技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造由平坦的塑料模制部件形成的机动车辆车体构件的方法,以及涉及一种机动车辆车体构件。
背景技术
根据实践,已知的是由构成纤维复合部件、特别是碳纤维复合部件的平坦的塑料模制部件形成的机动车辆车体构件。通常期望的是,碳纤维复合部件被形成为所谓的可视碳构件,其中碳嵌体的结构可从外侧被辨别。在制造这样的部件时,规定相应部件的刚度的纤维复合构件以费力的方式配置有多个涂层。以这样的方式,可制造出高品质的可视表面,所述可视表面可被用作所谓的A级表面,即使在汽车产业中也是如此。喷涂过程是费时的并且因此也是成本密集的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是建立一种用于制造由平坦的塑料模制部件形成的机动车辆车体构件的方法,以及一种对应的机动车辆车体构件,其中无需事后或单独的喷涂。
依照本发明,所述目的由具有权利要求1的特征的方法实现。
本发明由此提出一种用于制造由平坦的塑料模制部件形成的机动车辆车体构件的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-制造纤维复合构件,所述纤维复合构件由平坦的半成品形成,所述半成品由纤维材料组成;
-将纤维复合构件设置在注射模具的摸腔中,从而使得纤维复合构件的应当被涂覆的上侧经由空隙与隔开摸腔的限制面;
-将涂层材料引入到所述空隙中,从而使得涂层被形成在纤维复合构件的应当被涂覆的上侧;
-借助于注射模具将压力施加在涂层材料上;
-使涂层材料硬化,从而使得机动车辆车体构件的外皮由涂层形成,所述外皮包括高品质的可视表面;以及
-将所得到的由纤维复合构件和外皮形成的平坦的塑料模制部件脱模。

根据本发明的方法可被执行,从而使得纤维复合构件在单独的生产工具中被制造。这意味着,纤维复合构件最初在单独的生产工具中被制造并且随后被插入到注射模具中并且配置有在此构成外皮的涂层,即将纤维复合构件插入到摸腔中的工具闭合,以及涂层材料被注射到在工具已闭合后存在的空隙中。随后,所述工具被进一步收紧,从而使得附加压力被施加在涂层材料上。在涂层材料已在压力下被硬化之后,所得到的平坦的塑料模制部件可被脱模。
替代地,所述方法可被执行,从而使得纤维复合构件在注射模具自身中、即在摸腔中被制造。在此,半成品由纤维材料以及例如适当的树脂、特别是环氧树脂组成,在由平坦的半成品组成的纤维复合构件已硬化之后,所述工具被稍微打开,从而使得空隙得以形成,纤维复合构件经由所述空隙与摸腔的限制壁隔开。随后,涂层材料可被注射到所述空隙中,由此压力通过进一步收紧所述工具来再次施加在被注射的涂层材料上。因此,压印过程再次进行。
依照本发明,还提出一种由平坦的塑料模制部件组成的机动车辆车体构件,所述塑料模制部件包括纤维复合构件,所述纤维复合构件以由纤维材料组成的平坦的半成品形成。塑料模制部件包括形成外皮的被注射、被注塑成型或泡沫成型的涂层,所述涂层已被直接地涂覆到纤维复合构件上并且形成塑料模制部件的高品质的可视表面。
所述涂层可由聚氨酯或聚脲材料形成。
在根据本发明的机动车辆车体构件的优选实施方式中,由纤维材料组成的半成品为由碳纤维或玻璃纤维制成的无纺布、编织布料或垫。

具体实施方式
机动车辆车体构件10在图3和4中展示出,所述机动车辆车体构件被形成为平坦的塑料模制部件并且为例如用于被形成为敞篷式车辆的机动车辆的顶部储藏室的盖板。替代地,根据本发明的机动车辆车体构件还可为由固定式顶棚构件(可伸缩式硬顶;RHT)组成的敞篷式车辆的顶部的顶棚部段、行李箱盖板、发动机盖或机动车辆的任何其它外部面板部件。
机动车辆车体构件10包括作为支撑件的纤维复合构件12,所述纤维复合构件以由碳纤维组成的无纺布14形成,所述织物被嵌入在树脂基体16中。由此,纤维复合构件12构成由碳组成的结构部件。
纤维复合构件12在其面向车辆外侧的一侧配置有涂层,所述涂层被直接地涂覆到纤维复合构件12上并且由在硬化后为透明的聚氨酯材料形成。形成机动车辆车体构件10的外皮18的涂层包括高度抛光的表面,所述表面具有高品质并且根据其透明性而使得纤维复合构件12的结构可以从车辆外皮外部可见。涂层18具有大致0.05mm至1.0mm的厚度。
在图3和4中展示出的机动车辆车体构件10以在下文中描述的方式生产。
在第一方法步骤中,在图1中展示出的纤维复合构件12在单独的工具中以由碳纤维组成的平坦的半成品以及例如环氧树脂形成。纤维复合构件12接下来在硬化时被设置在被设计为剪边模具的注射成型模具22的摸腔20中(参见图2)。摸腔20由注射成型模具22的上部模具24和下部模具26限制。纤维复合构件12在被设置在摸腔20中时靠在摸腔20的由下部模具26形成的限制面上。在工具22被闭合时,上部模具24沿下部模具26的方向前进,从而使得大致0.05mm至1mm的空隙32形成在纤维复合构件12的上侧28与摸腔20的限制面30之间,所述限制面由上部模具24形成并且构成高度抛光的表面。因此,纤维复合构件12接下来经由空隙32与摸腔20的限制面30隔开。
随后,聚氨酯或聚脲材料被注射到纤维复合构件12与限制面30之间的空隙32中,从而使得空隙32被填充。此后,压力P通过将注射成型模具22进一步闭合来施加在已被注射到空隙32中的材料上,这意味着通过使上部模具24沿下部模具26的方向进一步前进。所述压力在使材料硬化时被维持,用于形成机动车辆车体构件10的外皮18,所述外皮在图3中展示出,以及所述压力为大致250t/m2
在使材料硬化之后,完成的机动车辆车体构件10可从注射成型模具22脱模。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于制造机动车辆车体构件(10)的方法,所述机动车辆车体构件由平坦的塑料模制部件形成,所述方法包括以下步骤:
-制造纤维复合构件(12),所述纤维复合构件由平坦的半成品形成,所述半成品由纤维材料组成;
-将纤维复合构件(12)设置在注射模具(22)的模腔(20)中,从而使得纤维复合构件(12)的应当被涂覆的上侧(28)经由空隙(32)与模腔(20)的限制面(30)隔开;
-将涂层材料引入到所述空隙(32)中,从而使得涂层被形成在纤维复合构件(12)的应当被涂覆的上侧(28);
-借助于注射模具将压力施加在涂层材料上;
-使涂层材料硬化,从而使得机动车辆车体构件的外皮(18)由涂层形成,所述外皮包括高品质的可视表面;以及
-将所得到的由纤维复合构件(12)和外皮形成的平坦的塑料模制部件脱模。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,借助于注射模具(22)施加在涂层材料上的压力为至少250t/m2
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,剪边模具被用作注射模具(22)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述空隙(32)被调节为大致0.02mm与2.0mm之间的尺寸。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,涂层材料为聚氨酯或聚脲材料。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,涂层材料为透明的,最起码在已硬化后为透明的。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,涂层材料为有色的。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,由纤维材料组成的平坦的半成品(14)为由碳纤维或玻璃纤维制成的无纺布、编织布料或垫。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,纤维复合构件(12)在单独的生产工具中被制造。
10.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,纤维复合构件在注射模具的模腔中被制造。
11.一种由平坦的塑料模制部件组成的机动车辆车体构件,所述塑料模制部件包括纤维复合构件(12),所述纤维复合构件以由纤维材料组成的平坦的半成品(14)形成,其特征在于,涂层(18)形成纤维复合构件(12)的外皮,所述涂层已被直接地涂覆到纤维复合构件(12)上并且形成塑料模制部件的高品质的可视表面。
12.根据权利要求11所述的机动车辆车体构件,其特征在于,涂层(18)由聚氨酯或聚脲材料形成。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的机动车辆车体构件,其特征在于,涂层(18)为透明的。
14.根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的机动车辆车体构件,其特征在于,涂层为有色的。
15.根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的机动车辆车体构件,其特征在于,由纤维复合材料制成的半成品(14)为由碳纤维或玻璃纤维制成的无纺布、编织布料或垫。
