Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物、制备方法及其应用,属于聚酯树脂改性技术领域,解决了目前聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物反应时间长、‑NCO基导致树脂变色的问题。本发明提供一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物及其制备方法,本发明采用的制备方法解决常规聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂合成时,因反应时间的延长残留的‑NCO基易导致树脂变色的问题,本发明采用的制备方法反应时间短,且不会因‑NCO的残留导致聚酯树脂变色;同时,本发明所得的聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物能够用作PCM钢板底漆涂装,加工性能优异、硬度、耐腐蚀性及耐药品性优异。

Description

聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物、制备方法及其应用
技术领域
本发明属于聚酯树脂改性技术领域,具体的说,尤其涉及一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物、制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
PCM钢板涂装用树脂组成物多样化分为丙烯酸系、聚氨酯系、环氧系、聚酯等,大部分的涂料是热固化性,要求特殊物性的涂料产品以外使用很多聚酯系和环氧系树脂组成物,这其中特别是利用聚酯系树脂的涂料最为广泛使用。
常规的PCM钢板涂装用聚酯树脂组成物要求的物性第一是涂装后显示出柔韧性程度的加工性,同时铅笔硬度、根底或者面漆的附着性、耐摩擦MEK(methyl ethyl keton)性等机械物性均要优秀。第二耐酸性、耐碱性、耐候性等的化学物性要优秀,第三左右生产性及生产成本的操作性等要优秀。
现有技术中的PCM钢板底漆涂装用树脂组成物的加工性、铅笔硬度、光泽等的机械物性优秀,以分子量高的聚酯树脂为主。但是,PCM钢板底漆用聚酯涂料涂装后,存在耐药品性、耐蚀性、耐湿性减弱的问题。
另外,改善PCM钢板底漆涂装用聚酯树脂组成物的物性采用如下方法,在合成的聚酯树脂附加中和异氰酸酯以合成聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂,合成时,在70℃以下的低温进行反应,在反应末期-NCO基剩余反应时间延长有树脂变色的危险。
发明内容
本发明提供一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物、制备方法及其应用,解决了目前聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物反应时间长、-NCO基导致树脂变色的问题,并提供了一种加工性能优秀、硬度、耐腐蚀性及耐药品性优秀的PCM钢板底漆用料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实施的:
一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物,该组合物的组成及质量份数含量如下:
一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物的制备方法,取聚酯树脂54-56份置于一混合反应器中,再加入双酚A 5-8份、异氰酸酯15-18份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯12-14份、10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.04-0.07份,将以上物料置于一反应器中,搅拌混合均匀,与100-120℃下反应4h,之后每隔1h检测-NCO的百分含量,若-NCO的含量过高,继续补加10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.04-0.07份继续维持反应直至-NCO的含量合格,最后加入6-8份的S-150溶剂。
聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物可以用作PCM钢板底漆涂装。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物及其制备方法,本发明采用的制备方法解决常规聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂合成时,因反应时间的延长残留的-NCO基易导致树脂变色的问题,本发明采用的制备方法反应时间短,且不会因-NCO的残留导致聚酯树脂变色;同时,本发明所得的聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物能够用作PCM钢板底漆涂装,加工性能优异、硬度、耐腐蚀性及耐药品性优异。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明最进一步的详细说明:
一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物,该组合物的组成及质量份数含量如下:
一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物的制备方法,取聚酯树脂54-56份置于一混合反应器中,再加入双酚A 5-8份、异氰酸酯15-18份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯12-14份、10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.04-0.07份,将以上物料置于一反应器中,搅拌混合均匀,与100-120℃下反应4h,之后每隔1h检测-NCO的百分含量,若-NCO的含量过高,继续补加10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.04-0.07份继续维持反应直至-NCO的含量合格,最后加入6-8份的S-150溶剂。
聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物可以用作PCM钢板底漆涂装。
实施例1:
取聚酯树脂54份置于一混合反应器中,再加入双酚A 6份、异氰酸酯18份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯14份、10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.05份,将以上物料置于一反应器中,搅拌混合均匀,于100-120℃下反应4h,之后每隔1h检测-NCO的百分含量,若-NCO的含量高于制定标准,补加10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.05份继续维持反应直至-NCO的含量合格,最后加入7.9份的S-150溶剂,搅拌均匀。
实施例2:
取聚酯树脂55份置于一混合反应器中,再加入双酚A 7份、异氰酸酯17份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯13份、10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.05份,将以上物料置于一反应器中,搅拌混合均匀,于100-120℃下反应4h,之后每隔1h检测-NCO的百分含量,若-NCO的含量高于制定标准,补加10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.05份继续维持反应直至-NCO的含量合格,最后加入7.9份的S-150溶剂,搅拌均匀。
实施例3:
取聚酯树脂56份置于一混合反应器中,再加入双酚A8份、异氰酸酯16份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯12份、10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.05份,将以上物料置于一反应器中,搅拌混合均匀,于100-120℃下反应4h,之后每隔1h检测-NCO的百分含量,若-NCO的含量高于制定标准,补加10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.05份继续维持反应直至-NCO的含量合格,最后加入7.9份的S-150溶剂,搅拌均匀。
本发明通过以上三种实施例可分别制取三种不同的聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂,与市面其他两种聚酯树脂进行PCM钢板底涂测试,涂膜特征的实验结果见表2。表2

从表2结果可以看出,本发明的实施例涂料组成物与比较例涂料组成物相比,有更优秀的特征性能,铅笔硬度,附着性,耐黄变性,耐冲击性,耐刮擦性都有了更为明显的提升,此外耐盐雾性、耐水煮、耐硫酸、耐氢氧化钠性、耐湿性都有了明显的改进,性能更为优异。
综上所述,仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围,凡依本发明权利要求范围所述的形状、构造、特征及精神所为的均等变化与修饰,均应包括于本发明的权利要求范围内。

1.一种聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物,其特征在于:该组合物的组成及质量份数含量如下:
2.一种用于权利要求1所述的聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:取聚酯树脂54-56份置于一混合反应器中,再加入双酚A 5-8份、异氰酸酯15-18份、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯12-14份、10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.04-0.07份,将以上物料置于一反应器中,搅拌混合均匀,于100-120℃下反应4h,之后每隔1h检测-NCO的百分含量,若-NCO的含量过高,继续补加10%二丁基二月桂酸锡溶液0.04-0.07份继续维持反应直至-NCO的含量合格,最后加入6-8份的S-150溶剂。
3.权利要求1所述的聚氨酯改性聚酯树脂组合物,其特征在于:用作PCM钢板底漆涂装。
