本发明一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，包括电路基板、导电线路、电子元件、焊垫和电感器；所述电路基板为包括多层绝缘板单元复合而成；每层绝缘板单元上都均匀的分布有一系列焊垫；所述导电线路为一系列锡焊于焊垫的铜丝；相邻两层绝缘板单元上的导电线路之间设有互通电信号的节点；所述电子元件锡焊于所述导电线路上；在所述导电线路的终端焊接所述电感器；所述相邻的绝缘板单元之间还设有一层环氧树脂层。

一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板
技术领域
本发明涉及手机摄像头加工领域，特别是涉及一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板。
背景技术
    手机摄像头的印刷电路板集成了视频处理系统和摄像头驱动等，当手机系统进入拍照或摄像状态，由电源提供一个稳定的电压，由印刷电路板送出的复位信号使摄像头进行复位，数据开始传送同时摄像头进入工作状态。随着科技不断的进步，手机开始越来越倾向于轻薄的体积设计。由于手机的轻薄短小，相对使得其摄像头的印刷电路板体积跟着变小。而随着手机向多工发展、强调多媒体的功能，因此在印刷电路板上的电子元件也越来越多。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，其设计合理，结构简单，解决了印刷电路板布线结构在工作中隔热不足问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是提供一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，包括电路基板、导电线路、电子元件、焊垫和电感器；所述电路基板为包括多层绝缘板单元复合而成；每层绝缘板单元上都均匀的分布有一系列焊垫；所述导电线路为一系列锡焊于焊垫的铜丝；相邻两层绝缘板单元上的导电线路之间设有互通电信号的节点；所述电子元件锡焊于所述导电线路上；在所述导电线路的终端焊接所述电感器；所述相邻的绝缘板单元之间还设有一层环氧树脂层。
优选的是，所述绝缘板单元为玻璃纤维或者电木材质制成。
优选的是，所述导电线路上设有多个与所述电子元件焊接的针脚。
本发明的有益效果是：提供一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，能够很好的将导电线路在工作时所产生的热量进行隔绝，并大程度的进行散热，避免了印刷电路板因工作温度过高而产生的各种工作问题。

一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，包括电路基板、导电线路、电子元件、焊垫和电感器；所述电路基板为包括多层绝缘板单元1复合而成；绝缘板单元1为玻璃纤维或者电木材质制成。每层绝缘板单元1上都均匀的分布有一系列焊垫2；所述导电线路3为一系列锡焊于焊垫的铜丝；相邻两层绝缘板单元1上的导电线路之间设有互通电信号的节点4；所述电子元件5锡焊于所述导电线路3上；在所述导电线路3的终端焊接所述电感器6；所述相邻的绝缘板单元1之间还设有一层环氧树脂层7，这样能够很好的将导电线路在工作时所产生的热量进行隔绝，并大程度的进行散热，避免了印刷电路板因工作温度过高而产生的各种工作问题。导电线路3上设有多个与所述电子元件5焊接的针脚，通过设定好的针脚，减轻了流水作业中加工的负担，提高了组装焊接的效率。

1.一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，其特征在于：包括电路基板、导电线路、电子元件、焊垫和电感器；所述电路基板为包括多层绝缘板单元复合而成；每层绝缘板单元上都均匀的分布有一系列焊垫；所述导电线路为一系列锡焊于焊垫的铜丝；相邻两层绝缘板单元上的导电线路之间设有互通电信号的节点；所述电子元件锡焊于所述导电线路上；在所述导电线路的终端焊接所述电感器；所述相邻的绝缘板单元之间还设有一层环氧树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，其特征在于：所述绝缘板单元为玻璃纤维或者电木材质制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种手机摄像头用印刷电路板，其特征在于：所述导电线路上设有多个与所述电子元件焊接的针脚。
