本发明公开了一种国标电源线一体式内架热塑成形工艺,包括以下操作步骤:将端子1与PBT材料放一起用模具热塑成形,热塑成形为一体式内架;将电线3与一体式内架2通过机器压接形成连接,成为半成品;根据产品工艺设计要求,选择相应的模具,打开电源,调至适当温度范围,在PBT塑料骨架热塑成形环节时,将端子放入其中进行固定热塑为一体式。由机器操作完成,省去了后来由人工装配的步骤,并且由机器进行统一标准化控制电源线插头的五金尺寸。

一种国标电源线一体式内架热塑成形工艺
技术领域
    本发明涉及国标电源线插头注塑成形领域,具体属于一种国标电源线一体式内架热塑成形工艺。
背景技术
    电源线在按要求尺寸裁断后,将一端进行气剥、端子压接,再将压接好端子的三根芯线分别插入一种PBT塑料材质的内架中,然后放入注塑机中注塑成形。
不足之处:
电源线在气剥后,芯线分别压接完端子,由人工逐一将压接好端子的芯线插入内架中,再放入模腔中注塑。直接弊端是人工将压接好端子的芯线插入塑料内架中,由于人工操作熟练程度及使用力度不一,容易出现端子装入内架中未到位,露出的端子五金尺寸不符合国家标准GB1002-2008统一尺寸要求。另外工艺流程分为“裁线—端子压接—装配内架—注塑”四个步骤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种国标电源线一体式内架热塑成形工艺,解决了由人工装配导致外露端子五金尺寸不标准的不良现象,由机器操作完成,省去了后来由人工装配的步骤,并且由机器进行统一标准化控制电源线插头的五金尺寸。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种国标电源线一体式内架热塑成形工艺,包括以下操作步骤:
1将端子1与PBT材料放一起用模具热塑成形,热塑成形为一体式内架2;
2将电线3与一体式内架2通过机器压接形成连接,成为半成品;
3根据产品工艺设计要求,选择相应的模具,打开电源,调至适当温度范围,温度控制范围:前档170±20℃、中档175±20℃、后档180±20℃,压力控制范围:总压100±10㎏/㎝2,第一次注塑压力为65±10㎏/㎝2,第二次注塑压力为40±10㎏/㎝2,保压40±10㎏/㎝2,高压阶段时间为2.5±1.5s,射出时间为10±3.5s,冷却时间为6±4s;
4将步骤2)的半成品放入模腔中,加入PVC胶料,排好线,双手按住自动关模开始进行注塑,开模后双手拿线取出电源线插头产品。
本发明设计成一体式内架后,压好芯线后,无需插内架,直接可以放入模腔中注塑,放入模腔后,也无需按压,即可启动开关,注塑成型。即在PBT塑料骨架热塑成形环节时,将端子放入其中进行固定热塑为一体式。由机器操作完成,省去了后来由人工装配的步骤,并且由机器进行统一标准化控制电源线插头的五金尺寸。

1.一种国标电源线一体式内架热塑成形工艺,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
1)将端子(1)与PBT材料放一起用模具热塑成形,热塑成形为一体式内架(2);
2)将电线(3)与一体式内架(2)通过机器压接形成连接,成为半成品;
3)根据产品工艺设计要求,选择相应的模具,打开电源,调至适当温度范围,温度控制范围:前档170±20℃、中档175±20℃、后档180±20℃,压力控制范围:总压100±10㎏/㎝2,第一次注塑压力为65±10㎏/㎝2,第二次注塑压力为40±10㎏/㎝2,保压40±10㎏/㎝2,高压阶段时间为2.5±1.5s,射出时间为10±3.5s,冷却时间为6±4s;
