本发明涉及包装膜制造工艺,特别是涉及一种再生塑料包装膜生产工艺。
背景技术
我国对废旧塑料膜的处理方法主要是焚烧和填埋,在回收利用废塑料膜方面起步较晚,技术尚不完善,现有的薄膜回收生产线,通常采用人工挑选分类、粉碎、清洗、干燥、捏合、塑化、造粒的工序,所用设备有粉碎机、输送机、清洗机、干燥机、捏合机、挤出机、造粒机等,存在着浪费资源、能源、污染环境、经济效益低下等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种再生塑料包装膜生产工艺。为实现本发明的目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种再生塑料包装膜生产工艺,其特征在于,其步骤为:
(1)将废旧塑料膜经预处理,除去有机杂质,之后粉碎水洗,将废旧塑料膜切割成5-8mm的废膜片,然后进行甩干、烘干,烘干温度控制在30-50℃;
(2)之后投放添加剂进行搅拌,40-60℃烘干后放入挤压机进行挤压,将挤压后的加工料放入塑模机中进行吹塑成型,吹塑温度控制在120-150℃,之后采用松紧螺杆成膜机成型。
优选的,所述添加剂由碳酸氢钠、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和复合助剂按质量配比3:2:1:1的比例组成.
优选的,所述复合助剂由交联剂、偶联剂、开口剂按照质量配比4:3:1的比例配制。

1.一种再生塑料包装膜生产工艺,其特征在于,其步骤为:
(1)将废旧塑料膜经预处理,除去有机杂质,之后粉碎水洗,将废旧塑料膜切割成8mm的废膜片,然后进行甩干、烘干,烘干温度控制在350℃;
(2)之后投放添加剂进行搅拌,60℃烘干后放入挤压机进行挤压,将挤压后的加工料放入塑模机中进行吹塑成型,吹塑温度控制在150℃,之后采用松紧螺杆成膜机成型。
其中,所述添加剂由碳酸氢钠、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和复合助剂按质量配比3:2:1:1的比例组成,所述复合助剂由交联剂、偶联剂、开口剂按照质量配比4:3:1的比例配制。

1.一种再生塑料包装膜生产工艺,其特征在于,其步骤为:
将废旧塑料膜经预处理,除去有机杂质,之后粉碎水洗,将废旧塑料膜切割成5-8mm的废膜片,然后进行甩干、烘干,烘干温度控制在30-50℃;
之后投放添加剂进行搅拌,40-60℃烘干后放入挤压机进行挤压,将挤压后的加工料放入塑模机中进行吹塑成型,吹塑温度控制在120-150℃,之后采用松紧螺杆成膜机成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的再生塑料包装膜生产工艺,其特征在于,所述添加剂由碳酸氢钠、聚乙烯、聚丙烯和复合助剂按质量配比3:2:1:1的比例组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的再生塑料包装膜生产工艺,其特征在于,所述复合助剂由交联剂、偶联剂、开口剂按照质量配比4:3:1的比例配制。
