一种钙果果粉茶的制作方法,采摘钙果加工成果粉,其特征在于钙果果粉茶各组分重量百分比为:钙果果粉28~30%、白砂糖16~18%、麦芽糊精12~13%、树脂末18~21%、全脂奶粉18~20%,加适量香精配制而成,各配料按比例投入到混合机中混合20分钟,制备成钙果果粉茶。该钙果果粉茶色泽诱人,并含有丰富的钙、铁、锌、镁等多种微量元素,是补钙、铁、锌、镁的最佳饮品。

技术领域
本发明属于饮食品加工领域,特别是涉及一种用钙果制作加成工成钙果果粉茶的制作方法。
背景技术
钙是一种重要的生命元素,在维持人体健康方面具有重要作用。其主要功能是促进骨骼发育,维持人体最佳的骨骼健康;保证肌肉的正常收缩与舒张;保证神经功能的正常传递;维持正常的血压;增强机体的免疫能力。大量的医学证明钙元素对于人类的健康和机体功能的调节是具有重要作用。因此补钙对于人类的健康已经毋庸置疑,儿童、青少年、老人和孕妇是最容易缺钙的人群。儿童缺钙,易得佝偻病,成人缺钙,易得佝偻病和骨质疏松病症,表现腰、腿、背酸痛。医学普查表明,在目前我国的人群中,不论是儿童、成年人和老年人,钙的摄入量不及人体需求量的60%,补钙已成为当今人类健康的重要话题。伴随着社会的发展与进步,现在人类对身体补钙的重要性已经得到人们的广泛认识,目前主要的补钙渠道还是以化学补钙为主,而化学补钙,人体吸收率低,以服药的方法补钙也给人们带来诸多的不便,服用过程中产生的副作用也比较明显。国家知识产权局1994年11月2日公开了一种《活性钙果茶》专利申请(公开号CN1094256A),该申请的活性钙主要来自牡蛎,然后配以柠檬酸、水果、胡萝卜、蔗糖、蜂蜜等组成,其水果主要指山楂、苹果、桃、梨、枣等。该申请的活性炭从牡蛎中提取,工艺复杂、成本高,虽然属于生物补钙,但效果并不理想。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有食品、茶补钙存在的不足之处,提供一种利用钙果这种特殊的含钙量高的果品为主要原料制备成钙果果粉茶。
钙果作为我国独有的特色树种,被称为世界果品中的珍稀保健品,钙果的营养成分很高,据检测,钙果含有丰富的糖、蛋白质、矿物质元素、维生素、氨基酸等营养物质。特别是钙、铁含量甚高。本技术提供了一种利用钙果制作钙果果粉茶及其制备方法,旨在提供一种易溶于水,并含有丰富的钙、铁、锌、镁等多种微量元素,易于身体吸收的钙果果粉茶饮品。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:
第一步:采摘钙果加工成果粉。每年8-9月份将钙果(欧李)果子进行采摘回收,作为主要原料,把采摘好的钙果果子进行筛选并清洗干净,去核,用烘干机对去核的钙果果子进行烘干制成钙果果粉。
第二部:钙果果粉茶的制备。钙果果粉茶各组分重量百分比为:钙果果粉28~30%、白砂糖16~18%、麦芽糊精12~13%、树脂末18~21%、全脂奶粉18~20%,加适量香精配制而成。各配料按比例投入到混合机中混合20分钟,制备成钙果果粉茶。
本发明具有如下效果:1、钙果果粉茶含钙量高且容易被吸收,可有效的促进人体的骨骼发育,维持人体的骨骼健康;2、本发明采用了上述技术方案制备的钙果果粉茶口感好,副作用小,能广泛适宜成人、老年人和儿童等各类人群服用,是老少皆宜的饮品。3、该钙果果粉茶色泽诱人,并含有丰富的钙、铁、锌、镁等多种微量元素,是补钙、铁、锌、镁的最佳饮品。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
第一步:采摘钙果加工成果粉。
(1)采摘回收、清洗:将成熟的钙果果子进行采摘回收,用过滤净水清洗,若是很脏时,则纱布边擦边洗。
(2)去核、挑选:将清洗好的钙果果子进行去核。将不合格的果子挑选出来。
(3)烘干、制粉:把去核的钙果果子放到烘干机里进行烘干,用粉碎机把果子磨成粉,这样钙果果粉就制作而成。
第二部:钙果果粉茶的制备。
(4)选取相关原辅料为钙果纯果粉、白沙糖、麦芽糊精、树脂末、全脂奶粉。
(5)各组分重量百分比为:钙果纯果粉28%-30%、白沙糖16%-18%、麦芽糊精12%-13%g、树脂末18%-21%、全脂奶粉18%-20%,香精适量。将原材料按比例投入混合机中混合20分钟。这样钙果果粉茶就制作而成。
(6)装袋:将制作好的钙果果粉茶按包装袋的重量进行装袋
(7)喷码:将制作好的钙果果粉茶在袋子上进行喷码。
(8)检验:按检验规则随机抽样检测,若符合标准的钙果果粉茶出具检验合格报告单。
(9)包装:产品按要求喷码、装箱;每箱放一张合格证,常规封箱打包,堆放在车间待检区域。
入库:检验合格的产品,附上检验报告单、入库单移交成品仓库。

1.一种钙果果粉茶的制作方法,采摘钙果加工成果粉,其特征在于钙果果粉茶各组分重量百分比为:钙果果粉28~30%、白砂糖16~18%、麦芽糊精12~13%、树脂末18~21%、全脂奶粉18~20%,加适量香精配制而成,各配料按比例投入到混合机中混合20分钟,制备成钙果果粉茶。
