本发明提供一种带自动清洗结构的螺杆挤出机,包括挤出机支架、搅拌本体、电机、搅拌推动螺杆、进料口、减速器、搅拌腔,其特征在于还包括加热层、清洗孔、振动板、清洗罐,所述挤出机支架上安装有搅拌本体、电机、清洗罐,所述搅拌本体上侧开设有进料口,本发明的搅拌腔下侧还安装有振动板,在搅拌时振动板同时作用,通过振动可以使搅拌的更加均匀。本发明简化一般的保温层变为加热层,避免了在搅拌时原料冷却导致挤出失败的事情发生,保证了挤出的成功率。

技术领域
    本发明涉及一种挤出机,尤其涉及一种带自动清洗结构的螺杆挤出机。
背景技术
     现有的螺杆挤出机在使用后都需要进行清洗,一般都是外部将清洗液注入搅拌腔内,如果要清洗干净一定要注满,才可以将内部的杂质清洗干净,这样的清洗浪费清洗液,也比较麻烦,而且总有清洗不到的地方,特别是在搅拌腔上侧腔壁极其容易清洗不干净,如果清洗不干净就会给下次使用带来影响。
 发明内容
根据以上技术问题,本发明提供一种带自动清洗结构的螺杆挤出机,包括挤出机支架、搅拌本体、电机、搅拌推动螺杆、进料口、减速器、搅拌腔,其特征在于还包括加热层、清洗孔、振动板、清洗罐,所述挤出机支架上安装有搅拌本体、电机、清洗罐,所述搅拌本体上侧开设有进料口,所述搅拌本体内设置有搅拌腔,所述搅拌腔内安装有搅拌推动螺杆,所述搅拌腔下侧安装有振动板,所述拌推动螺杆通过减速器和电机连接,所述电机同时和振动板连接,所述搅拌腔上侧的腔壁上开设有清洗孔,所述搅拌腔外侧为清洗层,所述清洗层和罐通过管道连接连接,所述清洗层外侧为加热层,所述加热层和电机连接,所述加热层外侧为搅拌本体外壳。
所述清洗孔分为大清洗孔和小清洗孔。
本发明的有益效果为:本实用清洗新型增加了加热层、清洗孔、振动板、清洗罐,清洗孔开设在搅拌腔的上侧腔壁上,在本发明挤出工作完成后,需要对本发明进行清洗,本发明不用利用外部清洗设备,清洗时只需将清洗罐开关打开,清洗水即从清洗孔流入搅拌腔内侧,大清洗孔的水对搅拌腔整体进行清洗,小清洗孔内流入的水会沿搅拌壁流入搅拌腔内,可以将搅拌腔的腔壁清洗干净;本发明的搅拌腔下侧还安装有振动板,在搅拌时振动板同时作用,通过振动可以使搅拌的更加均匀。本发明简化一般的保温层变为加热层,避免了在搅拌时原料冷却导致挤出失败的事情发生,保证了挤出的成功率。

本发明为一种带自动清洗结构的螺杆挤出机,包括挤出机支架1、搅拌本体2、电机3、搅拌推动螺杆4、进料口5、减速器6、搅拌腔7、加热层8、清洗孔9、振动板10、清洗罐11,挤出机支架1上安装有搅拌本体2、电机3、清洗罐11,搅拌本体2上侧开设有进料口5,搅拌本体2内设置有搅拌腔7,搅拌腔7内安装有搅拌推动螺杆4,搅拌腔7下侧安装有振动板10,拌推动螺杆通过减速器6和电机3连接,电机3同时和振动板10连接,搅拌腔7上侧的腔壁上开设有清洗孔9,搅拌腔7外侧为清洗层,清洗层和罐通过管道连接连接,清洗层外侧为加热层8,加热层8受电机3控制,加热层8外侧为搅拌本体2外壳。
实施例2
使用时,打开电机3和减速装置,然后将原料有进料口5倒入搅拌腔7内,然后打开加热开关,然后对原料进行搅拌挤出,同时振动板10也已经开启,振动板10在搅拌挤出的同时进行振动,在振动时使搅拌的材料可以搅拌充分,也避免了原料粘黏在内壁上。原料挤出完成后,需要对搅拌器进行清洗,将加热开关关闭,然后打开清洗罐11,清洗罐11内的清洗水流入清洗层内,然后从清洗孔9流入搅拌腔7内,大清洗孔9的水对搅拌腔7整体进行清洗,小清洗孔9内流入的水会沿搅拌壁流入搅拌腔7内,可以将搅拌腔7的腔壁清洗干净。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种带自动清洗结构的螺杆挤出机,包括挤出机支架、搅拌本体、电机、搅拌推动螺杆、进料口、减速器、搅拌腔,其特征在于还包括加热层、清洗孔、振动板、清洗罐,所述挤出机支架上安装有搅拌本体、电机、清洗罐,所述搅拌本体上侧开设有进料口,所述搅拌本体内设置有搅拌腔,所述搅拌腔内安装有搅拌推动螺杆,所述搅拌腔下侧安装有振动板,所述拌推动螺杆通过减速器和电机连接,所述电机同时和振动板连接,所述搅拌腔上侧的腔壁上开设有清洗孔,所述搅拌腔外侧为清洗层,所述清洗层和罐通过管道连接连接,所述清洗层外侧为加热层,所述加热层和电机连接,所述加热层外侧为搅拌本体外壳。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种带自动清洗结构的螺杆挤出机,其特征在于所述清洗孔分为大清洗孔和小清洗孔。
