Abstract
本发明公开了一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法及装置,涉及能源回收领域。所述方法具体为:原料废水除油后分冷热两股进料进入污水汽提塔填料段上下部,热进料分别与换过一次热的塔釜出水、侧线氨水混合气、塔釜出水、蒸汽凝液进行四次换热后进入污水汽提塔填料段下部。塔釜温度148~165℃,塔顶控制在40~80℃,侧线采出占总进料的8~13%。通过加碱控制固定氨的量。经过处理后的塔釜出水总氨低于150ppm,酸性气含量低于50ppm。所述方法在保证出水水质的情况下,充分利用蒸汽凝液热量,减少再沸器负荷,从而大大减少了蒸汽耗量,节约运行成本,具有很高的经济价值和社会价值。

背景技术
[0002] 煤的气化技术是高效利用煤炭的有效方法,广泛应用于煤制天然气、合成氨、甲醇及煤发电等工业中。煤气化、焦化的过程中会产生大量的废水,通常含有氨氮、硫化物、碳酸根物质、粉尘、煤焦油、单元酚、多元酚及其他有机污染物,必须经过处理后才能加以回收利用并排放。煤化工高浓酚氨废水通常采用重力沉降、离心分离脱除其中大部分的煤焦油、粉尘,然后进入酚氨回收工段。
[0003] 煤气化过程产生的废水量非常大,废水CODcr值高,难以生物降解,而其中特别是酚类,种类繁多,浓度较高。例如中煤龙化哈尔滨气化厂每小时产生100吨煤气化废水,其酚含量高达4500〜7000mg/L,而其中多元酚含量达1500〜3500mg/L,CODcr超过20000mg/Lo所以,煤气化废水的处理是一个流程较复杂,使用设备多,同时能耗较大的过程,而且脱氨过程的质量直接影响后续净化过程的负荷。
[0004] 专利号为ZL201110204145.X的发明专利《一种节能的酚氨废水回收处理方法》公开了一种通过脱酸塔、脱氨塔和水塔之间设备的耦合,利用差压精馏技术,实现热源的阶梯综合利用的方法,大大节省了蒸汽和循环水的用量,达到节能降耗的目的。中国专利申请201210399264.X《一种采用单塔同时脱酸脱氨的酚氨废水回收处理方法》公开了一种通过脱酸脱氨耦合塔,采用侧线采出、差压精馏技术实现单塔同时脱酸脱氨的过程,节能减排的同时简化了工艺流程,减少设备投资。以上两个发明都部分试图解决传统煤气化过程中酚氨废水回收处理能量消耗高的技术难题,但都未涉及或考虑回收蒸汽凝液的热量,节能降耗不够彻底,还有进一步节约能耗的空间。
发明内容
[0005] 为解决现有煤气化废水酚氨回收流程的缺点和不足之处,本发明首要目的是提供一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提脱酸脱氨处理含酚氨煤气化废水的方法,使酚氨回收流程能耗进一步降低。

[0008] 一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,包括如下步骤:
[0009] 从煤气水分离器输送过来的煤化工废水进入除油罐,除油后废水分成冷热两股进料分别进入污水汽提塔填料段上下部;从原料废水栗出来的废水温度大概在60°C (不同的废水温度会有一些差别);
[0010] 冷进料经冷却水冷却至45〜55 °C后直接进入污水汽提塔填料段上部;
[0011] 热进料按顺序与换过一次热的塔釜出水、侧线氨水混合气、塔釜出水、蒸汽凝液进行四次换热后达到130°C以上后进入污水汽提塔填料段下部,所述的蒸汽凝液来自于污水汽提塔塔釜的再沸器。
[0012] 所述的煤化工废水的冷进料与热进料重量比为0.1〜1:1。

[0025] (I)本发明使用单塔脱酸脱氨,采用侧线采出,利用蒸汽凝液加热原料废水,实现了能量的回收与再利用,降低了废水处理的蒸汽消耗。
[0026] (2)较彻底的脱除了酸性气体和氨,可以将废水的总氨含量降低至150ppm,酸性气含量降低至50ppm,从而避免了氨对酚萃取过程的影响和后续废水的生化处理。
[0027] 本发明的最大特点是:本发明与现有流程的最大区别在于,本发明充分利用了蒸汽凝液的热量,优化了能量的综合利用,进一步达到节能降耗的目的。按每吨低压蒸汽的价格为20元计算(即用低压蒸汽预热原料废水),采用本发明进行废水处理,处理每吨废水可节省0.8元。如某煤化工企业每小时产生100吨煤气化废水,每年将节省约70万用于原料预热的蒸汽成本。

具体实施方式
[0029] 下面结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。本发明所用到的酚氨废水来源于工厂产生的废水。
[0030] 如图1所示,本发明回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的装置包括污水汽提塔、原料废水栗、原料废水冷却器、再沸器、塔釜出水一次换热器、塔釜出水二次换热器、侧线氨水混合气换热器和蒸汽凝液换热器,污水汽提塔I分为三段(上部为填料段,中部和下部为塔盘段,填料段、中部塔盘段、下部塔盘段三段的塔径比为0.20〜8:0.5〜1:1),污水汽提塔I塔顶设有酸性气出口,塔上部设有冷原料废水入口、热原料废水入口,塔中部设有侧线氨水混合气采出口,污水汽提塔I的侧线以下3块塔板设有碱液进口,塔底设有塔釜出水出口、回流塔釜出水入口 ;其中塔顶至热原料废水入口为填料段,装有散堆填料,用于氨吸收,为酸性气精馏段;热原料废水入口至侧线氨水混合气采出口为中部塔盘段,用于二氧化碳等汽提,为酸性气汽提段;侧线氨水混合气采出口至塔底为下部塔盘段,用于氨汽提,为氨汽提段。污水汽提塔I塔顶的酸性气出口通过酸性气出口管道17与后续分凝罐连接,侧线氨水混合气采出口通过侧线输出管道10与侧线氨水混合气换热器连接,侧线氨水混合气换热器通过管道与后续氨精制装置连接,碱液进口通过加碱管道5与碱液栗连接;污水汽提塔I塔釜出水出口分为两个通道,一个通道通过去换热的塔釜出水管道11与塔釜出水一次换热器连接,塔釜出水一次换热器通过换过一次热的塔釜出水管道18与塔釜出水二次换热器连接,另一个通道通过去回流的塔釜出水管道12与再沸器连接,再沸器通过回流后的塔釜出水管道16与污水汽提塔I的回流塔釜出水入口连接。污水汽提塔I的塔釜采用再沸器进行加热,热源为中压蒸汽。底部蒸汽管道14与再沸器连接,再沸器通过蒸汽凝液管道19与蒸汽凝液换热器连接。
[0031] 原料废水的进料管道2与原料废水栗连接,原料废水栗分别与未换热冷进料管道4和未换热热进料管道3连接;未换热冷进料管道4与原料废水冷却器连接,原料废水冷却器通过塔顶冷进料管道6与污水汽提塔I填料段上部的冷原料废水入口连接;未换热热进料管道3与塔釜出水二次换热器连接,塔釜出水二次换热器通过一次换热后热进料管道7与侧线氨水混合气换热器连接,侧线氨水混合气换热器通过二次换热后热进料管道8与塔釜出水一次换热器连接,塔釜出水一次换热器通过管道与蒸汽凝液换热器连接,蒸汽凝液换热器通过污水汽提塔热进料管道9与污水汽提塔I填料段下部的热原料废水入口连接。
[0032] 具体使用时,如图1所示,含有酚、氨、C02、H2S等污染物的煤气化废水分冷、热两股分别从上部和中上部进入污水汽提塔1,通过未换热冷进料管道4的冷进料与通过未换热热进料管道3的热进料重量比为0.1〜1:1。原料废水冷进料与冷却水换热后至比室温高20°C后进入污水汽提塔I上部,原料废水冷进料作为塔顶吸收冷却水。原料废水热进料先与换过一次热的塔釜出水进行换热,然后与污水汽提塔I的侧线输出管10输出的侧线氨水混合气进行换热,之后与去换热的塔釜出水换热,最后利用蒸汽凝液的热量,与蒸汽凝液换热达到热进料入塔要求进入污水汽提塔I中上部。污水汽提塔I的塔釜出水经过换热后进入萃取塔。
[0033] 侧线输出管10里面抽出的侧线氨水混合气的重量占除油后的煤化工废水重量的8%〜15%。侧线氨水混合气中主要是水蒸气和氨气,抽出的位置是氨气浓度较高的塔位置,抽出量随着冷热进料的总重量增加而增加,而抽出的比例还与能量有关。若抽出量过大,将使塔底提供的绝大多数热量从侧线走掉,导致没有足够热量将热进料中的酸性气体和氨蒸发出来。

[0036] 应用本发明所述处理含酚氨煤气化废水热进料的换热方式,含酚氨煤气化原料废水的水温为70.(TC,流量为100吨/小时,按图1所示流程进行换热处理。污水汽提塔冷进料与热进料比为1:4,塔顶温度60.TC,塔顶压力0.52MPa,塔底温度160.(TC,塔底压力0.65MPa,侧线采出温度为151.6°C,压力0.63MPa。冷进料经冷却水冷却至50.0°C进入污水汽提塔上部;热进料经过四次换热后,温度分别从70.0°C上升至80.(TC、105.(TC、125.(TC,最后达到135.(TC进入污水汽提塔中上部。经过此换热流程后,所有物流都能达到进入下一流程的温度要求,整个过程消耗能量约为3136万千焦/小时,其中利用到的高品质的蒸汽凝液热量为448万千焦/小时。

[0038] 应用本发明所述处理含酚氨煤气化废水热进料的换热方式,含酚氨煤气化原料废水的水温为55.(TC,流量为200吨/小时,按图1所示流程进行换热处理。污水汽提塔冷进料与热进料比为1:5,塔顶温度60.TC,塔顶压力0.52MPa,塔底温度159.6°C,塔底压力0.65MPa,侧线采出温度为151.5°C,压力0.62MPa。冷进料经冷却水冷却至50.0°C进入污水汽提塔上部;热进料经过四次换热后,温度分别从55.0°C上升至80.(TC、105.(TC、125.(TC,最后达到140.(TC进入污水汽提塔中上部。经过此换热流程后,所有物流都能达到进入下一流程的温度要求,整个过程消耗能量约为8042万千焦/小时,其中利用到的高品质的蒸汽凝液热量为1403万千焦/小时。

[0040] 应用本发明所述处理含酚氨煤气化废水热进料的换热方式,含酚氨煤气化原料废水的水温为65.5°C,流量为150吨/小时,按图1所示流程进行换热处理。污水汽提塔冷进料与热进料比为1:4.5,塔顶温度65°C,塔顶压力0.53MPa,塔底温度160.5°C,塔底压力0.65MPa,侧线采出温度为150.4°C,压力0.63MPa。冷进料经冷却水冷却至50.0°C进入污水汽提塔上部;热进料经过四次换热后,温度分别从65.5°C上升至85.(TC、110.(TC、
120.(TC,最后达到133.8°C进入污水汽提塔中上部。经过此换热流程后,所有物流都能达到进入下一流程的温度要求,整个过程消耗能量约为4939万千焦/小时,其中利用到的高品质的蒸汽凝液热量为951万千焦/小时。

[0042] 应用上述处理含酚氨煤气化废水热进料的换热方式,但是不进行最后一项与蒸汽凝液的换热过程,含酚氨煤气化原料废水的水温为70.(TC,流量为100吨/小时。污水汽提塔冷进料与热进料比为1:4,塔顶温度59.2°C,塔顶压力0.51MPa,塔底温度157.9°C,塔底压力0.63MPa,侧线采出温度为148.1°C,压力0.60MPa。冷进料经冷却水冷却至50.(TC进入污水汽提塔上部,热进料经过三次换热后,温度分别从70.(TC上升至85.(TC,115.0°C,最后达到135.(TC进入污水汽提塔中上部。经过此换热流程后,所有物流都能达到进入下一流程的温度要求,整个换热过程消耗能量约为3140万千焦/小时。此外,在少换一次热的情况下为了达到热进料135°C的温度要求,污水汽提塔塔釜的直通蒸汽用量增加。
[0043] 通过对比实施例1与未回收使用蒸汽冷凝液热量的实施例4可以看出,达到相同的标准时,两种换热过程消耗的总能量是基本相等的。但实施例1由于回收利用了蒸汽凝液的高品质能量,为整个过程省下了 448万千焦/小时的热量,占总热量的14.2% ;并且少换一次热的实例4,为了保证热进料达到预定的温度135°C,还多消耗了直通蒸汽,污水汽提塔侧线采出量也必然增加,从而导致能量的消耗量增加,能量利用率降低。再对比实施例1-3,发现省下的热量分别占总热量的14.2%,17.4%和19.2%,也就是说,在进料前利用本发明的换热流程处理含酚氨煤气化废水,可节省至少10%以上的热量,这对工业上来说是相当可观的。
[0044] 本发明提供的回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提脱酸脱氨处理含酚氨煤气化废水的方法,充分利用了蒸汽凝液的热量,达到了节能降耗的作用。
[0045] 上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,包括如下工艺流程: 煤化工废水除油后分成冷热两股进料分别进入污水汽提塔填料段上下部; 冷进料经冷却水冷却至45〜55 °C后直接进入污水汽提塔填料段上部; 热进料按顺序分别与换过一次热的塔釜出水、侧线氨水混合气、污水汽提塔塔釜出水、蒸汽凝液进行四次换热后达到130°C以上后进入污水汽提塔填料段下部;所述的蒸汽凝液来自于污水汽提塔再沸器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,所述的煤化工废水的冷进料与热进料重量比为0.1〜1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,所述的热进料依次经过四次换热温度从55〜70°C升至80°C,再升至105°C,再升至125°C,最后达到130°C以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,所述的蒸汽凝液为来自于污水汽提塔再沸器的中压蒸汽凝液,温度为180°C。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,所述中压蒸汽凝液是指0.6〜1.5MPa的蒸汽凝液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,所述侧线氨水混合气重量占除油后的煤化工废水重量的8〜15%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,所述的污水汽提塔塔顶压力为0.2〜0.6MPa,温度为40〜80°C ;污水汽提塔塔釜压力为0.35〜0.65MPa,温度为148〜165°C ;从塔底采出的塔釜出水pH值为5〜7。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的方法,其特征在于,煤化工废水中的酸性气体从污水汽提塔塔顶汽提出后,经冷却水冷凝进入酸性气凝液罐后再进一步处理;侧线氨水混合气与污水汽提塔热进料换热后进入后续工段;污水汽提塔釜出水与污水汽提塔热进料两次换热后进入后续的工段或装置。
9.一种回收蒸汽凝液热量的单塔汽提处理酚氨废水的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括污水汽提塔、原料废水进料管道、原料废水冷却器、再沸器、塔釜出水一次换热器、塔釜出水二次换热器、侧线氨水混合气换热器和蒸汽凝液换热器,污水汽提塔设有塔釜出水出口、回流塔釜出水入口、侧线氨水混合气采出口、冷原料废水入口和热原料废水入口 ; 污水汽提塔的塔釜出水出口分为两个通道,一个通道通过管道与塔釜出水一次换热器连接,塔釜出水一次换热器通过换过管道与塔釜出水二次换热器连接,另一个通道通过管道与再沸器连接,再沸器通过管道分别与污水汽提塔的回流塔釜出水入口和蒸汽凝液换热器连接;污水汽提塔的侧线氨水混合气采出口通过管道与侧线氨水混合气换热器连接; 原料废水进料管道分为两个通道,分别通过管道与原料废水冷却器和塔釜出水二次换热器连接,原料废水冷却器通过管道与污水汽提塔的冷原料废水入口连接;塔釜出水二次换热器通过管道与侧线氨水混合气换热器连接,侧线氨水混合气换热器通过管道与塔釜出水一次换热器连接,塔釜出水一次换热器通过管道与蒸汽凝液换热器连接,蒸汽凝液换热器通过管道与污水汽提塔的热原料废水入口连接。
