目前,中草药在保健食品领域中的应用还存在较多的弊端,难以真正发挥中草药的保健功效。本发明针对上述问题,开发一种利用鲍鱼和复合中草药的具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,满足市场对鲍鱼和中草药保健食品的需求。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,该鲍参复合液具有降血糖、补气补益、扶正固本,抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效,满足日益增多的糖尿病患者对高效、安全、无害降血糖保健品的需求。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
本发明提供一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,其特征在于鲍参复合液原料组成及质量配比为:鲍鱼30~40份、海参15~20份、枸杞15~18份、玉米须10~14份、生地8~10份、甘草8~10份、决明子6~10份、白术4~8份、神曲5~8份、桔梗4~6份、知母4~6份、余甘子4~6份、碱蓬3~5份、甜叶菊2~3份。
本发明的优选技术方案是:一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,其特征在于:其特征在于鲍参复合液原料组成及质量配比为:鲍鱼35份、海参18份、枸杞16份、玉米须12份、生地9份、甘草9份、决明子8份、白术6份、神曲6份、桔梗5份、知母5份、余甘子5份、碱蓬4份、甜叶菊2.5份。
本发明提供一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。
本发明提供一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,通过动物试验进行鲍参复合液的毒理学试验及安全性评价。小鼠急性经口毒性试验结果表明,本鲍参复合液对小鼠急性经口最大耐受剂量大于高剂量组75mg/kg·bw;遗传毒性试验小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验和小鼠精子畸形试验两项试验结果均为阴性,表明该鲍参复合液无致突变作用;由大鼠30d喂养试验可知,大鼠体征行为正常、体态健康、血液及血液生化指标也无异常变化,因此75mg/kg·bw的剂量(人体推荐量的150倍)属于安全剂量;遗传毒性试验和大鼠30d喂养试验结果均为阴性,因此确定本鲍参复合液属无毒类食品,人可以安全放心食用。
本发明提供一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,其优势在于科学配伍海参、鲍鱼和多种中草药,通过海参、鲍鱼和中草药之间的协同作用能有效降血糖、补气补益、扶正固本,抗疲劳、延年益寿等功效,安全无副作用,食用方便。不同的中草药性味各异,功效存在着巨大的差异,不同的中草药组合后存在复杂的相互作用关系,且中草药之间的配比比较密切,不同配比也将使君臣佐使关系发生实质性的变化,从而使复合中草药的关系发生实质性改变。本申请通过海参、鲍鱼与枸杞、玉米须、生地、甘草、决明子、白术、神曲、桔梗、知母、余甘子、碱蓬、甜叶菊等中草药彼此间存在复杂的相互作用关系,合理配比,取得了预料不到的技术效果,使鲍参复合液的关系发生实质性改变,饲喂本鲍参复合液三周后的造模试验组与对照组相比血糖含量下降48.35%,说明产品具有较好的降血糖活性;且试验结果表明改变鲍参复合液原料组成或配比会降低鲍参复合液的降血糖能力(P<0.01),说明海参、鲍鱼和中草药之间的协同作用起到了显著提升鲍参复合液功能活性的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼35份、海参18份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比4%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2.5h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按枸杞16份、玉米须12份、生地9份、甘草9份、决明子8份、白术6份、神曲6.5份、桔梗5份、知母5份、余甘子5份、碱蓬4份、甜叶菊2.5份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。
实施例2:
一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼40份、海参15份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按枸杞18份、玉米须10份、生地10份、甘草8份、决明子10份、白术4份、神曲8份、桔梗4份、知母6份、余甘子4份、碱蓬5份、甜叶菊2份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;

(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼30份、海参20份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按枸杞15份、玉米须14份、生地8份、甘草10份、决明子6份、白术8份、神曲5份、桔梗6份、知母4份、余甘子6份、碱蓬3份、甜叶菊3份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;
(6)过滤:过滤,得中草药浸提液;
(7)混合:将鲍参酶解液和中草药浸提液混合;
(8)离心:3000r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物,得到澄清鲍参复合液;
(9)调配:用柠檬酸调整pH至4.0~4.5;
(10)离心:4500r/min离心15~20min,除去沉淀物;
(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。

Claims (1)
1.一种具有降血糖功效的鲍参复合液,其特征在于通过以下步骤制备:
(1)鲍鱼、海参预处理:采用无污染、发育正常、健康的鲍鱼、海参,用清洁、流动的水去掉泥沙及其附着物,用组织捣碎机粉碎;
(2)酶解:将鲍鱼、海参按鲍鱼30~40份、海参15~20份比例混合,加入质5倍质量比的纯净水,加入质量百分比3~5%的中性蛋白酶,混合均匀,50~60℃条件下酶解2~3h;
(3)灭活:酶解后加热煮沸,维持15~20min将酶灭活,得鲍参酶解液;
(4)中草药预处理:将中草药原料按枸杞15~18份、玉米须10~14份、生地8~10份、甘草8~10份、决明子6~10份、白术4~8份、神曲5~8份、桔梗4~6份、知母4~6份、余甘子4~6份、碱蓬3~5份、甜叶菊2~3份比例混合,粉碎后过200目筛;
(5)中草药浸提:加入中草药质量比5倍的纯净水,加热蒸煮30~60min;

(11)灌装、灭杀菌:采用自动灌装机灌装并封口,将其在0.2Mpa、121℃条件下灭菌30min,得鲍参复合液。
