Abstract
本发明提出的是爆炸焊接夹层复合板的制造方法。在平整基础面上,首先放上下层板,然后用胶点粘过渡夹层,所述过渡夹层为镍铁合金箔,用胶点粘在下层板上,干燥后,再在过渡夹层上铺设上层板,将炸药平铺在上层板上,点燃炸药,使之爆炸,在爆炸冲击波和热作用下,上层板导热,直接将过渡夹层熔化,并与下层板和上层板之间融合为一体,成为双金属复合板。采用本发明方法制造复合板,具有结合度好的特点。适宜作为多种双层金属复合板爆炸焊接的方法应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明提出的是金属加工领域的加工方法,具体地说是爆炸焊接夹层复合板的制造方法。
背景技术
在本发明提出以前,有爆炸焊接技术被应用,用于制造双金属复合板。这种常规方法存在的缺点是,由于爆炸力度的不均,导致部分金属面结合不牢固,还有由于两层金属之间容易出现化合物,导致焊接粘结面脆化或连接不均匀,直接影响复合板的质量,同时也影响使用效果。
发明内容
为了实现复合板粘结牢固,本发明提出了爆炸焊接夹层复合板的制造方法。该方法通过在两层金属板之间预先平铺过渡夹层,通过爆炸使过渡夹层与双层金属板之间结合。解决复合板结合度和脆化的技术难题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在平整基础面上,首先放上下层板,然后用胶点粘过渡夹层,所述过渡夹层为镍铁合金箔,用胶点粘在下层板上,干燥后,再在过渡夹层上铺设上层板,将炸药平铺在上层板上,点燃炸药,使之爆炸,在爆炸冲击波和热作用下,上层板导热,直接将过渡夹层熔化,并与下层板和上层板之间融合为一体,成为双金属复合板。
积极效果,采用本发明方法制造复合板,具有结合度好的特点。适宜作为多种双层金属复合板爆炸焊接的方法应用。

具体实施方式
在平整基础面上,首先放上下层板1,然后用胶点粘过渡夹层3,所述过渡夹层为镍铁合金箔,用胶点粘在下层板上,干燥后,再在过渡夹层上铺设上层板2,将炸药平铺在上层板上,点燃炸药4,使之爆炸,在爆炸冲击波和热作用下,上层板导热,直接将过渡夹层熔化,并与下层板和上层板之间融合为一体,成为双金属复合板。
所述镍铁合金箔厚度:在0.01mm~0.03mm之间。

1.爆炸焊接夹层复合板的制造方法,其特征是:在平整基础面上,首先放上下层板(1),然后涂刷过渡夹层(3),所述过渡夹层为镍铁合金箔,用胶点粘在下层板上,干燥后,再在过渡夹层上铺设上层板(2),将炸药平铺在上层板上,点燃炸药(4),使之爆炸,在爆炸冲击波和热作用下,上层板导热,直接将过渡夹层熔化,并与下层板和上层板之间融合为一体,成为双金属复合板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的爆炸焊接夹层复合板的制造方法,其特征是:所述的镍铁合金箔厚度在0.01mm~0.03mm之间。
