背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)指的是在分子主链中含氨基甲酸酯键的一类聚合物的统称,通常情况下由异氰酸酯和多元醇发生加聚反应生成。水性聚氨酯以水做分散体系代替了溶剂型聚氨酯中的有机溶剂,不仅环保无毒低能耗,而且因为分子链的物理化学结构保持不变,使得其在性能方面能够做到基本与溶剂型聚氨酯相媲美。但是水性聚氨酯由于亲水集团的引入和以水作为分散体系而导致其带来的耐水性较差。
水性漆以水作溶剂,可以节省大量资源、消除了施工时火灾危险性、降低了对大气污染;对材质表面适应性好,涂层附着力强;涂装工具可用水清洗,大大减少清洗溶剂的消耗。但是耐水性和机械性能较差,因此限制了其使用。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐水高强度水性漆,本发明机械性能好、拉伸强度高、抗撕裂能力强,耐水性好。
本发明提出的一种耐水高强度水性漆,其原料按重量份包括:去离子水9-13份,混合增稠剂0.3-0.5份,三乙醇胺0.1-0.14份,润湿剂Wet500 0.2-0.4份,LBCB-1触变润滑剂3-5份,钛白粉15-22份,硬脂酸锌8-12份,重钙粉13-17份,改性聚氨酯乳液100-120份,乙二醇单丁醚2-2.6份,甲氧基丁醇1.5-2.5份,醇酯-12 1-1.5份,丙二醇0.4-1份,苯并异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.2份,N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-0.2份,混合消泡剂0.3-0.5份,有机硅流平剂0.4-0.6份,聚硅氧烷高分子化合物0.1-0.3份;
其中改性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法包括:按重量份在温度为120-130℃、压力为0.07-0.09MPa的干燥氮气环境中,将125-128份聚氧化丙烯二醇于放置0.9-1.1h后,再加入160-165份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、18-18.5份葡萄糖、3.2-3.8份催化剂T-9、2.8-3.2份催化剂T-12混合均匀,然后反应2-2.2h,反应温度为90-95℃,降温至38-42℃得到物料A;向物料A中加入10-15份一缩二乙二醇、25-28份二羟甲基丙酸、1-1.5份催化剂T-9、1-1.5份T-12混合均匀后,保温5-5.4h,保温温度为70-75℃,保温过程中加入36-40份丙酮,冷却至35℃以下得到预聚体;向预聚体中加18-20份三乙胺、3-4份乙二胺搅拌均匀后,再加入620-640份浓度为8-12wt%的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶液以4000-5000r/min的速度搅拌20-30min后,真空脱去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
优选地,去离子水、混合增稠剂、润湿剂Wet500、LBCB-1触变润滑剂和三乙醇胺的重量比为10-12:0.35-0.45:0.25-0.35:3.5-4.5:0.11-0.13。

上述制备改性聚氨酯乳液中得到的预聚体过程中,保温过程中可分18-20次加入丙酮。
本发明的制备方法如下:将去离子水、混合增稠剂混合后,以450r/min的速度搅拌4min后,以1000r/min的速度搅拌,边搅拌边加入三乙醇胺、混合消泡剂、有机硅流平剂、润湿剂Wet500、LBCB-1触变润滑剂、苯并异噻唑啉酮和N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮,搅拌3min;然后以1600r/min的速度搅拌,边搅拌边加入钛白粉、硬脂酸锌和重钙粉,搅拌20min后,以500r/min的速度搅拌,边搅拌边加入改性聚氨酯乳液,搅拌3min,然后以1000r/min的速度搅拌,边搅拌边加入乙二醇单丁醚、甲氧基丁醇、醇酯-12、丙二醇和聚硅氧烷高分子化合物,搅拌5min得到耐水高强度水性漆。
本发明选用葡萄糖对聚氨酯进行内交联,葡萄糖中的羟基可使聚氨酯内部形成网络结构,可以增强本发明的耐水性、增加抗冲击、抗撕裂等机械强度;在葡萄糖交联聚氨酯的基础上,用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对葡萄糖交联的聚氨酯进行改性,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷的一端与异氰酸酯封端的聚氨酯预聚体分子的主链相接,端Si-O-R链伸展到基层表面,从而在改性聚氨酯材料中表现出有机硅的特性,另一方面在干燥成膜时,改性聚氨酯中硅氧烷水解、缩聚,使有机硅与聚氨酯链段之间形成互穿网络立体交联牢固的结构,与葡萄糖内部交联形成的网络结构相互作用,从而大大增加了本发明的耐水性、增加了抗冲击、抗撕裂等机械强度;聚硅氧烷高分子化合物可以增强不同底材与本发明之间的粘合性,从而相应提高本发明的涂饰性和附着力,同时带来耐水解及爽滑的感觉;润湿剂Wet500适用于水性聚氨酯,可以改善本发明的润湿性,同时还有消泡和平流的作用;有机硅流平剂可以增加本发明的平整性、透湿性、流平性;由羟乙基纤维素、PUR40、THIXOL 53L组成的混合增稠剂可以增加本发明的耐水性、表面平整度、光泽度,并且利于施工;由有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W、二丙二醇丁醚、水、乳化剂DSB和乳化剂6100组成的混合消泡剂可以增加其与乳液的相容性,可以使混合消泡剂均匀的分散在乳液中,混合消泡剂的稳定性好,可以长时间起到消泡的作用增加本发明的表面光洁度;三乙醇胺为pH调节剂,LBCB-1触变润滑剂为分散剂可以增加本发明的光泽,改善流平性,提高本发明的着色和遮盖力,防止浮色、沉降,提高本发明的贮存稳定性;钛白粉、硬脂酸锌和重钙粉可以改善本发明的外观,增加机械强度;乙二醇单丁醚、甲氧基丁醇和醇酯-12可以降低本发明的玻璃化温度,使本发明在较低温度下也可成膜;丙二醇为防冻剂,苯并异噻唑啉酮和N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮为防腐防霉剂,上述各种物质相互作用,可以增加本发明的机械强度;最终得到耐水高强度的水性涂料。

其中改性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法包括:按重量份在温度为124℃、压力为0.08MPa的干燥氮气环境中,将127份聚氧化丙烯二醇于放置1h后,再加入162份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、18.4份葡萄糖、3.4份催化剂T-9、3.1份催化剂T-12混合均匀,然后反应2h,反应温度为95℃,降温至38℃得到物料A;向物料A中加入14份一缩二乙二醇、26份二羟甲基丙酸、1.4份催化剂T-9、1.2份T-12混合均匀后,保温5.3h,保温温度为72℃,保温过程中加入38份丙酮,冷却至35℃以下得到预聚体;向预聚体中加18.5份三乙胺、3.4份乙二胺搅拌均匀后,再加入625份浓度为10wt%的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶液以4800r/min的速度搅拌22min后,真空脱去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
实施例4
一种耐水高强度水性漆,其原料按重量份包括:去离子水10份,混合增稠剂0.45份,三乙醇胺0.11份,润湿剂Wet500 0.35份,LBCB-1触变润滑剂3.5份,钛白粉20份,硬脂酸锌9份,重钙粉16份,改性聚氨酯乳液105份,乙二醇单丁醚2.4份,甲氧基丁醇1.8份,醇酯-12 1.4份,丙二醇0.6份,苯并异噻唑啉酮0.18份,N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.12份,混合消泡剂0.45份,有机硅流平剂0.45份,聚硅氧烷高分子化合物0.25份;
混合增稠剂按重量份由1份羟乙基纤维素、0.2份PUR40、4份53LTHIXOL 53L组成;混合消泡剂按重量份由20份有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W、30份二丙二醇丁醚、300份水、0.09份乳化剂DSB和0.8份乳化剂6100组成;
其中改性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法包括:按重量份在温度为126℃、压力为0.08MPa的干燥氮气环境中,将126份聚氧化丙烯二醇于放置1h后,再加入163份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、18.3份葡萄糖、3.6份催化剂T-9、3份催化剂T-12混合均匀,然后反应2.2h,反应温度为90℃,降温至42℃得到物料A;向物料A中加入12份一缩二乙二醇、27份二羟甲基丙酸、1.3份催化剂T-9、1.3份T-12混合均匀后,保温5.2h,保温温度为74℃,保温过程中加入37份丙酮,冷却至35℃以下得到预聚体;向预聚体中加19.5份三乙胺、3.2份乙二胺搅拌均匀后,再加入635份浓度为10wt%的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶液以4200r/min的速度搅拌28min后,真空脱去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。

Claims (8)

1.一种耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:去离子水9-13份,混合增稠剂0.3-0.5份,三乙醇胺0.1-0.14份,润湿剂Wet5000.2-0.4份,LBCB-1触变润滑剂3-5份,钛白粉15-22份,硬脂酸锌8-12份,重钙粉13-17份,改性聚氨酯乳液100-120份,乙二醇单丁醚2-2.6份,甲氧基丁醇1.5-2.5份,醇酯-121-1.5份,丙二醇0.4-1份,苯并异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.2份,N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.1-0.2份,混合消泡剂0.3-0.5份,有机硅流平剂0.4-0.6份,聚硅氧烷高分子化合物0.1-0.3份;
其中改性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法包括:按重量份在温度为120-130℃、压力为0.07-0.09MPa的干燥氮气环境中,将125-128份聚氧化丙烯二醇于放置0.9-1.1h后,再加入160-165份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、18-18.5份葡萄糖、3.2-3.8份催化剂T-9、2.8-3.2份催化剂T-12混合均匀,然后反应2-2.2h,反应温度为90-95℃,降温至38-42℃得到物料A;向物料A中加入10-15份一缩二乙二醇、25-28份二羟甲基丙酸、1-1.5份催化剂T-9、1-1.5份T-12混合均匀后,保温5-5.4h,保温温度为70-75℃,保温过程中加入36-40份丙酮,冷却至35℃以下得到预聚体;向预聚体中加18-20份三乙胺、3-4份乙二胺搅拌均匀后,再加入620-640份浓度为8-12wt%的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶液以4000-5000r/min的速度搅拌20-30min后,真空脱去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,去离子水、混合增稠剂、润湿剂Wet500、LBCB-1触变润滑剂和三乙醇胺的重量比为10-12:0.35-0.45:0.25-0.35:3.5-4.5:0.11-0.13。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,混合增稠剂按重量份由1份羟乙基纤维素、0.2份PUR40、4份THIXOL 53L组成。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,钛白粉、硬脂酸锌和重钙粉的重量比为17-20:9-11:14-16。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,乙二醇单丁醚、甲氧基丁醇和醇酯-12的重量比为2.2-2.4:1.8-2.2:1.2-1.4。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:去离子水10-12份,混合增稠剂0.35-0.45份,三乙醇胺0.11-0.13份,润湿剂Wet5000.25-0.35份,LBCB-1触变润滑剂3.5-4.5份,钛白粉17-20份,硬脂酸锌9-11份,重钙粉14-16份,改性聚氨酯乳液105-115份,乙二醇单丁醚2.2-2.4份,甲氧基丁醇1.8-2.2份,醇酯-121.2-1.4份,丙二醇0.6-0.8份,苯并异噻唑啉酮0.12-0.18份,N-辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮0.12-0.18份,混合消泡剂0.35-0.45份,有机硅流平剂0.45-0.55份,聚硅氧烷高分子化合物0.15-0.25份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,混合消泡剂按重量份由20份有机硅类高效消泡剂Tego901W、30份二丙二醇丁醚、300份水、0.09份乳化剂DSB和0.8份乳化剂6100组成。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述耐水高强度水性漆,其特征在于,改性聚氨酯乳液的制备方法包括:按重量份在温度为124-126℃、压力为0.08MPa的干燥氮气环境中,将126-127份聚氧化丙烯二醇于放置1h后,再加入162-163份异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯、18.3-18.4份葡萄糖、3.4-3.6份催化剂T-9、3-3.1份催化剂T-12混合均匀,然后反应2-2.2h,反应温度为90-95℃,降温至38-42℃得到物料A;向物料A中加入12-14份一缩二乙二醇、26-27份二羟甲基丙酸、1.3-1.4份催化剂T-9、1.2-1.3份T-12混合均匀后,保温5.2-5.3h,保温温度为72-74℃,保温过程中加入37-38份丙酮,冷却至35℃以下得到预聚体;向预聚体中加18.5-19.5份三乙胺、3.2-3.4份乙二胺搅拌均匀后,再加入625-635份浓度为10wt%的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷溶液以4200-4800r/min的速度搅拌22-28min后,真空脱去丙酮得到改性聚氨酯乳液。
