Abstract

本发明一种导电防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将50份聚氨酯树脂、30份醇酸树脂、8份环氧树脂、2份聚乙烯醇、7份乙酸乙酯、0.5份分散剂加入容器中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分A;将10份乙炔炭黑、0.7份硅烷偶联剂、1份有机膨润土、6份碳纤维、0.2份二甲基聚硅氧烷混合均匀,得到组分B;将组分B与组分A混合,搅拌40min,然后加入2份聚乙烯醇、0.8份防腐剂,搅拌混合均匀,即得到导电防腐涂料。本发明选用聚氨酯树脂、醇酸树脂和环氧树脂配合使用,三者产生协同作用;选用乙炔炭黑、有机膨润土和碳纤维作为导电填料,显著提高了树脂的导电性;采用固化剂可以使涂料在短时间内很好的固化。

一种导电防腐涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于导电涂料技术领域,具体是一种导电防腐涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
导电涂料是指具有导电和排除累计静电荷的能力的涂料,一般分为本征型和掺杂型。本征型导电涂料是指以本征型导电聚合物为成膜物质所制成的导电涂料。导电高分子用于导电涂料的制备方法大多集中在直接利用导电高分子作成膜树脂、导电高分子与其他树脂混合使用、导电高分子材料作为导电填料使用等方面,其中最典型的代表有聚苯胺、聚吡咯、聚噻吩、聚喹啉等是较为活跃的一个研究领域。本征型导电涂料主要应用于防腐抗静电涂料、吸波涂料、电磁屏蔽涂料等,国内已经研究出多种聚苯胺抗静电防腐涂料。掺杂型导电涂料是指以高分子聚合物为基础加入导电物质,利用导电物质的导电作用,来达到涂层电导率在10-12S/m 以上。它既具有导电功能,同时又具有高分子聚合物的许多优异特性,可以在较大范围内根据使用需要调节涂料的电学和力学性能,并且成本较低,简单易行,因而获得较为广泛的应用。掺杂型导电涂料由高分子聚合物、导电填料、溶剂及助剂等组成。常用的导电填料有金属系填料、碳系填料、金属氧化物系填料、复合填料、新型纳米导电填料等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术缺陷,提供一种导电防腐涂料的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种导电防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将50份聚氨酯树脂、30份醇酸树脂、8份环氧树脂、2份聚乙烯醇、7份乙酸乙酯、0.5份分散剂加入容器中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分A;
(2)将10份乙炔炭黑、0.7份硅烷偶联剂、1份有机膨润土、6份碳纤维、0.2份二甲基聚硅氧烷混合均匀,得到组分B;
(3)将组分B与组分A混合,搅拌40min,然后加入2份聚乙烯醇、0.8份防腐剂、1份胺类固化剂,搅拌混合均匀,即得到导电防腐涂料。
本发明的有益效果:本发明选用聚氨酯树脂、醇酸树脂和环氧树脂配合使用,三者产生协同作用;选用乙炔炭黑、有机膨润土和碳纤维作为导电填料,显著提高了树脂的导电性,导电填料在树脂中的分散性好;采用固化剂可以使涂料在短时间内很好的固化;采用防腐剂,可明显提高涂料的防腐性能。
具体实施方式
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种导电防腐涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1、将50份聚氨酯树脂、30份醇酸树脂、8份环氧树脂、2份聚乙烯醇、7份乙酸乙酯、0.5份分散剂加入容器中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分A。
2、将10份乙炔炭黑、0.7份硅烷偶联剂、1份有机膨润土、6份碳纤维、0.2份二甲基聚硅氧烷混合均匀,得到组分B。
3、将组分B与组分A混合,搅拌40min,然后加入2份聚乙烯醇、0.8份防腐剂、1份胺类固化剂,搅拌混合均匀,即得到导电防腐涂料。
本发明选用聚氨酯树脂、醇酸树脂和环氧树脂配合使用,三者产生协同作用;选用乙炔炭黑、有机膨润土和碳纤维作为导电填料,显著提高了树脂的导电性,同时也增强了涂料的强度,导电填料在树脂中的分散性好;采用固化剂可以使涂料在短时间内很好的固化;采用防腐剂,可明显提高涂料的防腐性能。

1.一种导电防腐涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
   (1)将50份聚氨酯树脂、30份醇酸树脂、8份环氧树脂、2份聚乙烯醇、7份乙酸乙酯、0.5份分散剂加入容器中,搅拌至完全溶解,得到组分A;
   (2)将10份乙炔炭黑、0.7份硅烷偶联剂、1份有机膨润土、6份碳纤维、0.2份二甲基聚硅氧烷混合均匀,得到组分B;
   (3)将组分B与组分A混合,搅拌40min,然后加入2份聚乙烯醇、0.8份防腐剂、1份胺类固化剂,搅拌混合均匀,即得到导电防腐涂料。
