根据本发明的又一方面,开关在按钮与四个螺线管之间。这个开关在轮子制动器22被下压以锁定轮子时闭合,并且当轮子制动器22被释放以滚动手推车时打开。这意指当制动器22接合以锁定轮子20时升降机的螺线管仅可被通电以调整升降机的高度和旋转。当制动器22被释放以滚动手推车时,螺线管不可被通电,并且升降机锁定到位。这防止在手推车不同位置间滚动时升降机、控制面板和显示器四处摆动或移动,从而确保当手推车移动时其被锁定到位。这个特征防止对操作员或其它人员的伤害以及对超声系统或其它物件的损坏。
根据本发明的又一方面,开关位于轴承集结部中的每一个的笔直向前掣子中并且联接到制动器22。这个开关控制制动器22的制动器释放中的螺线管,并且被布置成使得制动器不能释放以滚动轮子,除非每一球塞50接合于其笔直向前掣子中并且控制面板和显示器定位于其笔直向前位置中。这确保当手推车移动时控制面板和显示器的重量相对于外壳居中,这对大多数用户来说更容易并且更方便操纵。
图3图示当完全组装并且处于稍微降低的高度中时的图1和2的升降机30。可看出,弯头板32a和32b的上部和下部表面保持彼此平行。这个视图示出安装于其安装销84a和84b上的弯头盖子90。

Claims (15)
1.一种用于手推车运载的超声系统的控制面板的升降机,包括:
手推车外壳,所述手推车外壳安装于轮子上;
控制面板;
显示器,所述显示器被安装用于在操作所述控制面板时观看;
升降机,所述升降机支撑所述控制面板,所述升降机铰接以升高、降低和旋转所述控制面板,所述升降机具有选择性地实现所述控制面板的旋转的枢转弯头、选择性地使得所述控制面板能够被升高和降低的高度机构和联接到所述高度机构且借助于所述控制面板的升高和降低进行调整的液压支柱;和
控制按钮,所述控制按钮由用户致动以允许所述枢转弯头旋转和所述高度机构被升高和降低,并且当不被致动时,导致所述枢转弯头和高度机构被锁定到位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述液压支柱进一步操作以支撑所述控制面板的重量。
3.根据权利要求2所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述升降机进一步包括联接到所述枢转弯头的第一螺线管和联接到所述液压支柱的第二螺线管;
其中所述螺线管由所述控制按钮致动以使得所述枢转弯头能够旋转并且使得所述液压支柱的活塞能够延伸或缩回。
4.根据权利要求3所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述枢转弯头位于所述升降机的底部处并且联接到所述手推车外壳;并且
所述升降机进一步包括位于所述升降机的顶部处并且联接到所述控制面板的第二枢转弯头。
5.根据权利要求4所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述高度机构进一步包括联接于所述第一枢转弯头与所述第二枢转弯头之间的四连杆机构,
其中所述四连杆机构操作以维持所述第一枢转弯头与所述第二枢转弯头之间的相对倾斜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述升降机进一步包括联接到所述四连杆机构的第二液压支柱。
7.根据权利要求3所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述控制按钮位于所述控制面板上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述控制面板进一步包括把手,
所述控制按钮位于所述把手上,并且
所述把手能够由用户抓住以升高、降低或旋转所述控制面板。
9.根据权利要求3所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述手推车外壳进一步包括能够由用户致动以锁定所述轮子的制动器,
其中,当所述制动器未被致动时,所述枢转弯头和高度机构是被锁定的。
10.根据权利要求9所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述升降机进一步包括串联地联接于所述控制按钮与所述螺线管之间的开关,
其中在所述制动器锁定所述轮子时,所述开关闭合以允许所述螺线管通过所述控制按钮通电。
11.根据权利要求9所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述枢转弯头进一步包括联接到所述制动器的开关,所述开关感测所述控制面板何时位于笔直向前位置,
其中除非感测到所述控制面板处于所述笔直向前位置,否则所述制动器不能操作成使所述轮子解锁。
12.根据权利要求1所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述控制面板进一步包括控制面板组件;
所述显示器安装于所述控制面板组件上,
所述升降机支撑所述控制面板和所述显示器。
13.根据权利要求1所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述枢转弯头进一步包括齿轮齿和螺线管致动的销,所述螺线管致动的销接合所述齿轮齿以防止所述枢转弯头的旋转。
14.根据权利要求1所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述控制面板能够被所述升降机铰接以定向于笔直向前位置,
其中所述枢转弯头进一步包括当所述控制面板定向于所述笔直向前位置时被接合的掣子。
15.根据权利要求1所述的升降机,其特征在于,所述控制按钮进一步包括发光开关。
