Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating fish gill rot disease and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for preventing and treating fish gill rot diseases and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of veterinary medicines.
Background
At present, the continuous deep development of the large-scale aquaculture industry in China has the problems that fish diseases frequently outbreak, especially fish gill rot diseases cause huge loss to the aquaculture industry in China, and the fish gill rot diseases become important factors influencing and restricting the development of the aquaculture industry in China. The occurrence of gill rot, enteritis, red skin disease and hemorrhagic disease of grass carp is subjected to popular observation and recording for 6 years in Nanning city by the research institute of aquatic products in Guangxi, and the research and statistical results show that the average annual incidence rate of the gill rot disease is 62.5%, the economic loss caused by the disease is far more than the influence caused by other diseases, and the gill rot disease becomes an important reason for economic loss. The most direct damage of gill rot disease of fishes is that the production performance of the fishes is reduced, even a great amount of fishes die seriously, and meanwhile, the culture cost of farmers is increased.
At present, most of the medicines for preventing and treating fish gill rot diseases are antibiotics and chemically synthesized antibacterial medicines, such as enrofloxacin, doxycycline, florfenicol, sulfonamides, berberine hydrochloride, benzimidazoles and the like. Due to the wide application of antibacterial drugs, the drug-resistant strains are more and more, so that the treatment effect of the drugs is reduced, and the gill rot disease is more and more difficult to control. Meanwhile, the use of chemical drugs also affects the safety of animal food and is harmful to human health. Chinese patents CN103169747A, CN101961034A and CN103169780A are medicines for treating the fish diseases, and are all prepared by mixing traditional Chinese medicines and western medicines (ciprofloxacin, florfenicol, isoniazid and the like), wherein the western medicines have high cost and certain drug resistance and toxic and side effects.
The traditional Chinese herbal medicine is natural organic matter, and has the characteristics of safety, low toxicity, difficulty in generating drug resistance, low residue and the like. The complex chemical components of the Chinese herbal medicines are the material basis of the multi-component combined effect, the traditional Chinese herbal medicines are mostly compound compounds formed by matching a plurality of medicines, and are different from western medicines, the complex components in the traditional Chinese herbal medicines can generate the multi-component effect on the fish body, have a plurality of action targets and have the combined effect. The traditional Chinese herbal medicines can improve the production performance of fish, improve meat quality, enhance immune function, reduce stress, delay disease onset, relieve symptoms, promote recovery of pathological changes, prevent and treat complications or secondary infection, strengthen body resistance, eliminate pathogenic factors and take both principal and secondary aspects into consideration. In addition, the Chinese herbal medicines do not destroy normal flora in intestinal tracts and in water body environment, are beneficial to the growth of beneficial bacteria, can improve the feed conversion rate and reduce the culture cost while preventing and treating diseases. Chinese patents CN103432261A and CN102716247A are pure traditional Chinese medicine compositions for treating the fish diseases, but the former medicine compositions have more components and higher cost, and the latter medicine compositions are oral liquid, are inconvenient to use in actual production and are not suitable for large-scale cultivation medicine.
