Abstract

本发明提出了慢降气控分配阀,包括阀体、滑动密封阀芯、气缸体、气缸体内的换向活塞,其改进在于:换向活塞与盖板之间设有慢降活塞,慢降活塞与气缸体密封配合,在换向活塞与慢降活塞之间设有第一进气口,在盖板上设有第二进气口;行程限位套在气缸体内的安装结构:气缸体内设有安装台阶,行程限位套与气缸体内腔呈滑动密封配合通过安装台阶限位;气缸体尾部的盖板中心设有调整螺栓,调整螺栓的头部伸入气缸体内。采用本发明,当需要慢降时,第二进气口通入压缩空气,在气压作用下慢降活塞推动换向活塞及阀芯移动一定距离,将回油通道减小,从而实现可靠稳定的慢降速度;另外,行程限位套在气缸体内的安装结构简单,便于制造和装配。

慢降气控分配阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种与液压系统控制的车辆举升装置配套使用的带有定速慢降功能的气控分配阀。
背景技术
在自卸工程车领域,目前已广泛使用气控分配阀来控制的自卸车货箱的升降。在气控分配阀的结构上普遍使用海沃型200L/min的三孔气控阀,该气控阀采用比例控制方式调节大箱下降的速度,速度调节采用安装在驾驶室内的手控阀操作手柄的转动角度来实现控制,但在实际使用中由于工况复杂多变,有很多时候控制下降的准确度不好控制,造成需要慢速的时候速度控制不好造成了车辆和人员伤亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供慢降气控分配阀,通过增加控制气缸筒长度及慢降活塞,可靠的实现自卸车货箱慢速下降,全面消除现有换向阀存在的不安全隐患,达到安全的工作状态。
为此,本发明的技术方案为:慢降气控分配阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有滑动密封阀芯,阀体内设有输入通道、输出通道、回油通道,滑动密封阀芯上与输入通道、输出通道及回油通道对应设有台阶轴颈,阀体的头部设有堵头,阀体上还设有先导式溢流阀连接口,阀体上的进油口与输入通道连通,阀体上的回油口与回油通道连通,阀体上的出油口与输出通道连通;气缸体连接在阀体的尾部,滑动密封阀芯与气缸体内的换向活塞固定连接,滑动密封阀芯设有回位弹簧装置,在气缸体内位于回位弹簧装置的后面安装有行程限位套,气缸体尾部通过盖板密封;
其特征在于:换向活塞与盖板之间设有慢降活塞,慢降活塞与气缸体密封配合,在换向活塞与慢降活塞之间设有第一进气口,在盖板上设有第二进气口;  
行程限位套在气缸体内的安装结构:气缸体内设有安装台阶,行程限位套与气缸体内腔呈滑动密封配合,通过安装台阶限位。
有益效果:本发明在快速下降状态时,慢降活塞的进气孔没有气压,第一进气口进气,在换向活塞的作用下带动滑动密封阀芯向右移动并将慢降活塞推动到尾部,此时下降通道全部打开;当需要慢降时,第二进气口通人压缩空气,在气压作用下慢降活塞左移推动换向活塞及阀芯移动一定距离,将回油通道减小,从而实现可靠稳定的慢降速度;另外,行程限位套在气缸体内的安装结构简单,便于制造和装配。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,进一步描述本发明如下:慢降气控分配阀,包括阀体1,阀体1内安装有滑动密封阀芯5,阀体1内设有输入通道、输出通道、回油通道,滑动密封阀芯5上与输入通道、输出通道及回油通道对应设有台阶轴颈,阀体1的头部设有堵头16,阀体上还设有先导式溢流阀连接口(非连接状态下,通过球涨式堵头4封堵),阀体上的进油口P与输入通道连通,阀体上的回油口T与回油通道连通,阀体上的出油口A与输出通道连通;气缸体2连接在阀体的尾部,滑动密封阀芯5(通过其连接轴颈8)与气缸体内的换向活塞9固定连接,滑动密封阀芯设有回位弹簧装置,在气缸体内位于回位弹簧装置的后面安装有行程限位套7,气缸体尾部通过盖板3密封;
所述回位弹簧装置是常规技术,由第一弹簧座15、回位弹簧6、第二弹簧座13、限位卡簧12组成;
换向活塞与盖板之间设有慢降活塞10,慢降活塞10与气缸体密封配合,在换向活塞9与慢降活塞10之间设有第一进气口,在盖板3上设有第二进气口11;第一进气口通入压缩空气,用于推动换向活塞9;第二进气口11通入压缩空气,用于推动慢降活塞10;
行程限位套7在气缸体内的安装结构:气缸体内设有安装台阶14,行程限位套7与气缸体内腔呈滑动密封配合,通过安装台阶14限位;这种安装结构简单,便于制造和装配。

1.慢降气控分配阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有滑动密封阀芯,阀体内设有输入通道、输出通道、回油通道,滑动密封阀芯上与输入通道、输出通道及回油通道对应设有台阶轴颈,阀体的头部设有堵头,阀体上还设有先导式溢流阀连接口,阀体上的进油口与输入通道连通,阀体上的回油口与回油通道连通,阀体上的出油口与输出通道连通;气缸体连接在阀体的尾部,滑动密封阀芯与气缸体内的换向活塞固定连接,滑动密封阀芯设有回位弹簧装置,在气缸体内位于回位弹簧装置的后面安装有行程限位套,气缸体尾部通过盖板密封;
其特征在于:换向活塞与盖板之间设有慢降活塞,慢降活塞与气缸体密封配合,在换向活塞与慢降活塞之间设有第一进气口,在盖板上设有第二进气口;  
行程限位套在气缸体内的安装结构:气缸体内设有安装台阶,行程限位套与气缸体内腔呈滑动密封配合,通过安装台阶限位。
