Abstract
本发明提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、背光源、反光片及量子点薄膜,所述导光板、背光源、反光片、量子点薄膜设于所述胶框内,所述背光源位于所述导光板的入光侧,所述量子点薄膜包括主体及位于主体相对两端的延伸段,所述反光片与所述量子点薄膜的主体层叠于所述导光板两个相反的表面,所述两个相对的延伸段分别向所述导光板的入光侧及与入光侧相对的另一侧弯折后贴合于所述反光片上。本发明还公开了一种显示装置。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示器是当今市场上的主流平板显示装置技术。而显示装置都需要背光来作为光源点亮液晶显示器。传统的背光模组包括LED组成的背光源,背光源的光线经过导光板将光源转化成面光源射出,经过扩散片的匀光作用,从背光模组出射,经过液晶面板后即可显示出我们所需要的图像。随着科技的进步,人们对显示装置的品质需求越来越高,高色域成为该领域内的一个热门话题。
现在市场上一种热点技术是采用量子点(quantum dot)改进背光色域,量子点是准零维的纳米材料,由少量的原子所构成;其粒径一般介于1~10nm之间,由于电子和空穴被量子限域,连续的能带结构变成具有分子特性的分立能级结构,受激后可以发射荧光,进而改变注入光的色域。
背光模组中主要是通过量子点薄膜来替代荧光粉,将量子点薄膜加载在导光板与棱镜片之间,以改进液晶显示装置的色域。但是量子点薄膜由于易受水氧等外界条件的影响,封装做得很厚(一般的量子点膜片达到210um以上),并且存在边缘失效的问题,这样使得其在电子产品特别是薄形化手机的应用中受到限制。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种背光模组,解决在量子点薄膜提高背光色域时边缘失效的技术问题。
本发明还提供一种显示装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、背光源、反光片及量子点薄膜,所述导光板、背光源、反光片、量子点薄膜设于所述胶框内,所述背光源位于所述导光板的入光侧,所述量子点薄膜包括主体及位于主体相对两端的延伸段,所述反光片与所述量子点薄膜的主体层叠于所述导光板两个相反的表面,所述两个相对的延伸段分别向所述导光板的入光侧及与入光侧相对的另一侧弯折后贴合于所述反光片上。
其中,所述导光板包括与入光侧相对的侧面、连接入光侧与侧面的出光面及与出光面相对的底面,所述反光片层叠设于底面上,所述量子点薄膜层叠于所述出光面上,所述两个延伸段分别向所述入光侧及所述侧面弯折后贴合于所述反光片远离底面的表面上。
其中,所述两个延伸段与所述反光板之间设有双面胶。
其中,所述两个延伸段远离所述反光板的表面设有双面胶,所述双面胶周围与所述边框固定。
其中,所述量子点薄膜延伸段弯折后与所述反光板贴合的的长度小于等于反光板的长度的一半。
其中,所背光模组还包括光学膜片,所述光学膜片层叠设于所述量子点薄膜的主体上。
其中,所述量子点薄膜延伸段延伸方向的边缘为量子点薄膜进行裁切时的切割边。
其中,所述量子点薄膜由PET材料封装大小比例混合的量子点所形成。
本发明提供一种显示装置,其包括液晶面板及以上所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板覆盖所述光学膜片。
其中,当所述两个延伸段远离所述反光板的表面设有双面胶时,所述双面胶用于固定所述液晶面板与光学膜片。
本发明的背光模组将所述量子点薄膜的在切割过程中容易失效的边缘设于所述反光片的底部,既不会影响所述导光板的入光及出光,又避免了导光板的出光面边缘部分的量子点薄膜失效而影响显示装置显示画面效果。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框10、导光板11、背光源(图未示)、反光片12及量子点薄膜13。所述导光板11、背光源、反光片12、量子点薄膜13设于所述胶框10内。所述背光源位于所述导光板12的入光侧111。所述量子点薄膜13括主体31及位于主体131相对两端的延伸段132,所述反光片12与所述量子点薄膜13的主体131层叠于所述导光板11两个相反的表面,所述两个相对的延伸段132分别向所述导光板11的入光侧111及与入光侧111相对的另一侧弯折后贴合于所述反光片12上。
具体的,所述胶框10为矩形框体,所述量子点薄膜13、导光板11及反光片12依次叠加设置,所述胶框10围绕所述量子点薄膜13、导光板11及反光片12形成的组件周缘。所述背光源为LED灯,其设于所述胶框10与所述导光板11的入光侧之间,用于为所述背光模组提供光。
进一步的,所述导光板11包括与入光侧111相对的侧面112、连接入光侧111与侧面112的出光面113及与出光面113相对的底面114。所述反光片12层叠设于底面114上,所述量子点薄膜13层叠于所述出光面113上。所述两个延伸段132分别向所述入光侧111及所述侧面112弯折后贴合于所述反光片12远离底面114的表面上;此处可以理解的是,所述延伸段132向所述入光侧111及所述侧面112弯折并紧贴所述向所述入光侧111及所述侧面112后再弯折至反光片12所在平面与所述反光片12贴合。
更进一步的,所述量子点薄膜13的延伸段132弯折后与所述反光板12贴合的长度小于等于反光板12的长度的一半。本实施例中,延伸段132与反光板12贴合的长度依具体情况而定,最优方案是既能防止延伸段132的边缘失效对背光的影响,又能很好的固定量子点薄膜13,达到成本平衡。
具体的,所述导光板11为矩形板体。所述量子点薄膜13为长方形板体状,其宽度小于等于所述导光板11的宽度,即入光侧的长度。优选的,所述所述量子点薄膜13宽度等于所述导光板11的宽度。所述量子点薄膜13的长度大于所述导光板11的长度,即所述入光侧111与所述侧面112之间的距离。所述量子点薄膜13的延伸段132与所述反光片12贴合的部分的长度大于等于1mm。
所述量子点薄膜13是从由PET等材料封装大小比例混合的量子点所形成的薄膜基材中裁切形成。也就是说量子点的大小各异或者部分相同,按照比例惊醒混合。所述量子点薄膜13的延伸段132延伸方向的边缘为量子点薄膜进行裁切时的切割边。此边缘易受水氧等外界条件的影响,存在边缘失效的问题,然而,本发明的量子点薄膜13将其设于所述反光片12的下方,而不是与所述导光板11的出光面113边缘平齐设置,不仅避免了在出光面113边缘的量子点薄膜失效,而导致出光品质,而且所述量子点薄膜13容易失效的边缘设于所述反光片12的下方,不会影响导光板的出光。
进一步的,如图1所示,所述两个延伸段132与所述反光板12之间设有双面胶14。所述双面胶14固定所述延伸段132与所述反光板12,可节省双面胶的使用量。
进一步的,如图2所示,所述两个延伸段132远离所述反光板12的表面设有双面胶15,所述双面胶15周围与所述边框10固定。并且所述双面胶15的外表面设有保护膜16,用于保护双面胶15不会受到污染而失效。
进一步的,所背光模组还包括光学膜片17,所述光学膜片17覆盖于所述量子点薄膜13的主体131上。
本发明提供一种显示装置,其包括液晶面板及以上所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板覆盖所述光学膜片17。
本发明的背光模组采用量子点薄膜13实现显示装置的高色域显示品质,并且将所述量子点薄膜13的在切割过程中容易失效的边缘设于所述反光片的底部,既不会影响所述导光板的入光及出光,又避免了导光板11的出光面113边缘部分的量子点薄膜失效而影响显示装置显示画面效果。本发明的背光模组结构简单且保证了显示模组的高色域显示。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种背光模组,其特征在于,背光模组包括胶框、导光板、背光源、反光片及量子点薄膜,所述导光板、背光源、反光片、量子点薄膜设于所述胶框内,所述背光源位于所述导光板的入光侧,所述量子点薄膜包括主体及位于主体相对两端的延伸段,所述反光片与所述量子点薄膜的主体层叠于所述导光板两个相反的表面,所述两个相对的延伸段分别向所述导光板的入光侧及与入光侧相对的另一侧弯折后贴合于所述反光片上。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板包括与入光侧相对的侧面、连接入光侧与侧面的出光面及与出光面相对的底面,所述反光片层叠设于底面上,所述量子点薄膜层叠于所述出光面上,所述两个延伸段分别向所述入光侧及所述侧面弯折后贴合于所述反光片远离底面的表面上。
3.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述两个延伸段与所述反光板之间设有双面胶。
4.如权利要求2所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述两个延伸段远离所述反光板的表面设有双面胶。
5.如权利要求3或4任一项所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子点薄膜延伸段弯折后与所述反光板贴合的长度小于等于反光板的长度的一半。
6.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所背光模组还包括光学膜片,所述光学膜片覆盖于所述量子点薄膜的主体上。
7.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子点薄膜延伸段延伸方向的边缘为量子点薄膜进行裁切时的切割边。
8.如权利要求5所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述量子点薄膜由PET材料封装大小比例混合的量子点所形成。
9.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括液晶面板及如权利要求1-8任一项所述的背光模组,所述液晶面板设于所述背光模组上,且所述液晶面板覆盖所述光学膜片。
10.如权利要求9所述的显示装置,其特征在于,当所述两个延伸段远离所述反光板的表面设有双面胶时,所述双面胶用于固定所述液晶面板与光学膜片。
