Description

一种畜禽饲料蛋白的生产方法
本发明涉及畜禽饲料领域,特别是用畜禽的羽毛、蹄角,人头发为原料的畜禽饲料蛋白的生产方法。
目前用含有丰富蛋白质的羽毛为原料,生产易于畜禽消化吸收饲料蛋白的方法有强酸、碱和高温、压水解法,工艺设备复杂,造价昂贵,无实际的经济价值和实用价值;公开的“CN1057377A硫化变性角蛋白工艺及专用反应器”,据实验表明:在20~50的条件下以硫化钠或硫化钙不能完全硫化羽毛、使角蛋白松解,同时更要盐酸酸化除硫,角蛋白要经漂洗、过滤、压榨除盐等多工序,需硫化物和盐酸量大,工艺不够合理而复杂,成本高。
本发明的目的在于提供一种畜禽饲料蛋白的生产方法,所用设备、工艺简单,饲料蛋白利用率高,成本低。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
图1是本发明的工艺流程图。
本发明的生产方法如图1表示:以废弃的畜禽羽毛、蹄角,人头发(以下统称:羽毛)为原料,清洗,用硫磺(S)、石灰(CaO,以新石灰最好)合剂水溶液一起混合,加热100℃熟化,使羽毛中角蛋白溶解,多种氨基酸以二硫键存在的硫分离出来,促进蛋白酶作用转化为畜禽易消化吸收的饲料蛋白,经干燥、打粉即得成品,其硫磺、石灰、羽毛、水的配比(重量:千克)为1∶2∶20∶60;
实施例:
1.取0.5kg的硫磺研成粉末状放入锅内,1kg石灰(用新石灰最好)泡水中、滤去渣得溶液放入锅内,加水30kg、与硫磺、石灰溶液混合,加热至水沸后,放入经清洗后10kg羽毛,搅拌羽毛浸湿透,加盖,继续加热保持水温100℃,每30分钟搅拌一次,约2至3小时,至羽毛软熟烂,冷却后取出晒干或烘干得畜禽易消化吸收的饲料蛋白;
2.取2kg硫磺研成粉末状放入锅内,4kg石灰泡水中,滤去渣得溶液放入锅内,加水120kg、与硫磺、石灰溶液混合,加热至水沸后,放入经清洗后40kg羽毛,其余工艺流程同实施例1;
3.取1kg硫磺研成粉末状放入锅内,2kg石灰泡水中,滤去渣得溶液放入锅内,加水60kg、与硫磺、石灰溶液混合,加热至水沸后,放入经清洗后20kg羽毛,其余工艺流程同实施例1。
本发明的优点:石硫合剂溶液呈中性,不需加盐酸酸化除硫,石灰中富含钙质及其他畜禽生产所需的微量元素,工艺简单,饲料蛋白利用率高,造价低,加入赖氨酸、色氨酸、配平衡成畜禽的全价饲料,羽毛饲料用量占畜禽日粮5%以下效果最佳。

Claims (2)

1.一种畜禽饲料蛋白的生产方法,是用畜禽羽毛、蹄角,人头发为原料,其特征在于用硫磺、石灰、水混合加热100℃熟化,每30分钟搅拌一次,保持2-3小时成饲料蛋白,其中硫磺、石灰、羽毛、水的重量千克配比为1∶2∶20∶60。
2.根据权利要求1所述的畜禽饲料蛋白的生产方法,其特征在于配比所用的石灰为新石灰。
