Abstract

本发明涉及一种隔热性提高的滑动窗,其在通过窗扇的移动而封闭滑动窗时,利用移动阻断部件而封闭窗扇与窗架之间,并使移动阻断部件结合在突出于窗架的突出肋部而实现更加稳固的封闭,从而隔断室内外空气的移动而提高隔热效率和气密性维持效果,并可发挥更加完善的隔热性能。

隔热性提高的滑动窗
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滑动窗,尤其涉及一种当通过窗扇的移动而封闭滑动窗时,利用移动阻断部件封闭窗扇与窗架之间,与此同时移动阻断部件结合在即将突出于窗架的突出肋部,从而更加稳固地予以封闭,由此阻断室内外空气的移动而提高隔热效率和气密性维持效果,并可发挥更加完善的隔热性能的隔热性提高的滑动窗。
背景技术
通常,设置于建筑物的墙壁的窗户作为建筑物的重要构成要素,起到借助于太阳光的室内照明功能、使风与阳光一起出入的通风功能、抵御炎热与寒冷的寒暑屏蔽功能、隔音、隔热等功能,根据开闭方式可将其大致分为基于平行移动的窗户和基于旋转移动的窗户,其中,对于设置在住宅或建筑物等的外壁的窗户而言,根据平行移动的窗户的窗扇数量,多数为单窗或双窗的滑动窗以及推拉窗形态的窗户。
所述滑动窗由两扇或四扇的窗架构成,于是如果推动一扇而开启,则两扇重叠而并立,这种窗户由用于收容玻璃的窗扇和窗架构成,如图1至图2所示,为了将设置有玻璃的窗扇20设置于窗架10,所述窗架10形成有内侧轨道11、外侧轨道12,并向所述内侧轨道11和外侧轨道12的外侧形成有内侧板13和外侧板14,窗扇20的辊子21沿着所述内侧轨道11和外侧轨道12中的一个轨道接触并旋转,由此窗扇20向窗架10内部的一侧和另一侧移动。
然而,以辊子接触于所述窗架的轨道的方式设置的窗扇与窗架之间产生与辊子的大小一样大的空间,由于室内外空气通过这一空间而循环,因此无法隔热,虽曾为了解决这一问题而在窗扇的下端部设置过紧贴于轨道的侧面的纤维材料的马海毛30,但由于马海毛的损坏而存在难以获得完美的隔热效果的问题。

技术问题
本发明是考虑到如上所述的现有技术中的诸多问题而提出的,其目的在于提供一种当通过窗扇的移动而封闭窗架时利用移动阻断部件而封闭窗扇与窗架之间,从而可以阻断室内外空气的移动而提高隔热效率和气密性维持效果的隔热性提高的滑动窗。
并且,本发明的另一目的在于提供一种通过使移动阻断部件结合在突出于窗架的突出肋部而可发挥更加完善的隔热性能的隔热性提高的滑动窗。
技术方案
本发明的一种隔热性提高的滑动窗,窗扇以将辊子安装于窗架的内外侧轨道中的一个轨道而移动的方式设置于窗架,其特征在于,其特征在于,包括:
设置引导部件,具有以内置于所述窗扇的下端部的方式向下部开放的设置引导主体,并具有在所述设置引导主体的内表面水平凹入而使操作引导部件得到安装的安装槽;
操作引导部,具有:操作引导部件,安装于所述设置引导部件,上表面形成有用于收容操作引导棒的收容肋部以根据窗扇的移动而使移动阻断部件升降并开闭窗架,底面形成有用于引导磁铁的移动的移动空间;操作引导棒,可移动地结合于所述操作引导部件的收容肋部并使卡定片紧贴于收容肋部的一侧,且随着窗扇的移动而紧贴于窗架并向窗扇内部移动;磁铁,以位于所述操作引导部件的移动空间的方式固定于操作引导棒;复原部件,当操作引导棒随着所述窗扇的移动而未紧贴于窗架时,对所述操作引导棒的卡定片加压而复原,其中,在操作引导部件的末端设置有帽部,以防止所述复原部件的脱离;
移动阻断部件,具有:竖直移动部件,以竖直移动方式安装于所述设置引导部件,以根据所述操作引导部的操作而升降并将窗扇的下端部与窗架上表面之间进行开放和封闭;磁铁,固定于所述竖直移动部件的上表面,用于引起与操作引导部的磁铁之间的引力;移动阻断部件,在所述竖直移动部件的结合槽中结合有结合突起而借助于操作引导部的磁铁与移动阻断部件的磁铁之间的引力而升起以开放窗扇与窗架之间的空间,并在磁铁的引力解除的情况下借助于自重下降而封闭窗扇与窗架之间的空间;肋部结合槽,在所述移动阻断部件的下端部向下部开放并结合于突出肋部;突出肋部,突出于窗架的上表面,在所述肋部结合槽结合时,使端部紧贴。
有益效果
根据本发明,当通过窗扇的移动而封闭滑动窗时,利用移动阻断部件而封闭窗扇与窗架之间,从而具有可阻断室内外空气的移动而提高隔热效率和气密性维持效果的优点。
而且,根据本发明,移动阻断部件结合在突出于窗架的突出肋部,从而可发挥更加完善的隔热性能,因此具有可提高用户对产品的信赖度的优点。

而且,所述隔热性提高的滑动窗100包括:移动阻断部130,具有:竖直移动部件131,以竖直移动方式安装于所述设置引导部件110,以根据所述操作引导部120的操作而升降并将窗扇20的下端部与窗架10上表面之间进行开放和封闭;磁铁132,固定于所述竖直移动部件131的上表面,用于引起与操作引导部120的磁铁123之间的引力;移动阻断部件133,在所述竖直移动部件131的结合槽131'中结合有结合突起133'而借助于操作引导部120的磁铁123与磁铁132之间的引力而升起以开放窗扇20与窗架10之间的空间,并在磁铁123与132的引力解除的情况下借助于自重下降而封闭窗扇20与窗架10之间的空间;肋部结合槽134,在所述移动阻断部件133的下端部向下部开放并结合于突出肋部135;突出肋部135,突出于窗架10的上表面,在所述肋部结合槽134结合时使端部紧贴。对此进行如下更具体的说明。

以下对如上所述地构成的本发明的设置和操作过程进行说明。
首先,从操作引导部件121的收容肋部121a的一侧向另一侧结合操作引导棒122,从而随着操作引导棒122向收容肋部121a的另一侧突出,使突出于操作引导棒122的外周面的卡定片122'随之紧贴于收容肋部121a的一侧。
通过在所述操作引导部件121的底面相隔预定间距而形成的操作引导空间121b而将磁铁123固定于操作引导棒122,然后将复原部件124结合于所述操作引导棒122而达到紧贴于卡定片122'的状态,并在此状态下将帽部121'设置在操作引导部件121的末端以防止所述复原部件124的脱离,从而完成操作引导部120的组装。
此时,可借助于所述复原部件124的复原力而维持卡定片122'和磁铁123紧贴于操作引导部件121和操作引导空间121b的状态,并在此状态下将所述操作引导部120结合于设置引导部件110,此时使所述操作引导部120的操作引导部件121结合于设置引导部件110的安装槽112。
并且,将移动阻断部130以位于操作引导部120下部的方式结合于所述设置引导部件110,其中,在所述移动阻断部130中,上表面以相隔预定间距的方式固定有磁铁132的竖直移动部件131的结合槽131'中结合有移动阻断部件133的结合突起133'。
在此,借助于所述复原部件124的加压力而紧贴于操作引导空间121b的磁铁123与移动阻断部130的磁铁132在竖直方向上位于同一线上,随着磁铁123、132的引力的产生,移动阻断部130位于操作引导部120的下部,从而完成本发明的结合。
通过上述过程,将操作引导部120与移动阻断部130结合的设置引导部件110如图4至图5所示地设置为卡定于窗扇20下端部的防脱片20',所述设置引导部件110可由设置在窗扇20的侧端部的边架固定,并将所述窗扇20以辊子21接触于内外侧轨道11、12中的一个轨道的方式设置于窗架10。
此时,设置于所述窗扇20的下端部的移动阻断部130的移动阻断部件133并不紧贴于窗架10的上表面而维持窗架10的开放状态。
而且,当要通过移动所述窗扇20而封闭窗架10时,如图6至图8所示地,移动所述窗扇20而使窗扇20的侧部紧贴于窗架10,突出到所述窗扇20的外部的操作引导棒122的另一侧端部紧贴于窗架10,并向与窗扇20的移动方向相反的方向沿收容肋部121a压缩复原部件124并移动。
所述操作引导棒122压缩复原部件124并朝与窗扇20的移动方向相反的方向移动,于是操作引导部120的磁铁123与移动阻断部130的磁铁132并不位于同一线上,从而使磁铁123、132的引力解除,与此同时移动阻断部130借助于自重而沿着设置引导部件110的内表面下降,从而使移动阻断部件133突出到设置引导部件111的外部并紧贴于窗架10的上表面而封闭窗架10与窗扇20之间的空间。
由于移动阻断部件133封闭所述窗架10与窗扇20之间的空间,据此,不仅可以阻断室内外空气的移动,而且还可以维持隔热和气密性。
而且,在所述移动阻断部件133的下端部朝下部开放的肋部结合槽134结合在突出于窗架10的上表面的突出肋部135,且以端部紧贴方式收容,从而可更具稳定性地结合而封闭窗架10与窗扇20之间的空间。
在此,还可将磁铁123、132排列为当所述操作引导棒122移动而解除磁铁123、132的引力时产生磁铁123、132的斥力,从而使移动阻断部件133更快地下降而封闭窗架10与窗扇20之间的空间。

操作引导部,具有:操作引导部件,安装于所述设置引导部件,上表面形成有用于收容操作引导棒的收容肋部以根据窗扇的移动而使移动阻断部件升降并开闭窗架,底面形成有用于引导磁铁的移动的移动空间;操作引导棒,可移动地结合于所述操作引导部件的收容肋部并使卡定片紧贴于收容肋部的一侧,且随着窗扇的移动而紧贴于窗架并向窗扇内部移动;磁铁,以位于所述操作引导部件的移动空间的方式固定于操作引导棒;复原部件,当操作引导棒随着所述窗扇的移动而未紧贴于窗架时,对所述操作引导棒的卡定片加压而复原,其中,在操作引导部件的末端设置有帽部,以防止所述复原部件的脱离;
