Abstract

本发明技术是一种单缸柴油机曲轴连杆颈车削加工专用夹具。主要是由支座、配重块、三爪卡盘过渡盘、圆柱头内六角螺钉、弹簧垫圈、定位杆、定位销、调整垫块、M20六角扁螺母等组成。单缸柴油机曲轴短头放入三爪卡盘过渡盘的孔内,通过支座的定位杆定位,方便、快捷地在车床上定位好,使得单缸柴油机曲轴的连杆颈轴线在车床主轴线上。本发明能方便、快捷地在车床上装夹单缸柴油机曲轴,进行单缸柴油机曲轴连杆颈车削加工,提高了生产效率,避免了专用机床的设计,降低了生产厂商的生产成本。

技术领域
本发明是一种车削加工柴油机曲轴连杆颈的方法。
背景技术
传统的单缸柴油机曲轴连杆颈加工,要求设计专用的加工机床,给曲轴生产厂商增加了加工成本。本方法能方便、快捷地在车床上装夹单缸柴油机曲轴,进行单缸柴油机曲轴连杆颈车削加工,提高了生产效率,避免了专用机床的设计,降低了生产厂商的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是利用一种单缸柴油机曲轴连杆颈车削加工专用夹具,方便、快捷地在车床上装夹单缸柴油机曲轴,进行单缸柴油机曲轴连杆颈车削加工,提高了生产效率,避免了专用机床的设计,降低了生产厂商的生产成本。
本发明采用的技术方案是:主要是由支座、配重块、三爪卡盘过渡盘、圆柱头内六角螺钉、弹簧垫圈、定位杆、定位销、调整垫块、M20六角扁螺母等组成。将过渡盘固定在车床主轴上,过渡盘与三爪卡盘过渡盘通过圆柱头内六角螺钉连接成整体,支座与三爪卡盘过渡盘通过定位销准确定位,通过圆柱头内六角螺钉和弹簧垫圈连接,定位杆与支座之间有调整垫片并由M20扁螺母固定在支座上。在三爪卡盘过渡盘上偏移中心一个单缸柴油机曲轴偏心距的位置留下一个孔,这样在车床加工时单缸柴油机曲轴的连杆颈轴线处于车床主轴线上,为了平衡三爪卡盘过渡盘上的力,在孔的另一侧,通过圆柱头内六角螺钉将配重块固定在三爪卡盘过渡盘上,使得整体处于静平衡之中。
本发明的有益效果是:能方便、快捷地在车床上装夹单缸柴油机曲轴,进行单缸柴油机曲轴连杆颈车削加工,提高了生产效率,避免了专用机床的设计,降低了生产厂商的生产成本。

具体实施方式
将过渡盘(图1中5)固定在车床主轴上,过渡盘(图1中5)与三爪卡盘过渡盘(图1中3)通过圆柱头内六角螺钉(图1中6)连接成整体,支座(图1中1)与三爪卡盘过渡盘(图1中3)通过定位销(图2中9)准确定位,通过圆柱头内六角螺钉(图1中6)和弹簧垫圈(图1中7)连接,定位杆(图2中8)与支座(图1中1)之间有调整垫片(图2中10)并由M20扁螺母(图2中11)固定在支座(图1中1)上。在三爪卡盘过渡盘(图1中3)上偏移中心一个单缸柴油机曲轴偏心距的位置留下一个孔,这样在车床加工时单缸柴油机曲轴的连杆颈轴线处于车床主轴线上,为了平衡三爪卡盘过渡盘(图1中3)上的力,在孔的另一侧,通过圆柱头内六角螺钉(图1中4)将配重块(图1中2)固定在三爪卡盘过渡盘(图1中3)上,使得整体处于静平衡之中。

1.一种车削加工柴油机曲轴连杆颈的方法,采用偏心夹具加工,偏心夹具主要是由支座、配重块、三爪卡盘过渡盘、圆柱头内六角螺钉、弹簧垫圈、定位杆、定位销、调整垫块、M20六角扁螺母等组成。其特征在于车床加工时单缸柴油机曲轴的连杆颈轴线处于车床主轴线上,为了平衡三爪卡盘过渡盘上的力,在孔的另一侧,通过圆柱头内六角螺钉将配重块固定在三爪卡盘过渡盘上,使得整体处于静平衡之中。
