Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物及其口服剂,该中药组合物包括以下重量份数的组分:白头翁10~30份、黄柏10~30份、厚朴10~30份、龙胆10~30份、艾叶10~30份、千层塔5~20份、黄连5~15份。本发明的用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物,采用白头翁、黄柏、厚朴、龙胆、艾叶、千层塔与黄连复配,各组分相互配合,协同作用,对于犊牛下痢有良好的预防作用;用于治疗犊牛下痢,见效快,无副作用;尤其是对牛犊吸入热乳、犊牛过量食用草料产生的下痢有显著疗效;能调节动物体的生理功能,促进机体新陈代谢,具有安全低毒、无药物残留、无抗药性的特点,药效好而广泛,能达到标本兼治的效果。

技术领域
本发明属于兽用中草药技术领域,具体涉及一种用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物,同时还涉及一种用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂。
背景技术
犊牛下痢是一种发病率高、病因复杂、难以治愈、死亡率高的疾病,常见于1~4个月大的牛犊;临床上主要表现为伴有腹泻症状的胃肠炎、全身中毒和机体脱水,牛犊精神不好、行走缓慢、腹泻,严重时卧地不起。通常情况下,犊牛下痢是因为在炎热夏天牛犊吃了母牛的热乳,或是吃了过多的粗糙草料,或是肠道细菌感染等引起的牛犊痢疾。研究表明,轮状病毒和冠状病毒在初生犊牛腹泻中起到了极为重要的作用,病毒可能是最初的致病因子。虽然上述两种病毒不能直接引起犊牛死亡,但该两种病毒的存在,能使犊牛肠道功能减退,极易继发细菌感染,尤其是致病性大肠杆菌,引起严重的腹泻。另外,母乳过浓。气温突变、饲养管理失误、卫生条件差等对犊牛下痢的发生都有明显的促进作用,犊牛下痢尤其多发于集约化饲养的犊牛群中。
犊牛下痢多发于牛犊出生后第二至第五天,病程约2~3天,呈急性经过。病犊牛突然表现精神沉郁,食欲废绝,体温高达39.5~40.5℃,病后不久即排灰白、黄白色水样或粥样稀便,粪中混有未消化的凝乳块;后期粪便中含有粘液、血液、伪膜等,粪便颜色由灰色变为褐色或血样,具有酸臭或恶臭气味;尾根和肛门周围被稀粪污染,尿量减少;约1天后,病犊牛背腰拱起肛门外翻,常见里急后重,张口伸舌;哞叫,病程后期病犊牛常因脱水衰竭而死。病死犊牛由于腹泻而使机体脱水消瘦;病变主要在消化道,呈现严重的卡他性、出血性炎症;肠系膜淋巴结肿大,有的还可见脾肿大,肝脏与肾脏被膜下出血,心内膜有点状出血;肠内容物如血水样,混有气泡。
现有技术中,预防和治疗犊牛下痢多采用抗生素或化学类药剂。犊牛下痢的主要方法为:对于刚出生的犊牛,尽早投服预防剂量的抗生素药物,如氯霉素等,具有一定的预防效果;或者,给怀孕期的母牛注射用当地流行的大肠杆菌菌株所制成的菌苗;在本病发生严重的区域,给妊娠母牛注射轮状病毒和冠状病毒疫苗,也能在一定程度上控制犊牛下痢的发生。临床上治疗犊牛下痢通常选用下列方式:1)犊牛内服氟哌酸;2)犊牛注射氯霉素,也可用庆大霉素、氨苄青霉素等,抗菌治疗的同时还应配合补液,以强心和纠正酸中毒。使用抗生素或化学类药剂,不仅容易造成抗生素或化学药物残留,而且对犊牛本身也会产生较大的副作用。
随着人们生活水平与生活质量的提高,对食品安全的要求也越来越高;无抗生素、无化学剂、无药物残留等要求都在督促着畜禽养殖朝向无公害养殖、疾病无害化治疗等方向发展。中草药是我国特有的中医药理论与实践的产物,利用中草药代替抗生素防治动物疾病符合绿色环保的要求,是目前养殖业的发展趋势,也已成为国内外的研究热点和饲料添加剂的研究方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种使用上述中药组合物制成的用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物,包括以下重量份数的组分:白头翁10~30份、黄柏10~30份、厚朴10~30份、龙胆10~30份、艾叶10~30份、千层塔5~20份、黄连5~15份。
一种用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:白头翁10~30份、黄柏10~30份、厚朴10~30份、龙胆10~30份、艾叶10~30份、千层塔5~20份、黄连5~15份。
所述口服剂是以上述中药组合物为主要成分,加入药学上可接受的辅料制成的。
所述口服剂为水丸、颗粒剂、片剂、散剂、胶囊剂或口服液。上述各剂型的制备方法采用本领域该剂型常规的制备方法。
优选的,所述水丸的制备方法为:将各原料粉碎成细末,过筛,然后按比例均匀混合,加水制成丸剂,即得。使用时,喂服犊牛;用量:一次35克/头(以原料药粉重量计),一日两次,连服3~5天。
所述颗粒剂的制备方法为:将各原料切成段,加水浸泡30~60分钟,加水煎煮两次,每次2个小时,取煎煮液过滤后用醇沉法制成浸膏,干燥制粒,即得。使用时,喂服犊牛;用量:一次25克/头,一日两次,服用3~5天。
所述片剂的制备方法为:将各原料粉碎后,压片,即得。使用时,喂服犊牛;用量:一次30克/头,一日两次,连用3~5天。
所述散剂的制备方法为:将各原料粉碎成细末,过筛,然后按比例均匀混合,即得。使用时,喂服犊牛;用量:一次30克/头,一日两次,连服3~5天。
所述胶囊剂的制备方法为:将各原料粉碎,过筛后按比例均匀混合,装入胶囊内,即得。使用时,喂服犊牛;用量:一次20克/头(以原料药粉重量计),一日两次,连服3~5天。
所述口服液的制备方法为:将各原料切成段,将原料加水浸泡30~60分钟,加水煎煮两次,每次2个小时,取煎煮液经净化处理后浓缩,浓缩至稠膏的相对密度为1.30~1.35(80~90℃热测,浓度为1:1),即得。使用时,与水混合后自由饮水,或灌服犊牛;用量为一次5ml/公斤,一日一次,连服3天。
本发明的用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物中,各组分的性状及功效如下:
白头翁:为毛茛科白头翁属植物白头翁的根,含有白头翁皂苷、白桦脂酸、白头翁素,原白头翁素等多种有效成分;药性苦、寒;归胃、大肠经。功用为清热解毒,凉血止痢,燥湿杀虫;主治赤白痢疾,鼻衄,崩漏,血痔,寒热温疟,带下阴痒,瘰疬,湿疹痈疮,眼目赤痛。现代药理学证明白头翁具有抗病原微生物(抗菌、抗阿米巴原虫等)、抗肿瘤、增强免疫功能及抗炎等功效;能抑制皮肤真菌和绿脓杆菌,同时有类似洋地黄的强心作用。
黄柏:为芸香科黄檗属植物黄皮树或黄檗的树皮;含有生物碱类如小檗碱、黄柏碱、木兰花碱、药根碱等,还含有柠檬苦素、黄柏酮、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇等多种有效成分;性味苦、寒;归肾、膀胱、大肠经。功用为清热燥湿、泻火解毒;主治湿热痢疾、泄泻、黄疸、骨蒸劳热、口舌生疮、目赤肿痛、痈疽疮毒等。现代药理学证明黄柏具有抗病原微生物、解热和抗炎、抗血小板聚集等功效,对心血管系统、消化系统和中枢神经系统具有促进作用。
厚朴:为木兰科木兰属植物厚朴和庐山厚朴的树皮、根皮和枝皮;含有木脂素类化合物、生物碱、挥发油等多种有效成分;性苦、辛、温,归胃、大肠经。功效为行气导滞,燥湿,降逆平喘;主治食积气滞,腹胀便秘,湿阻中焦,脘痞吐泻,痰壅气逆,胸满喘咳。现代药理学证明厚朴具有肌肉松弛、抗溃疡、抗病原微生物、抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗凝等作用。
龙胆:异名龙胆草,为龙胆科龙胆属植物龙胆、条叶龙胆、三花龙胆和滇龙胆的根和根茎;含有裂环烯醚萜苷类苦味成分、生物碱、三萜类物质等有效成分;性苦、寒,归肝、胆经。功效为清肝胆实火,泻下焦湿热;主治头胀头痛,目赤肿痛,耳聋耳肿,口苦胁痛,湿热黄疸,小便淋痛,阴肿阴痒,带下,热病惊风抽搐。现代药理学证明龙胆具有保肝护肝、利胆、健胃、抗炎、抗过敏等作用。
艾叶:为菊科蒿属植物艾的叶;含挥发油和黄酮类物质等有效成分;性辛、苦,温;硅肝、脾、肾经。功效为温经止血,安胎,逐寒湿,理气血;主治吐衄,下血,崩漏,月经不调,痛经,带下,胎动不安,心腹冷痛,泄泻久痢,霍乱转筋,疮疡,疥癣。现代药理学证明艾叶具有抗病原微生物、抗凝、止血、抗哮喘、抗过敏、镇咳、祛痰、抗炎及提高免疫功能、抗诱变、抗肿瘤等作用。
千层塔:为石杉科石杉属植物蛇足石杉的全草;含生物碱、三萜类物质等多种有效成分;性苦、辛、微甘,平。具有散瘀止血,清热除湿的功效;主治跌打损伤,劳伤吐血,尿血,痔疮下血,臌胀,白带,毒蛇咬伤,溃疡久不收口,烫火伤。现代药理学证明千层塔对中枢神经系统有抑制作用,同时具有抗胆碱酯酶、促进神经肌肉收缩、改善学习记忆等作用。
黄连:为毛茛科黄连属植物黄连、三角叶黄连或云南黄连的根茎;含有生物碱类如小檗碱、黄连碱、表小檗碱、黄柏酮等多种有效成分;性味苦、寒,归心、肝、胃、大肠经。功用为清热泻火、燥湿、解毒;主治热病邪入心经之高热、烦躁、谵妄或热盛迫血妄形之吐衄、湿热胸痞、泄泻、痢疾、心火亢盛之心烦失眠、胃热呕吐、消谷善饥、肝火目赤肿痛,以及热毒疮疡、疔毒走黄、牙龈肿痛、口舌生疮等。现代药理学证明黄连具有抗微生物、抗病原虫、抗病毒、抗心律失常、抗溃疡、抗肿瘤、抗炎等功效。
本发明的用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物,采用白头翁、黄柏、厚朴、龙胆、艾叶、千层塔与黄连复配,各组分相互配合,协同作用,对于犊牛下痢有良好的预防作用;用于治疗犊牛下痢,见效快,无副作用;尤其是对牛犊吸入热乳产生的下痢、犊牛过量食用草料产生的下痢有显著疗效;本发明的用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物,不仅能调节动物体的生理功能,促进机体新陈代谢,而且其含天然成分,在肉牛养殖中利用其防病治病,具有安全低毒、无药物残留、无抗药性的特点,药效好而广泛,能达到标本兼治的效果,具有显著的经济效益和社会效益。

实施例1
本实施例的用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物,由以下重量份数的组分组成:白头翁10份、黄柏25份、厚朴30份、龙胆20份、艾叶15份、千层塔10份、黄连5份。
本实施例的用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂,为散剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:白头翁10份、黄柏25份、厚朴30份、龙胆20份、艾叶15份、千层塔10份、黄连5份。制备方法为:将上述各原料清洗干净,烘干,用粉碎机粉碎成细末,过100目筛两次,然后按比例均匀混合,即得。
使用时,喂服犊牛;用量:一次30克/头,一日两次,连服3天。
实施例2
本实施例的用于防治犊牛下痢的中药组合物,由以下重量份数的组分组成:白头翁20份、黄柏10份、厚朴15份、龙胆25份、艾叶30份、千层塔5份、黄连15份。

本实施例的用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂,为口服液,主要由以下重量份数的原料制成:白头翁30份、黄柏30份、厚朴30份、龙胆30份、艾叶30份、千层塔20份、黄连15份。制备方法为:将上述各原料洗净切成段,将原料浸泡30分钟,加水煎煮两次,每次2个小时,取煎煮液经净化处理后浓缩,浓缩至稠膏的相对密度为1.30(80℃热测,浓度为1:1),即得。
使用时,与水混合后自由饮水,或灌服犊牛;用量为一次5ml/公斤,一日一次,连服3天。
实验例
本实验例对实施例1-6所得的用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂的疗效进行检测。
实验方法以自然发生犊牛下痢症状的犊牛为对象进行临床实验;将实验对象平均分为7组,A-F组分别饲喂实施例1-6所得口服剂(饲喂方法分别按照实施例1-6的使用方法进行),G组为空白对照组(不施药)。结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,实施例1-6所得用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂在治疗犊牛下痢时,连用3天后,治愈率在70%以上,有效率达到83.3%以上。实验结果表明,本发明的用于治疗犊牛下痢的中药组合物对犊牛下痢具有显著的疗效,见效快,无副作用。

3.根据权利要求2所述的用于防治犊牛下痢的口服剂,其特征在于:所述口服剂为水丸、颗粒剂、片剂、散剂、胶囊剂或口服液。
