Abstract

本发明属于塑料包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,其特征在于:爽滑母料采用无胺配方,利用无添加的低密度聚乙烯为载体树脂,添加无胺爽滑剂和抗静电剂,其比例为载体树脂80-85%,无胺爽滑剂采用复配技术,总量占14-20%,抗静电剂0-1%,其采用双螺杆挤出造粒机进行挤出造粒。本发明作为爽滑母料添加到聚乙烯制成热封膜具有低摩擦系数,并且在无溶剂复合工艺及熟化过程中摩擦系数相对稳定,不会产生急剧上升的现象。

一种无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料
技术领域
本发明属于塑料包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料。
背景技术
摩擦系数是度量包装材料滑动特性的指标,随着自动包装设备运行速度的不断提高,软包装应用企业对软包装材料热封层的摩擦系数提出越来越严格的要求,但聚乙烯热封膜添加的爽滑剂(常见芥酸酰胺或油酸酰胺)在无溶剂复合或熟化过程中迁移到复合层表面后易与无溶剂胶黏剂中的NCO(异氰酸酯基)反应,引起薄膜摩擦系数上升,使产品无法正常走膜,严重影响后序加工和应用。无溶剂复合是采用100%固含量的无溶剂型胶黏剂,并利用其固化反应,将两种及以上不同类型的基材粘接在一起,从而获得具有新的功能性材料的一种技术。无溶剂复合技术进入21世纪以来,新增的无溶剂复合设备数量占新增复合设备的80%-90%以上,尤其是近3年呈跨越式的上升态势,但经无溶剂复合后聚乙烯热封膜摩擦系数的急剧上升成为了制约无溶剂复合发展的瓶颈。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决普通胺类爽滑剂在无溶剂复合及熟化过程中摩擦系数的急剧上升的难题,提供一种无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,确保低摩擦系数,在复合及熟化过程中保持摩擦系数的稳定。为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,主要成分包括有载体树脂、无胺爽滑剂与抗静电剂,其中按占重比例,所述载体树脂为80-85%,无胺爽滑剂为14-20%,抗静电剂为0-1%。
于本发明的一个或多个实施例当中,所述无胺爽滑剂选用硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、硬脂醇当中的一种或几种任意配比的混合物。
于本发明的一个或多个实施例当中,所述抗静电剂选用脂及酸单甘油脂、环烷酸甘油脂、山梨糖醇脂当中的一种或几种。
于本发明的一个或多个实施例当中,所述载体树脂选用型号为951000的低密度聚乙烯。
本发明的有益效果是:采用了无胺爽滑剂,令母料具有较好的热稳定性,而且爽滑剂的迁移受温度影响小,具有低摩擦系数,在无溶剂复合和熟化过程中摩擦系数稳定。
具体实施方式
本发明之无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,主要成分包括有载体树脂、无胺爽滑剂与抗静电剂,其中按占重比例,所述载体树脂为80-85%,无胺爽滑剂为14-20%,抗静电剂为0-1%。
具体是利用型号为951000的无添加低密度聚乙烯作为载体树脂,加入无胺爽滑剂、抗粘连剂和抗静电剂,利用双螺杆挤出造粒机进行挤出造料。
所述载体树脂的熔融指数为其熔体流动速率在2.17g/10min左右,用量为85%;所述无胺爽滑剂为硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸的混合物,用量是14%;所述抗静电剂为环烷酸甘油脂;双螺杆挤出造粒机的螺杆温度分别为130,150,170,180,180。
对本实施例的母料进行吹膜及无溶剂复合实验:
1)吹膜制成的25u厚的聚乙烯热封膜下机后摩擦系数为0.193,无溶剂复合前摩擦系数为0.203,无溶剂复合后摩擦系数为0.208,熟化过程中摩擦系数为0.211。
2)吹膜制成的25u厚的聚乙烯热封膜下机后摩擦系数为0.190,无溶剂复合前摩擦系数为0.197,无溶剂复合后摩擦系数为0.205,熟化过程中摩擦系数为0.209。
3)吹膜制成的30u厚的聚乙烯热封膜下机后摩擦系数为0.185,无溶剂复合前摩擦系数为0.188,无溶剂复合后摩擦系数为0.190,熟化过程中摩擦系数为0.193。
上述试验1、2和3的研究表明,添加本发明的爽滑母料制成的25u厚度的聚丙烯热封膜,其摩擦系数为0.17-0.19,经过无溶剂复合后,摩擦系数为0.19-0.22,在熟化过程中最高的摩擦系数为0.19-0.24,在无溶剂复合和熟化过程中摩擦系数十分稳定。

1.一种无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,其特征在于:主要成分包括有载体树脂、无胺爽滑剂与抗静电剂,其中按占重比例,所述载体树脂为80-85%,无胺爽滑剂为14-20%,抗静电剂为0-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,其特征在于:所述无胺爽滑剂选用硬脂酸丁酯、硬脂酸甘油酯、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、硬脂酸、硬脂醇当中的一种或几种任意配比的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂选用脂及酸单甘油脂、环烷酸甘油脂、山梨糖醇脂当中的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无溶剂复合用的聚乙烯热封膜爽滑母料,其特征在于:所述载体树脂选用型号为951000的低密度聚乙烯。
