本发明涉及堆焊工装,更具体的说是绞刀叶片堆焊耐磨层工装。
背景技术
现有的制砖机的螺旋绞刀是输送泥浆的主要部件,也是主要的磨损部位,通常情况下是靠堆焊来实现耐磨,现有技术中对螺旋绞刀进行堆焊时,在绞刀叶片由于存在非水平状态,导致堆焊耐磨层时融化的铁水就会停在原处,产生焊瘤严重影响螺旋绞刀的耐磨性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对背景中的缺点,提供绞刀叶片堆焊耐磨层工装保持螺栓绞刀水平状态下进行堆焊。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:绞刀叶片堆焊耐磨层工装,它包括有底座,所述的底座上设有支架,所述的支架上设有绞刀座,且绞刀座上设有绞刀,所述的绞刀座上设有调整架,所述的底座上设有若干个调整台,所述的调整架一端放置于调整台之间。
所述的支架与绞刀座之间设有活动螺栓,且调整架与之间同样设有活动螺栓。
本发明工作原理如下:本装置开始工作时,对螺旋绞刀进行堆焊时,运用调整架在调整台上的位置来保持螺旋绞刀是否保持水平状态,各种螺旋绞刀上的各种角度都可以由调整架进行角度调节,在在绞刀叶片堆焊耐磨层时融化的铁水就会停在原处,不会产生焊瘤。
综上所述,该发明的优点如下:该装置结构设计合理,安装使用方便,通过调整架调节绞刀与水平面之间的夹角,保证刀叶片堆焊耐磨层时融化的铁水就会停在原处,不会产生焊瘤。
