Abstract

本发明提供一种非缠绕式高层救援升降机的柱塞泵自冷式减速制动装置,其要点是:它包括旋转总成、静止总成和冷却液自循环系统;静止总成包括减速机法兰轴孔的外端连接圆盒形密封腔,减速机输出轴穿过轴孔的轴承内套进入圆盒形密封腔里,旋转总成安装在圆盒形密封腔里;圆盒形密封腔腔壁的外周设一圈环形水道;冷却液自循环系统的柱塞式水泵的偏心轮键连接在减速机输出轴,柱塞式水泵驱动环形水道的冷却液自循环。本发明的积极效果是:将减速与制动功能集于一体,减少了机构,提高了系统的可靠性;同时为减速与制动设置冷却装置,消除了安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种非缠绕式高层救援升降机,具体说是非缠绕式高层救援升降机的减速制动装置。
背景技术
CN 202785175 U公开了非缠绕式高层救援升降机的减速阻尼装置,具体是(参见其说明书附图11-13):减速阻尼装置25包括变速器26(减速机)和负载轮27,负载轮安装在该减速机的输出轴261上的轴承263外套上;负载轮的周边带轴向轮檐271,负载轮还包括,两个扇形的摩擦片272的圆心重合相对放置安装在摩擦片座274上,并由上下两个拉簧273连接;摩擦片座的外轮廓正好填补在两个扇形的摩擦片之间形成的空间里,摩擦片座键连接在减速机输出轴上,两个扇形的摩擦片外边缘与轮檐有间隙;减速机的输入轴262键连接输入齿轮28,输入齿轮与主轴29上的连接齿轮30啮合。当主轴旋转速度即轿厢下降速度正常时,摩擦片座及两个摩擦片转速正常,两个摩擦片在拉簧拉力的作用下,两个摩擦片卡在摩擦片座上,此时负载轮在轴承座上保持静止;当主轴旋转速度即轿厢下降速度过快时,摩擦片座及两个扇形的摩擦片转速随之提高,两个扇形的摩擦片在离心力的作用下克服拉簧的拉力移向轮檐,与轮檐摩擦,带动负载轮加入旋转,加大了系统的负载,限制了输出轴转速的上升,进而限制了主轴的转速持续上升,将转速降下来。可见,它不带制动功能,需要另设置制动器,这会造成结构庞大、繁杂,降低整个系统的可行性。若将负载轮设计成静止不动的,虽然可增加制动功能,但当两个扇形的摩擦片与固定的负载轮轮檐摩擦时,会使与摩擦片和负载轮生热,直至冒烟,不但会损坏摩擦片,严重时会产生燃烧,留下安全隐患。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种非缠绕式高层救援升降机的柱塞泵自冷式减速制动装置。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:它包括旋转总成,该旋转总成是指上下两个拉簧连接的两个扇形的摩擦片安装在摩擦片座上,摩擦片座键连接在减速机输出轴上,其特征是:它还包括静止总成和冷却液自循环系统;
静止总成包括,减速机法兰连接在减速机机壳上,减速机法兰轴孔的外端连接圆盒形密封腔,减速机法兰轴孔设置轴承,减速机输出轴穿过该轴承内套进入圆盒形密封腔里,旋转总成安装在圆盒形密封腔里;旋转总成的两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁的距离是,当拉簧不受离心力作用时两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁形成间隙,当拉簧受离心力作用时两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁接触;圆盒形密封腔腔壁的外周设一圈环形水道,在环形水道上设置一个进水口和一个出水口;
冷却液自循环系统包括柱塞式水泵,柱塞式水泵的偏心轮键连接在减速机输出轴,柱塞式水泵的进口和出口分别对接在环形水道上设置出水口和进水口。
当非缠绕式高层救援升降机的轿厢下降速度即减速机输出轴转速正常时,摩擦片座及两个摩擦片转速正常,两个摩擦片在拉簧拉力的作用下,两个摩擦片卡在摩擦片座上,此时拉簧不受离心力作用,两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁形成间隙,减速制动装置不起作用;当轿厢下降速度即减速机输出轴转速过快时,摩擦片座及两个扇形的摩擦片转速随之提高,两个扇形的摩擦片在离心力的作用下克服拉簧的弹力向外移向圆盒形密封腔腔壁,与腔壁摩擦,限制了输出轴的转速直至制动;与此同时柱塞式水泵的偏心轮转速增加,柱塞式水泵工作,驱动环形水道的冷却液循环流动,将腔壁因摩擦产生的热量带走。
与现有技术相比,本发明的积极效果是:将减速与制动功能集于一体,减少了机构,降低了成本,提高了系统的可靠性;同时为减速与制动设置冷却装置,消除了安全隐患。

具体实施方式
参见图1,它包括旋转总成2、静止总成1和冷却液自循环系统3,其中旋转总成是指上下两个拉簧22连接的两个扇形的摩擦片21安装在摩擦片座23上,摩擦片座键连接在减速机输出轴24上;
参见图2,静止总成包括,减速机法兰12连接在减速机机壳11上,减速机法兰轴孔13的外端连接圆盒形密封腔15,减速机法兰轴孔设置轴承4,减速机输出轴穿过该轴承内套进入圆盒形密封腔里,旋转总成安装在圆盒形密封腔里;旋转总成的两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁14的距离是,当拉簧不受离心力作用时两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁形成间隙,当拉簧受离心力作用时两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁接触;圆盒形密封腔腔壁的外周设一圈环形水道16,在环形水道上设置一个进水口18和一个出水口17;
参见图3,冷却液自循环系统包括柱塞式水泵31,柱塞式水泵的偏心轮32键连接在减速机输出轴,柱塞式水泵的进口34和出口33分别对接在环形水道上设置出水口和进水口。
当非缠绕式高层救援升降机的轿厢下降速度即减速机输出轴转速正常时,摩擦片座及两个摩擦片转速正常,两个摩擦片在拉簧拉力的作用下,两个摩擦片卡在摩擦片座上,此时拉簧不受离心力作用,两个扇形摩擦片与圆盒形密封腔腔壁形成间隙,减速制动装置不起作用;当轿厢下降速度即减速机输出轴转速过快时,摩擦片座及两个扇形的摩擦片转速随之提高,两个扇形的摩擦片在离心力的作用下克服拉簧的弹力向外移向圆盒形密封腔腔壁,与腔壁摩擦,限制了输出轴的转速直至制动;与此同时柱塞式水泵的偏心轮转速增加,柱塞式水泵工作,驱动环形水道的冷却液循环流动,将腔壁因摩擦产生的热量带走。
