本发明公开了一种用于汽车板材加工的限位切割装置,包括基座,基座转动安装有旋转座,旋转座上固定安装有工作台,基座侧壁上设有环形调节槽、旋转座侧壁上连接有调节块,调节块设有螺纹并螺合有调节栓,调节栓插入至调节槽内;工作台上方固定安装有定位架,定位架为U形结构,定位架的两侧开口分别设有激光发射器和接收器,基座上表面边缘设有一圈刻度线并设有数字标示。本发明结构设计合理、巧妙,通过简单、合理的结构可以实现让汽车的零部件在加工的过程中具有更高的加工效率和质量,保证了汽车的品质和用户的乘车舒适度。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零部件领域,具体的是一种一种用于汽车板材加工的限位切割装置。
背景技术
汽车,即本身具有动力得以驱动,不须依轨道或电力架设,得以机动行驶之车辆。广义来说,具有四轮行驶的车辆,普遍多称为汽车。
其中板体形的工件也相对较多,往往需要进行切割,比如弧形、直线切割方式,原先的板材弧形切割主要采用线切割方式,一般工件是不动的,但是换种方式进行切割,就需要合适的旋转工装,目前尚没有简单合理的结构。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构设计简单而巧妙、制造使用方便的一种用于汽车板材加工的限位切割装置。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种用于汽车板材加工的限位切割装置,包括基座,其特征在于:所述的基座转动安装有旋转座,旋转座上固定安装有工作台,基座侧壁上设有环形调节槽、旋转座侧壁上连接有调节块,调节块设有螺纹并螺合有调节栓,调节栓插入至调节槽内;工作台上方固定安装有定位架,定位架为U形结构,定位架的两侧开口分别设有激光发射器和接收器。
所述的一种用于汽车板材加工的限位切割装置,其特征在于:所述的基座上表面边缘设有一圈刻度线并设有数字标示。

一种用于汽车板材加工的限位切割装置,包括基座1,基座1转动安装有旋转座2,旋转座2上固定安装有工作台3,基座1侧壁上设有环形调节槽4、旋转座2侧壁上连接有调节块5,调节块5设有螺纹并螺合有调节栓6,调节栓6插入至调节槽4内;工作台3上方固定安装有定位架7,定位架7为U形结构,定位架7的两侧开口分别设有激光发射器8和接收器9,基座1上表面边缘设有一圈刻度线并设有数字标示。
