本发明公开了一种双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,包括钻机头安装于钻机头稳定板,钻机头稳定板上平面两侧各安装有一根钻机头推进导向杆,钻机头推进导向杆插装于导向杆稳定板两侧,外框底板左右两侧边沿各连接有一个外框侧立板,两个外框侧立板分别连接着外框顶板左右两侧边沿,外框顶板和外框底板分别连接着升降托座的上下平面,外框顶板上安装有钻机头推进气缸,钻机头推进气缸的活塞杆通过推进气缸连接头连接到滑套式连接头,滑套式连接头套装于推进杆,推进杆的一端连接着钻机头旋转动力机构的推拨叉,钻机头旋转动力机构的主轴下端插装于钻机头内。通过上述方式,本发明能够在圆盘部件上快速完成钻孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及通用机械领域,特别是涉及一种双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头。
背景技术
钻孔机是机械加工中最常用到的机加工用具,也机械加工中最常见的工艺。普通零部件的定位钻孔比较容易,可以直接通过普通钻床来完成,或是通过钻床上的简易式手摇XY轴运动平台来定位完成钻孔,但是对于圆盘状的部件,其钻孔位置成环形分布时就不容易定位了。如果使用加工中心来完成简单的钻孔,其加工成本也相应提高了。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,能够在圆盘部件上快速完成钻孔。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,该双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头包括外框顶板、外转柱、钻机头稳定板、外框底板、外框侧立板、钻机头推进气缸、推进气缸连接头、滑套式连接头、推进杆、钻机头推进导向杆、导向杆稳定板、钻机头和钻机头旋转动力机构,所述钻机头安装于钻机头稳定板,钻机头稳定板上平面两侧各安装有一根钻机头推进导向杆,钻机头推进导向杆插装于导向杆稳定板两侧,导向杆稳定板上平面固定于外框底板下平面,外框底板左右两侧边沿各连接有一个外框侧立板,两个外框侧立板分别连接着外框顶板左右两侧边沿,外框顶板和外框底板分别连接着气动升降机构的升降托座上下平面,外框顶板上安装有钻机头推进气缸,钻机头推进气缸的活塞杆上安装有推进气缸连接头,推进气缸连接头活动连接于滑套式连接头,滑套式连接头套装于推进杆,推进杆的一端连接着钻机头旋转动力机构的推拨叉,钻机头旋转动力机构的主轴下端插装于钻机头内;
优选的是,所述钻机头旋转动力机构还包括驱动电机、驱动电机安装板、主驱动轮、从动轮、驱动皮带、主轴上皮带轮、主轴下皮带轮、动力机构前置外壳、防护套和推拨叉固定块,所述驱动电机安装于驱动电机安装板,驱动电机安装板固定于升降托座后侧,驱动电机的电机轴上安装有主驱动轮,主驱动轮通过驱动皮带连接到从动轮,从动轮安装于推拨叉固定块的右侧,推拨叉固定块固定于升降托座,驱动皮带同时经过主轴上皮带轮和主轴下皮带轮,主轴上皮带轮和主轴下皮带轮安装于主轴,主轴上皮带轮和主轴下皮带轮之间的主轴上连接有推拨叉并通过螺丝固定,主轴两端均通过轴承固定于动力机构前置外壳的上下两个面,主轴上端设有防护套。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,能够在圆盘部件上快速完成钻孔。

一种双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,该双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头包括外框顶板500、外转柱501、钻机头稳定板502、外框底板503、外框侧立板504、钻机头推进气缸505、推进气缸连接头506、滑套式连接头507、推进杆508、钻机头推进导向杆509、导向杆稳定板510、钻机头511和钻机头旋转动力机构512,所述钻机头511安装于钻机头稳定板502,钻机头稳定板502上平面两侧各安装有一根钻机头推进导向杆509,钻机头推进导向杆509插装于导向杆稳定板510两侧,导向杆稳定板510上平面固定于外框底板503下平面,外框底板503左右两侧边沿各连接有一个外框侧立板504,两个外框侧立板504分别连接着外框顶板500左右两侧边沿,外框顶板500和外框底板503分别连接着气动升降机构的升降托座513上下平面,外框顶板500上安装有钻机头推进气缸505,钻机头推进气缸505的活塞杆上安装有推进气缸连接头506,推进气缸连接头506活动连接于滑套式连接头507,滑套式连接头507套装于推进杆508,推进杆508的一端连接着钻机头旋转动力机构512的推拨叉5120,钻机头旋转动力机构512的主轴5121下端插装于钻机头511内;
所述钻机头旋转动力机构512还包括驱动电机5122、驱动电机安装板5123、主驱动轮5124、从动轮5125、驱动皮带5126、主轴上皮带轮5127、主轴下皮带轮5128、动力机构前置外壳5129、防护套5130和推拨叉固定块5131,所述驱动电机5122安装于驱动电机安装板5123,驱动电机安装板5123固定于升降托座513后侧,驱动电机5122的电机轴上安装有主驱动轮5124,主驱动轮5124通过驱动皮带5126连接到从动轮5125,从动轮5125安装于推拨叉固定块5131的右侧,推拨叉固定块5131固定于升降托座513,驱动皮带5126同时经过主轴上皮带轮5127和主轴下皮带轮5128,主轴上皮带轮5127和主轴下皮带轮5128安装于主轴5121,主轴上皮带轮5127和主轴下皮带轮5128之间的主轴5121上连接有推拨叉5120并通过螺丝固定,主轴5121两端均通过轴承固定于动力机构前置外壳5129的上下两个面,主轴5121上端设有防护套5130。
本发明双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,能够在圆盘部件上快速完成钻孔。

1.一种双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,其特征在于:该双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头包括外框顶板、外转柱、钻机头稳定板、外框底板、外框侧立板、钻机头推进气缸、推进气缸连接头、滑套式连接头、推进杆、钻机头推进导向杆、导向杆稳定板、钻机头和钻机头旋转动力机构,所述钻机头安装于钻机头稳定板,钻机头稳定板上平面两侧各安装有一根钻机头推进导向杆,钻机头推进导向杆插装于导向杆稳定板两侧,导向杆稳定板上平面固定于外框底板下平面,外框底板左右两侧边沿各连接有一个外框侧立板,两个外框侧立板分别连接着外框顶板左右两侧边沿,外框顶板和外框底板分别连接着气动升降机构的升降托座上下平面,外框顶板上安装有钻机头推进气缸,钻机头推进气缸的活塞杆上安装有推进气缸连接头,推进气缸连接头活动连接于滑套式连接头,滑套式连接头套装于推进杆,推进杆的一端连接着钻机头旋转动力机构的推拨叉,钻机头旋转动力机构的主轴下端插装于钻机头内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双工位转盘式自动钻孔机的气动钻机头,其特征在于:所述钻机头旋转动力机构还包括驱动电机、驱动电机安装板、主驱动轮、从动轮、驱动皮带、主轴上皮带轮、主轴下皮带轮、动力机构前置外壳、防护套和推拨叉固定块,所述驱动电机安装于驱动电机安装板,驱动电机安装板固定于升降托座后侧,驱动电机的电机轴上安装有主驱动轮,主驱动轮通过驱动皮带连接到从动轮,从动轮安装于推拨叉固定块的右侧,推拨叉固定块固定于升降托座,驱动皮带同时经过主轴上皮带轮和主轴下皮带轮,主轴上皮带轮和主轴下皮带轮安装于主轴,主轴上皮带轮和主轴下皮带轮之间的主轴上连接有推拨叉并通过螺丝固定,主轴两端均通过轴承固定于动力机构前置外壳的上下两个面,主轴上端设有防护套。
