Abstract
本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种浇注型聚氨酯弹性体及其制备方法。浇注型聚氨酯弹性体由如下重量份数的原料制成:聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D?30-50份、聚醚多元醇DMD-3000?20-40份、聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D?10-40份、MDI?20-50份、固化剂2.1-10.7份。本发明耐磨性优异、耐臭氧性极好、硬度大、强度高、弹性好、耐低温,有良好的耐油、耐化学药品和耐环境性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯制品技术领域,具体涉及一种浇注型聚氨酯弹性体及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氨酯浇注型弹性体又称浇注型聚氨酯橡胶,简称CPU,是一种(AB)n型嵌段线性聚合物,A为高分子量(1000-6000)的聚酯或聚醚,B为含2-12直链碳原子的二醇,AB链段间化学结构是用二异氰酸酯连接。CPU具有优异的耐磨性能,优良的撕裂强度,较高的弹性及方便的生产方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,耐磨性优异、耐臭氧性极好、硬度大、强度高、弹性好、耐低温,有良好的耐油、耐化学药品和耐环境性能;本发明同时提供了浇注型聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,科学合理、简单易行。
本发明所述的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇;该聚醚由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,用这类多元醇做的制品弹性好、韧性好等。
所述的聚醚多元醇DMD-3000为3官能度,分子量3000的聚醚多元醇;该聚醚由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,用这类多元醇做的制品抗撕裂。
所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D为2官能度,分子量1000的聚醚多元醇;该聚醚由淄博德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产,用这类多元醇做的制品硬度大、耐磨等。
所述的MDI反应速度快、机械性能好、耐磨性能优异。
所述的固化剂为1,4-丁二醇。
本发明所述的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,步骤如下:
(1)聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D、聚醚多元醇DMD-3000和聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D在100-120℃抽真空脱水1.5-2.0h,降温至45-55℃后加入TDI,70-80℃合成NCO含量为2-10%的预聚体;
(2)然后加固化剂进行混合反应,混合反应温度为75-85℃,混合均匀后倒入模具中硫化30min后脱模,在100-110℃下硫化8-12h后得到产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明耐磨性优异、耐臭氧性极好、硬度大、强度高、弹性好、耐低温,有良好的耐油、耐化学药品和耐环境性能。
(2)本发明的制备方法简单易实施。

以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
原料组成如下:
制备方法如下:
(1)聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D、聚醚多元醇DMD-3000和聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D在120℃抽真空脱水2.0h,降温至55℃后加入TDI,80℃合成NCO含量为10%的预聚体;
(2)然后加1,4-丁二醇进行混合反应,混合反应温度为85℃,混合均匀后倒入模具中硫化30min后脱模,在110℃下硫化12h后得到产品。
产品指标见表1。

(1)聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D、聚醚多元醇DMD-3000和聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D在100℃抽真空脱水1.5h,降温至45℃后加入TDI,70℃合成NCO含量为2%的预聚体;
(2)然后加1,4-丁二醇进行混合反应,混合反应温度为75℃,混合均匀后倒入模具中硫化30min后脱模,在100℃下硫化8h后得到产品。
产品指标见表2。

(1)聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D、聚醚多元醇DMD-3000和聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D在110℃抽真空脱水1.7h,降温至50℃后加入TDI,72℃合成NCO含量为5%的预聚体;
(2)然后加1,4-丁二醇进行混合反应,混合反应温度为78℃,混合均匀后倒入模具中硫化30min后脱模,在102℃下硫化9h后得到产品。
产品指标见表3。

1.一种浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于由如下重量份数的原料制成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D为2官能度,分子量2000的聚醚多元醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇DMD-3000为3官能度,分子量3000的聚醚多元醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于所述的聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D为2官能度,分子量1000的聚醚多元醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体,其特征在于所述的固化剂为1,4-丁二醇。
6.一种权利要求1-5任一所述的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体的制备方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)聚醚多元醇DDL-2000D、聚醚多元醇DMD-3000和聚醚多元醇DDL-1000D在100-120℃抽真空脱水1.5-2.0h,降温至45-55℃后加入TDI,70-80℃合成NCO含量为2-10%的预聚体;
(2)然后加固化剂进行混合反应,混合反应温度为75-85℃,混合均匀后倒入模具中硫化30min后脱模,在100-110℃下硫化8-12h后得到产品。
