Abstract

本发明公开了一种卷筒,它包括有一个筒体,在筒体的两端外壁圆周上分别安装有一个轴承,在各轴承座上分别设有与支座固定连接的螺栓,在筒体的两端内壁圆周上分别安装有一圈均布的传动齿轮,在筒体两端的支座空腔内分别安装有至少一台与传动齿轮相啮合的减速电机。本发明用一个无轴筒体采用多台电机用齿轮带动,可根据需要启动所用电机数量,不但不易发生机械故障而且节约能耗。

技术领域:
本发明是一种用于卷起和放出电缆、钢丝绳等绕性件的卷筒。
背景技术:
现有的卷筒,都是在一个筒体的两端沿轴心安装一根通轴或在筒体两端沿轴心分别安装一根短轴,并且在两端的轴上分别安装一个轴承及其轴承座,在一端的卷筒轴上用传动装置于筒体一侧安装有一台电机。这种传统的卷筒存在的缺点是,工作时的传动功率不会因载荷的大小而改变,当负载较大时,卷筒轴受到的扭力较大,易发生卷筒轴断裂;当负载较小时会出现大牛拉小车的状况,浪费功率。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种可根据负载的大小选择安装电机数量,传动效率高,不易发生机械故障的卷筒。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,
一种卷筒,它包括有一个筒体,其特征在于:在筒体的两端外壁圆周上分别安装有一个轴承,在各轴承座上分别设有与支座固定连接的螺栓,在筒体的两端内壁圆周上分别安装有一圈均布的传动齿轮,在筒体两端的支座空腔内分别安装有至少一台与传动齿轮相啮合的减速电机。

具体实施方式:
结合附图详细描述实施例,实施例一,如图1所示,它是在一个筒体1两端外壁圆周上分别安装有一个轴承3,在各轴承座上分别设有与支座5固定连接的螺栓4,在筒体的两端内壁圆周上分别安装有一圈均布的传动齿轮2,在筒体两端的支座空腔内分别安装有至少一台与传动齿轮相啮合的减速电机6。
实施例二,如图2所示,它是在一个筒体1的两端内壁圆周上分别安装有一个轴承3,在各轴承座上分别设有与支座5固定连接的螺栓4,在筒体的两端外壁圆周上分别安装有一圈均布的传动齿轮2,在筒体两端支座外侧分别安装有至少一台与传动齿轮相啮合的减速电机6。
本发明由于轴承直接支撑在卷筒两端,因此可以不再安装芯轴,使其结构紧凑、传递效率高、安全性能更可靠,用多台电机驱动,在提升重物时,可根据负载的大小选择驱动电机的数量,避免电机功率的浪费。

1.一种卷筒,它包括有一个筒体,其特征在于:在筒体的两端外壁圆周上分别安装有一个轴承,在各轴承座上分别设有与支座固定连接的螺栓,在筒体的两端内壁圆周上分别安装有一圈均布的传动齿轮,在筒体两端的支座空腔内分别安装有至少一台与传动齿轮相啮合的减速电机。
