Abstract

本发明公开了一种超窄边框背光模组,包括导光板、光源、遮光层和光学膜片组,所述光源为侧入式光源,设于所述导光板的入光端,所述光学膜片组设于所述导光板上表面的出光面所在侧,所述遮光层贴合于所述光学膜片组的上表面边缘和端面,并包裹所述导光板的各个非入光端的端面和下表面边缘。本发明还公开了一种显示装置。本发明的背光模组的非入光侧的边框宽度仅仅为遮光层在光学膜片组表面边缘的宽度,因此可以做得非常窄,实现了背光模组的超窄边框设计,有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。

Description

超窄边框背光模组及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种超窄边框背光模组及显示装置。
背景技术
随着液晶显示装置在各个领域的广泛应用,人们对于液晶显示装置的薄型化和窄边框化提出了更高的要求,要求液晶显示模块的厚度尽可能薄、边框尽可能窄。
现有小尺寸背光模组通常采用胶框进行部材的支撑与固定,若要进行超窄边框设计时,胶框位于导光板、光学膜片组等光学结构的外围,然后采用遮光胶将光学膜片组与胶框之间的缝隙遮挡,在以胶框为主体的架构下,背光模组的左右边框宽度为遮光胶在光学膜片组表面的最小贴胶宽度、光学膜片组到胶框内壁的最小间隙与胶框壁厚之和,在上述参数受工艺所限无法再进行缩减时,即达到此种设计所能做到的最窄状态。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种超窄边框背光模组及显示装置。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种超窄边框背光模组,包括导光板、光源、遮光层和光学膜片组,所述光源为侧入式光源,设于所述导光板的入光端,所述光学膜片组设于所述导光板上表面的出光面所在侧,所述遮光层贴合于所述光学膜片组的上表面边缘和端面,并包裹所述导光板的各个非入光端的端面和下表面边缘。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述的超窄边框背光模组还包括反射片,所述反射片贴附于所述述导光板下表面,且所述遮光层贴合于所述反射片的边缘。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述光学膜片组的边缘开设有通孔,所述遮光层靠近所述光学膜片组的端部内表面设有凸起部,所述凸起部插设于所述通孔内。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述导光板、所述光学膜片组、所述反射片的非入光端的端面平齐。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述遮光层内表面为反射层。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述遮光层贴合于所述光学膜片组的上表面的部分为双面胶层。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述光学膜片组包括多层层叠设置的棱镜片,最上层的棱镜片的上表面边缘为平面,所述遮光层贴合于所述最上层的棱镜片的边缘。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述的超窄边框背光模组还包括U形的框体,所述框体罩设于所述导光板的入光端,所述光源被封闭于所述框体与所述导光板围成的空间内。
作为其中一种实施方式,所述光源固定在所述框体内表面。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种显示装置,包括显示面板和所述的超窄边框背光模组,所述显示面板设于所述光学膜片组上方。
本发明的背光模组的非入光侧的边框宽度仅仅为遮光层在光学膜片组表面边缘的宽度,因此可以做得非常窄,实现了背光模组的超窄边框设计,有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1~3a,本发明实施例的超窄边框背光模组主要包括导光板10、光源20、遮光层30和光学膜片组40,光源20为侧入式LED光源,设于导光板10的入光端,光学膜片组40设于导光板10上表面的出光面所在侧,遮光层30贴合于光学膜片组40的上表面边缘和端面,并包裹导光板10的各个非入光端的端面和下表面边缘。
遮光层30同时包裹于导光板10、光学膜片组40的边缘,可以避免光线从侧面漏出,并且可以将背光模组内各结构集合为一体,可以省去胶框、前框等结构,因此使得背光模组的非入光侧的边框宽度仅仅为遮光层在光学膜片组表面边缘的宽度,背光模组可以做得非常窄,实现了背光模组的超窄边框设计。如图1和图2,光学膜片组40上表面的边缘由遮光层30进行包裹,只需很窄的一部分即可,而背光模组底面的遮光层30可以相对做得更宽,保证更好的粘合效果,不会影响背光效果。
反射片50贴附在导光板10的下表面,将从射入到其上的光反射回导光板10内进行二次利用,在导光板10的下表面还可以均匀地布置有散射网点,使导光板10内的光线发散处理后从其上部的出光侧射出。反射片50的四周端面与导光板10平齐,遮光层30的下端延伸至贴合于反射片50的端面和边缘。
这里,该遮光层30为遮光胶带,导光板10、光学膜片组40的非入光端的端面也平齐,方便遮光层30包裹并贴附。另外,遮光层30的内表面也可以制作成反射层,经导光板10、光学膜片组40边缘漏出的光线可以被反射回。
如图3a,显示装置包括显示面板1和该背光模组,显示面板1设于光学膜片组40的上方,遮光层30贴合于光学膜片组40的上表面的部分为双面胶层,显示面板1通过遮光层30上表面的双面胶层粘贴于背光模组上。
作为其中一种实施方式,光学膜片组40包括多层层叠设置的棱镜片,最上层的棱镜片的上表面的边缘为平面,遮光层30贴合于最上层的棱镜片的边缘的平面部分,能够保证良好的粘附效果。在其他实施方式中,还可以将最上层的棱镜片的棱镜面朝向导光板10,且该棱镜面的上表面设置为平面。
如图3b,遮光层30靠近光学膜片组40的端部的内表面还可以设置有凸起部30a,该凸起部30a为凸柱或凸块,通过在光学膜片组40的边缘开设有通孔,将凸起部301插入到对应的通孔内,当显示面板1粘贴并压在遮光层30的该部位时,可以提升遮光层30上端的防脱效果,提高遮光层30与光学膜片组40的固定可靠性。
如图3c,位于背光模组底部的遮光层30可以延伸至完全包覆反射片50,一层遮光层30粘附在反射片50的整个底面和端面、导光板10的各个非入光端面、光学膜片组40的端面以及上表面边缘,提高背光模组的整体结构的可靠性。
如图4所示,在背光模组的入光端,本实施例还具有U形的框体60,框体60作为灯罩,罩设于导光板10的入光端,光源20被封闭于框体60与导光板10围成的空间内。框体60的上端和下端分别夹持光学膜片组40、导光板10并并贴紧光学膜片组40、导光板10的边缘,还可以通过胶体等实现与光学膜片组40、导光板10的粘贴固定。框体60的材料可以选用薄的金属片或具有良好弹性的塑胶,利用本身的弹性即可实现一定的夹持作用,实现预定位,然后再通过粘贴等方式固定在相应的部位。
一方面,框体60可以作为光罩保护光源20和背光模组的入光端,另一方面,光源20还可以固定在框体60内表面。如图5所示,框体60朝向导光板10的内表面凸设有限位板61,限位板61围成环形,可以将光源20安装于其中,限位板61的端面抵接在导光板10、反射片50或光学膜片组40的端面,一方面保证了光源20的藕光距离,另一方面,还使得框体60的上下两端能够很好地保持与光学膜片组40与反射片50的贴紧状态而不会出现歪斜。
本发明的背光模组的非入光侧的边框宽度仅仅为遮光层在光学膜片组表面边缘的宽度,因此可以做得非常窄,实现了背光模组的超窄边框设计,有利于提升产品的市场竞争力。并且,U形的框体结构的光罩位于背光模组的入光端,夹持于光学膜片组和导光板的边缘,省去了胶框和胶框内卡持光源的卡槽结构,背光模组的入光侧只需预留光罩的卡持长度即可,背光模组的入光侧的边框宽度也得以缩窄。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,包括导光板(10)、光源(20)、遮光层(30)和光学膜片组(40),所述光源(20)为侧入式光源,设于所述导光板(10)的入光端,所述光学膜片组(40)设于所述导光板(10)上表面的出光面所在侧,所述遮光层(30)贴合于所述光学膜片组(40)的上表面边缘和端面,并包裹所述导光板(10)的各个非入光端的端面和下表面边缘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,还包括反射片(50),所述反射片(50)贴附于所述述导光板(10)下表面,且所述遮光层(30)贴合于所述反射片(50)的边缘。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,所述光学膜片组(40)的边缘开设有通孔,所述遮光层(30)靠近所述光学膜片组(40)的端部内表面设有凸起部(30a),所述凸起部(30a)插设于所述通孔内。
4.根据权利要求2所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,所述导光板(10)、所述光学膜片组(40)、所述反射片(50)的非入光端的端面平齐。
5.根据权利要求2所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,所述遮光层(30)内表面为反射层。
6.根据权利要求2所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,所述遮光层(30)贴合于所述光学膜片组(40)的上表面的部分为双面胶层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,所述光学膜片组(40)包括多层层叠设置的棱镜片,最上层的棱镜片的上表面边缘为平面,所述遮光层(30)贴合于所述最上层的棱镜片的边缘。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,还包括U形的框体(60),所述框体(60)罩设于所述导光板(10)的入光端,所述光源(20)被封闭于所述框体(60)与所述导光板(10)围成的空间内。
9.根据权利要求8所述的超窄边框背光模组,其特征在于,所述光源(20)固定在所述框体(60)内表面。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括显示面板(1)和权利要求1-9任一所述的超窄边框背光模组,所述显示面板(1)设于所述光学膜片组(40)上方。
