技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LiquidCrystalDisplay,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用,如移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶面板及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlightmodule)。
现在市场上一种热点技术是采用量子点(quantumdot)改进背光色域,量子点是准零维的纳米材料,由少量的原子所构成;其粒径一般介于1~10nm之间,由于电子和空穴被量子限域,连续的能带结构变成具有分子特性的分立能级结构,受激后可以发射荧光,进而改变注入光的色域。量子点背光源技术能够将显示器件的色域水平提高至100%以上。现有采用量子点背光源技术主要有两种,一种是将量子点分散涂布于聚酯薄膜上,取代扩散膜;另一种是将量子点封装于玻璃管中,将玻璃管置于蓝光LED与导光板之间;但是量子点薄膜由于易受水氧等外界条件的影响,边缘裁切时会有部分水氧渗入,存在边缘失效的问题,主要是因绿色量子点较红色量子点粒径小,表面能高,更易与水氧反应失效,所以失效区呈紫红色。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种背光模组及显示装置,避免因边缘量子薄膜失效而产生异常显示。
为了实现上述目的,本发明实施方式提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种背光模组,其包括胶框、导光板、反光片、背光灯及光学膜片,所述导光板、光学膜片依次叠加设置于所述反光片上,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,所述背光模组还包括量子点薄膜,所述胶框的内周面设有绿色补光层,所述背光灯位于所述导光板入光面与所述胶框之间,所述量子点薄膜叠加于所述导光板上并位于所述导光板与所述光学膜片之间。
其中,所述背光灯包括电路板与蓝光LED,所述蓝光LED装于所述电路板上并朝向所述入光面。
其中,所述胶框的材料为绿色PC,所述绿色补光层的材料为绿色PC且与所述胶框一体成型。
其中,所述绿色补光层贴于或喷涂于所述胶框内周面或掺杂于胶框中一体
成型,其材料为绿色PET、绿色PI、绿色荧光粉。
其中,所述导光板包括出光面及底面,所述入光面连接所述出光面与所述底面,所述底面上设有网点。
本申请提供一种显示装置,其包括液晶显示模组及背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、反光片、背光灯及光学膜片,所述导光板、光学膜片依次叠加设置于所述反光片上,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,所述背光模组还包括量子点薄膜,所述胶框的内周面设有绿色补光层,所述背光灯位于所述导光板入光面与所述胶框之间,所述量子点薄膜叠加于所述导光板上并位于所述导光板与所述光学膜片之间,所述液晶显示模组装于所述背光模组上覆盖所述光学膜片。
其中,所述背光灯包括电路板与蓝光LED,所述蓝光LED装于所述电路板上并朝向所述入光面。
其中,所述胶框的材料为绿色PC,所述绿色补光层为胶框的内周面。
其中,所述绿色补光层贴于或喷涂于所述胶框内周面或掺杂与胶框中一体
成型,其材料为绿色PET、绿色PI或者绿色荧光粉。

本发明的背光模组的胶框本身反射的绿色光线会对背光模组边缘有一定的光亮度补强,解决量子点薄膜边缘失效而导致显示装置显示异常问题。。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1与图2,本发明的较佳实施例提供了一种背光模组,其包括胶框11、导光板12、反光片13、背光灯15及光学膜片17。所述导光板12、光学膜片17依次叠加设置于所述反光片13上,所述胶框11导光板12及光学膜片17周缘设置并收容所述背光灯。所述背光模组还包括量子点薄膜14,所述胶框11的内周面设有绿色补光层(图未标),所述背光灯15位于所述导光板12入光面121与所述胶框11之间,所述量子点薄膜14叠加于所述导光板12上并位于所述导光板12与所述光学膜片17之间。光学膜片17、量子点薄膜14、导光板12及反光片13依次叠加设置。
本实施例中,所述胶框11为矩形框体,其包括第一侧周面及第二侧周面。所述第二侧周面与所述反光片13周缘黏贴固定,所述反光片13用于将导光板背面露出的光线反射回导光板,从而提高光线利用率。
本实施例中,所述胶框11的材料为绿色聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC),使整个胶框11均为绿色。所述绿色补光层的材料为绿色聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate,PC)与胶框11一体成型,可以理解为绿色补光层为胶框11的内周面。此结构在工艺上直接形成胶框及可,简化背光模组结构,工艺简单节省流程,而且保证绿色补光层的精度。在其他实施方式中,所述绿色补光层贴于或喷涂于所述胶框内周面或掺杂于胶框中一体成型,其材料为绿色(聚对苯二甲酸类塑料,Polyethyleneterephthalate,PET)、绿色聚酰亚胺(Polyimide,PI)、绿色荧光粉。
本实施例中,所述导光板12包括出光面122及底面123,所述入光面121连接所述出光面122与所述底面123,所述底面123上设有网点,以增强所述导光板12的导光效果。所述量子点薄膜14叠加于入光面121上。
本实施例中,所述背光灯15包括电路板与蓝光LED151,所述蓝光LED151装于所述电路板上并朝向所述入光面121。所述量子点薄膜14位于胶框11的周边会因为裁切时会有部分水氧渗入,形成边缘失效的周边区域。由于本申请的背光模组采用绿色的胶框11,胶框11本身被导光板透出的蓝光LED151照亮后反射的绿色光线会对背光模组边缘有一定的光亮度补强,即胶框11反射的绿光与LED的蓝光及量子点薄膜14位于胶框11边缘的失效的周边区域红光混合而成白光,使量子点薄膜14边缘失效区的由红紫色变为与正常区一致的白色,解决量子点薄膜14边缘失效而导致显示异常问题。
请参阅图3,本发明还涉及一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括背光模组和液晶面板20,所述液晶面板20装于背光模组上位于所述光学膜片17上方,并且通过双面胶21固定。背光模组的胶框11本身反射的绿色光线会对背光模组边缘有一定的光亮度补强,解决量子点薄膜14边缘失效而导致显示装置显示异常问题。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光模组,其包括胶框、导光板、反光片、背光灯及光学膜片,所述导光板、光学膜片依次叠加设置于所述反光片上,所述胶框围绕所述导光板及光学膜片周缘设置并收容所述背光灯,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括量子点薄膜,所述胶框的内周面设有绿色补光层,所述背光灯位于所述导光板入光面与所述胶框之间,所述量子点薄膜叠加于所述导光板上并位于所述导光板与所述光学膜片之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述背光灯包括电路板与蓝光LED,所述蓝光LED装于所述电路板上并朝向所述入光面。
3.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述胶框的材料为绿色PC,所述绿色补光层与所述胶框材料相同且一体成型。
4.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述绿色补光层贴于或喷涂于所述胶框内周面或掺杂于胶框中一体成型,其材料为绿色PET、绿色PI、绿色荧光粉或绿色QD。
5.如权利要求1所述的背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板包括出光面及底面,所述入光面连接所述出光面与所述底面,所述底面上设有网点。
6.一种显示装置,其包括液晶显示模组及背光模组,所述背光模组包括胶框、导光板、反光片、背光灯及光学膜片,所述导光板、光学膜片依次叠加设置于所述反光片上,所述胶框围绕所述反光片、导光板及光学膜片周缘设置,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括量子点薄膜,所述胶框的内周面设有绿色补光层,所述背光灯位于所述导光板入光面与所述胶框之间,所述量子点薄膜叠加于所述导光板上并位于所述导光板与所述光学膜片之间,所述液晶显示模组装于所述背光模组上覆盖所述光学膜片。
7.如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述背光灯包括电路板与蓝光LED,所述蓝光LED装于所述电路板上并朝向所述入光面。
8.如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述胶框的材料为绿色聚碳酸酯,所述绿色补光层为胶框的内周面或胶框本身。
9.如权利要求6所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述绿色补光层贴于或喷涂于所述胶框内周面或掺杂与胶框中一体成型,其材料为绿色PET、绿色PI、绿色荧光粉。
10.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,所述导光板包括出光面及底面,所述入光面连接所述出光面与所述底面,所述底面上设有网点。
