Abstract
本发明提供一种维涤白通丝线的生产工艺及其产品。该生产工艺,包括以下步骤:1)倂线;2)初捻;3)复捻;4)以复捻好的捻度为180-270的股线,由摇纱机卷绕成绞线;5)浆池调浆;6)绞线放入已调好的浆液里;7)上浆好的涤/维绞线,由脱水机脱去60-70%浆液;8)上浆好的绞线上蜡线机牵伸定形15-25分钟。当涤/维通丝线干度达到70%-80%,进行手工上蜡2-3分钟,下蜡线机后进行风干,湿度低于3%,制作成维纶涤纶白通丝线。本发明所提供的维涤白通丝线,断裂强度显著增强。伸缩率下降。摩擦系数提高30%-60%。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体的涉及一种维涤白通丝线的生产工艺及其产品。
背景技术
目前,提花织机的织造幅宽增大,对通丝提出了更高的要求,为此研制高强度、低伸缩率的的通丝线已经是保证提花织机开口时梭口清晰、顺利织造的亟不可待的需求。同时高强度、低伸缩率的的通丝能够有效的减少织物经向瑕疵点。
目前,常用方法制得的维纶涤纶白通丝线,拉伸断裂强度低。小负荷下通丝的伸缩量较大。产品在织造厂,由于通丝的伸缩变化量大,影响正常生产。尤其在空气湿度较大的季节,此通丝的伸缩量变得较大,严重降低织机织造的效率,比较容易造成织物的经向疵点,甚至发生该通丝的断裂现象。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明提出了一种维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,从加工工艺上来克服上述缺陷。
本发明解决技术问题的方案如下:
一种维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)倂线,以2根涤纶长丝与2根维纶牵切纱进行合併为1股;
2)初捻,捻向Z,股线数捻度为捻/100㎝,以合併好的1股进行加捻;
3)复捻,捻向S,股线数捻度为捻/100㎝,以初捻好的合成3股,再进行加捻;
4)以复捻好的捻度为180-270的股线,由摇纱机卷绕成绞线;
5)浆池调浆,浆液浓度为15-25%;
6)绞线放入已调好的浆液里;
7)上浆好的涤/维绞线,由脱水机脱去60-70%浆液;
8)上浆好的绞线上蜡线机牵伸定形15-25分钟。当涤/维通丝线干度达到70%-80%,进行手工上蜡2-3分钟,下蜡线机后进行风干,湿度低于3%,制作成维纶涤纶白通丝线。
优选,所述涤纶长丝为333dtex-420dtex高强度低伸长率。
优选,所述步骤2)中捻度为360-466,捻速为466-610/m。
优选,所述步骤3)中捻度180-270,捻速为240-320/m。
优选,所述浆液由以下重量份的原料组成:PVA179930-70份,PVA178810-30份,聚酯10-30份。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种由以上生产工艺制备得到的涤纶维纶白通丝线。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:
本发明所提供的维涤白通丝线,断裂强度显著增强。伸缩率下降。摩擦系数提高30%-60%。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做出进一步说明。
实施例1
一种维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)倂线,以2根涤纶长丝与2根维纶牵切纱进行合併为1股;
2)初捻,捻向Z,股线数捻度为捻/100㎝,以合併好的1股进行加捻;
3)复捻,捻向S,股线数捻度为捻/100㎝,以初捻好的合成3股,再进行加捻;
4)以复捻好的捻度为180-270的股线,由摇纱机卷绕成绞线;
5)浆池调浆,浆液浓度为25%;
6)绞线放入已调好的浆液里;
7)上浆好的涤/维绞线,由脱水机脱去70%浆液;
8)上浆好的绞线上蜡线机牵伸定形20分钟。当涤/维通丝线干度达到80%,进行手工上蜡3分钟,下蜡线机后进行风干,湿度低于3%,制作成维纶涤纶白通丝线。
本实施例中,涤纶长丝为333dtex-420dtex高强度低伸长率。
本实施例中,步骤2)中捻度为360-466,捻速为466-610/m。
本实施例中,步骤3)中捻度180-270,捻速为240-320/m。
本实施例中,浆液由以下重量份的原料组成:PVA179940份,PVA178820份,聚酯20份。
Claims (6)
1.一种维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)倂线,以2根涤纶长丝与2根维纶牵切纱进行合併为1股;
2)初捻,捻向Z,股线数捻度为捻/100㎝,以合併好的1股进行加捻;
3)复捻,捻向S,股线数捻度为捻/100㎝,以初捻好的合成3股,再进行加捻;
4)以复捻好的捻度为180-270的股线,由摇纱机卷绕成绞线;
5)浆池调浆,浆液浓度为15-25%;
6)绞线放入已调好的浆液里;
7)上浆好的涤/维绞线,由脱水机脱去60-70%浆液;
8)上浆好的绞线上蜡线机牵伸定形15-25分钟。当涤/维通丝线干度达到70%-80%,进行手工上蜡2-3分钟,下蜡线机后进行风干,湿度低于3%,制作成维纶涤纶白通丝线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述涤纶长丝为333dtex-420dtex高强度低伸长率。
3.根据权利要求1所述的维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中捻度为360-466,捻速为466-610/m。
4.根据权利要求1所述的维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中捻度180-270,捻速为240-320/m。
5.根据以上任一权利要求所述的维纶涤纶白通丝线的生产工艺,其特征在于,所述浆液由以下重量份的原料组成:PVA179930-70份,PVA178810-30份,聚酯10-30份。
6.一种由以上任一权利要求所述的生产工艺制备得到的涤纶维纶白通丝线。
