Abstract

本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法。所述的聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法包括以下步骤:将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B混合均匀,升温,高真空下脱水,然后降温,加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温反应,取样检测异氰酸酯质量含量在9~15%,得到预聚体A组分;扩链剂与锡类催化剂混合均匀,得到B组分;将A组分与B组分混合均匀,倒入模具中,反应成型得到试片,试片经硫化得到成品。本发明制得的聚氨酯暖气片耐水性好,不渗水,不生锈,不易堵塞,硬度高,耐拉伸,耐撕裂,耐高温,不变形,物理性能稳定,散热性能优于金属制品,质量轻便,生产成本低。本发明简单易行,易于实现。

聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯技术领域,具体涉及一种聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法。
背景技术
暖气片在集体供暖的北方是必不可少的,传统的金属暖气片易生锈,容易堵塞,并且使用寿命短,笨重,不易搬运,生产成本高。
现有技术中,还未见与聚氨酯暖气片相关的文献报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,得到的聚氨酯暖气片耐水性好,不渗水,不生锈,不易堵塞,硬度高,耐拉伸,耐撕裂,耐高温,不变形,物理性能稳定,散热性能优于金属制品,质量轻便,生产成本低。
本发明所述的聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预聚体A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B按1:1.5~2的质量比混合均匀,升温至105~115℃,真空下脱水3~4h,然后降温至40~50℃,加入质量为0.2~0.4倍聚醚多元醇总质量的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至80~90℃反应3~4小时,取样检测异氰酸酯质量含量在9~15%,得到预聚体A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
扩链剂与锡类催化剂按300:1~2的质量比混合均匀,得到B组分;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制备:
将A组分与B组分按4~5:1的质量比混合均匀,倒入60~70℃的模具中,于10~13MPa压力下反应成型得到试片,试片于70~80℃下硫化15~16小时,得到成品。
所述的聚醚多元醇A为德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的DDL-2000,其相对分子质量为1000~3000,官能度为2。该聚醚多元醇发出的聚氨酯硬度高,耐拉伸、耐撕裂性能优异。
所述的聚醚多元醇B为德信联邦化学工业有限公司生产的DDL-1000,其相对分子质量为500~1500,官能度为1.5~2.5。该聚醚多元醇在DDL-2000的配合下,发出的聚氨酯弹性好,硬度适中。
所述的扩链剂为滨海县星光化工有限公司生产的MOCA,此扩链剂经常用于弹性体的制作,价格便宜,性能好。
所述的锡类催化剂为辛酸亚锡T9。该催化剂对异氰酸酯基与聚醚多元醇的反应有较强的催化作用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明制得的聚氨酯暖气片耐水性好,不渗水,不生锈,不易堵塞,硬度高,耐拉伸,耐撕裂,耐高温,不变形,物理性能稳定,散热性能优于金属制品,质量轻便,生产成本低。本发明简单易行,易于实现。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
本实施例聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预聚体A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B按1:2的质量比混合均匀,升温至110℃,高真空-0.08±0.01MPa下脱水3h,然后降温至50℃,加入质量为0.3倍聚醚多元醇总质量的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至85℃反应3小时,取样检测异氰酸酯质量含量在9.5%,得到预聚体A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:扩链剂MOCA与锡类催化剂T9按300:1的质量比混合均匀,得到B组分;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制作:将A组分与B组分按5:1的质量比混合均匀,倒入60℃的模具中,于13MPa压力下反应成型得到试片,试片于70℃下硫化15小时,得到成品。
实施例2
本实施例聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预聚体A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B按1:1.5的质量比混合均匀,升温至105℃,高真空-0.08±0.01MPa下脱水4h,然后降温至40℃,加入质量为0.2倍聚醚多元醇总质量的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至80℃反应4小时,取样检测异氰酸酯质量含量在14.5%,得到预聚体A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:扩链剂MOCA与锡类催化剂T9按300:2的质量比混合均匀,得到B组分;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制作:将A组分与B组分按4:1的质量比混合均匀,倒入65℃的模具中,于12MPa压力下反应成型得到试片,试片于70℃下硫化16小时,得到成品。
实施例3
本实施例聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预聚体A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B按1:1.8的质量比混合均匀,升温至115℃,高真空-0.08±0.01MPa下脱水3.5h,然后降温至45℃,加入质量为0.4倍聚醚多元醇总质量的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至90℃反应3小时,取样检测异氰酸酯质量含量在11%,得到预聚体A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:扩链剂MOCA与锡类催化剂T9按300:1.5的质量比混合均匀,得到B组分;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制作:将A组分与B组分按5:1的质量比混合均匀,倒入70℃的模具中,于10MPa压力下反应成型得到试片,试片于80℃下硫化15小时,得到成品。

Claims (5)

1.一种聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)预聚体A组分的制备:
将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B按1:1.5~2的质量比混合均匀,升温至105~115℃,真空下脱水3~4h,然后降温至40~50℃,加入质量为0.2~0.4倍聚醚多元醇总质量的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,搅拌均匀,升温至80~90℃反应3~4小时,取样检测异氰酸酯质量含量在9~15%,得到预聚体A组分;
(2)B组分的制备:
扩链剂与锡类催化剂按300:1~2的质量比混合均匀,得到B组分;
(3)聚氨酯弹性体的制备:
将A组分与B组分按4~5:1的质量比混合均匀,倒入60~70℃的模具中,于10~13MPa压力下反应成型得到试片,试片于70~80℃下硫化15~16小时,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,其特征在于:聚醚多元醇A为DDL-2000,其相对分子质量为1000~3000,官能度为2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,其特征在于:聚醚多元醇B为DDL-1000,其相对分子质量为500~1500,官能度为1.5~2.5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,其特征在于:扩链剂为MOCA。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚氨酯暖气片的制备方法,其特征在于:锡类催化剂为辛酸亚锡。
