Abstract

本发明公开了一种模具内排废料结构。本发明包括模座板和模脚,所述的模座板由模脚支撑,模座板上带有多个排废孔,排废孔出口位于模脚之间,将其中模脚间距小于排废孔最大孔径的模脚对进行处理,使得该对模脚上部间距与对应的排废孔最大孔径相同,模脚中部采用过渡段过渡。该结构能使得废料在自重作用下翻转掉落,从而避免了废料在模座板中的残存,使得成品率大大提高,降低了生产成本。

本发明属于冲压模具技术领域,涉及一种模具内排废料结构。
背景技术
冲压模具是在冷冲压加工中,将材料加工成零件或半成品的工艺装备,在冲压过程中,模脚的间距往往是根据模座板的大小来确定的,一旦模脚的间距确定,可能会存在冲裁的碎片过大而无法顺利从卸料孔中掉出的情况,这样会给产品造成压伤或模具损坏的现象,既浪费了材料的成本,又降低了工作的效率。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种模具内排废料结构。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
本发明包括模座板和模脚,所述的模座板由模脚支撑,模座板上带有多个排废孔,排废孔出口位于模脚之间,将其中模脚间距小于排废孔最大孔径的模脚对进行处理,使得该对模脚上部间距与对应的排废孔最大孔径相同,模脚中部采用过渡段过渡。
进一步说,所述的过渡段为斜面或弧面。
本发明具有的有益效果是:该结构能使得废料在自重作用下翻转掉落,从而避免了废料在模座板中的残存,使得成品率大大提高,降低了生产成本。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示,本实施例包括凹模版1、模座板2和模脚3;模座板由模脚支撑,模脚的数量由模座板确定,模座板上带有多个排废孔,排废孔出口尽可能位于模脚之间,使得冲裁废料4经排废孔后能直接下落,但由于膜脚间距是固定的,也会存在排废孔的尺寸大于膜脚间距的情况,这样冲裁废料宽度将大于膜脚间距从而导致冲裁废料4无法顺利滑落,当存在这样的膜脚,则将阻碍冲裁废料4的膜脚上部铣削掉一部分,使得该对膜脚的靠近排废孔附近的宽度与排废孔宽度一致,同时为了保持结构的稳定性,不可能把膜脚一个面全部铣削掉,这时就需要引入过渡段,本实施例中的过渡段为斜切面,由于废料的自重原因,其一端到达斜切面后将无法保持水平滑落,而另一个膜脚是与排废孔对齐的,那么废料与另一个膜脚接触的另一端将继续下滑,从而引起废料的翻转,翻转后的废料不存在宽度方向上的阻碍,因此能顺利下落。

1.模具内排废料结构,包括模座板和模脚,所述的模座板由模脚支撑,模座板上带有多个排废孔,排废孔出口位于模脚之间,其特征在于:将其中模脚间距小于排废孔最大孔径的模脚对进行处理,使得该对模脚上部间距与对应的排废孔最大孔径相同,模脚中部采用过渡段过渡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模具内排废料结构,其特征在于:所述的过渡段为斜面或弧面。
