异丙烯基-3-丙烯基环戊烷(8.222%)、紫苏醇(6.191%5)、β-没药烯(5.191%)、2-(2-甲基-1-戊烯基)双环[2.2.1]庚烯(4.743%)、α-绿叶烯(3.596%)。菊花挥发性成分主要有:主要成分是β-菲兰烯、对聚伞花烯、菊烯酮、1,8-桉油精、冰片及桧烯等。两种挥发性成分的混合物具有清热解毒、明目、润肺功效,同时具有清香味。薄荷、桔梗、芦根、甘草的煎煮液具有清火、去燥,润肺解渴的功效,因此,本发明的清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料具有清热去火、明目止渴、补脾益气、止咳润肺功能,同时口感清香,爽口。
具体实施方式
制备1000ml清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料的制备方法,包括以下步骤
(1)取菊花、薄荷2g用中药粉碎机破碎,置圆底蒸馏烧瓶内加水15倍,缓缓加热至微沸,收集蒸馏液(A)约50ml冷藏备用,剩余药液过滤200目滤布,收集滤液(B),药渣弃去;
(2)提取:将剩余药材桑叶3g,桔梗2g,芦根2.5g,甘草1g共计8.5g置提取容器内,加10倍水,加热煎煮2小时,滤过,药渣加8倍水煎煮1.5小时,滤过,合并两次滤液及菊花薄荷滤液(B),调PH值至5-6,沉淀过夜,取上清液浓缩;(每2g相当于原药材1g);
(3)配液:药材浓缩汁17g+蒸馏液50ml+蔗糖50g(加适量水制成单糖浆)+纯化水滤过,要求糖度4.5±0.1,pH值为5.5±0.5,温度>60℃,调配液用5μm过滤,进行灌装,120±2℃,20分钟杀菌,即可。
Claims (4)
1.一种清热去火、止渴润肺植物饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)蒸馏液提取:按配方比例称取菊花、薄荷用中药粉碎机破碎,将破碎的物料放入蒸馏烧瓶内加水14-16倍,缓缓加热至微沸,收集蒸馏液A,蒸馏液A的收集量按照每1克原药材收集蒸馏液的体积为9-11ml的比例来收集,剩余药液过滤200目滤布,收集滤液B,药渣弃去;
(2)提取:将配方中的剩余药材桑叶、桔梗、芦根、甘草等置提取容器内,加9-11倍量水,加热煎煮1.5-2.5小时,滤过,药渣再加8-8.5倍量水煎煮1.5-2.0小时,滤过,合并两次滤液和步骤(1)收集的滤液B混合,调PH值至5-6,沉淀过夜,取上清液,浓缩至相对密度为0.5-0.6g/cm3药材浓缩汁;
(3)配液:将步骤(2)得到的药材浓缩汁和步骤(1)收集的蒸馏液、适量的蔗糖、纯净水混合均匀,然后调节糖度为4.5±0.1,pH值为5.5±0.5,在温度为60-65℃下,调配液用5μm过滤,然后进行灌装,灌装在120±2℃,杀菌20-30分钟,即可。
