Abstract

本发明公开一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,包括:(1)改性石墨烯的制备;(2)耐高温涂料的制备:将制备的改性石墨烯粉体,与有机硅树脂的混合,加入二甲苯后球磨,制的含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料。本发明首先改性石墨烯在其表面接枝有机硅单体,然后分散到有机硅树脂中,球磨分散均匀后固化成膜。这样改性后的石墨烯可以在树脂中均匀分散,改善有机硅涂层的柔韧性、附着力、耐温和导电性能。能有效解决工频大电流和雷电冲击电流时的高温、导电以及腐蚀方面的问题,在接地应用方面有巨大的潜在应用价值。

一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于化工涂料领域,特别设计一种耐高温涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
石墨烯作为目前发现的最薄、强度最大、导电导热性能最强的一种新型纳米材料,被称为“新材料之王”,但石墨烯容易团聚、不易分散的问题一直困扰着它的广泛应用。有机硅涂料具有优良的耐热性、耐高低温、耐电晕,耐潮湿和抗水性;对臭氧、紫外线和大气的稳定性良好,对一般化学药品的抵抗力也好。但是有机硅涂料在耐热、耐老化的同时,其附着力、柔韧性和导电性能较差,在一些需要耐高温又需要导电的领域受到极大的限制。
有机硅树脂作为耐高温涂料的研究已经有很多,而耐高温导电涂料的研究不多,并且加入的导电填料的种类有限,金属粉作为导电填料时,加热容易氧化,石墨、炭黑的导电率低,不能满足大电流的冲击,至今没有能够应用到接地网的既具有防腐性能、又能够承受大电流冲击的导电涂料。石墨烯具有超强的导电性能,添加少量就可以明显提高涂层的导电性能,但要实现其在树脂的分散问题是急需克服的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目在于提供一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)改性石墨烯的制备
取氧化石墨烯Ag和无水吡啶BmL混合,超声震荡后置于冰水浴中,滴加CmL二氯硅烷,反应5~10h后,加入DmL水,继续搅拌反应,抽滤、洗涤,将固体加入到EL水中,加入Fg水合肼,于90~95℃的水浴中反应1~1.5h后过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到表面接枝了有机硅小分子的改性石墨烯粉体;A:B:C:D:E:F=5:(300~500):(5~10):(20~50):(3~5):(5~10);
(2)耐高温涂料的制备
将制备的G质量份的改性石墨烯粉体,与H质量份的有机硅树脂的混合,加入I质量份的二甲苯后球磨2~5h,制的含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料;G:H:I=1:(10~100):(1~60)。
进一步的,将含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料涂覆于马口铁试片上后,依次经过室温固化2h,140℃固化1~2h,180℃固化1~2h,获得涂层;涂层电阻率小于150Ω·cm,附着力为1级。
进一步的,所述二氯硅烷为二甲基二氯硅烷、甲基苯基二氯硅烷、甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷中一种或者几种的混合物。
进一步的,所述有机硅树脂为甲基苯基硅树脂、甲基硅树脂、环氧改性有机硅树脂、有机硅聚酯改性树脂、苯甲基透明硅树脂、甲基透明有机硅树脂、聚甲基硅树脂、氨基硅树脂、氟硅树脂、有机硅-环氧树脂、有机硅聚酯树脂中的一种或者几种的混合物。
进一步的,步骤(1)中超声震荡的时间为0.5~1h。
进一步的,步骤(1)中加入水后继续搅拌反应的时间为2h。
所述的制备方法制备的含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明首先对石墨烯表面改性,接枝有机硅小分子树脂,极大的提高石墨烯在有机硅树脂中的分散性,添加少量的石墨烯,就可以使制备的涂层具有良好的防腐性、力学性能和导电性能,其涂层电阻率小于150Ω·cm,附着力为1级。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取氧化石墨烯5g和无水吡啶300mL混合,超声震荡0.5h后置于冰水浴中,缓慢滴加5mL甲基苯基二氯硅烷,反应5h后,加入20mL水,继续搅拌反应2h,抽滤、洗涤,将固体加入到3L水中,加入5g水合肼,于90℃的水浴中反应1h后过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到表面接枝了有机硅小分子的改性石墨烯粉体;
将制备的1g改性石墨烯粉体,与10g环氧改性有机硅树脂混合,加入60g二甲苯后球磨2h,制的含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料。涂覆到马口铁试片上后,依次经过室温固化2h,140℃固化1h,180℃固化1h,测试涂层的性能。
其结果如下:
电阻率 122Ω·cm
附着力 1级
柔韧性 2mm
耐冲击性 50kg·cm
400℃下0.5h 涂层变黄,没有脱落
实施例2
取氧化石墨烯5g和无水吡啶500mL混合,超声震荡1h后置于冰水浴中,缓慢滴加5mL二甲基二氯硅烷和5mL甲基苯基二氯硅烷,反应10h后,加入50mL水,继续搅拌反应2h,抽滤、洗涤,将固体加入到5L水中,加入10g水合肼,于95℃的水浴中反应1.5h后过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到表面接枝了有机硅小分子的改性石墨烯粉体;
将制备的1g改性石墨烯粉体,与100g有机硅聚酯改性树脂混合,加入10g二甲苯后球磨2h,制的含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料。涂覆到马口铁试片上后,依次经过室温固化2h,140℃固化1h,180℃固化1h,测试涂层的性能。
其结果如下:
电阻率 532Ω·cm
附着力 1级
柔韧性 2mm
耐冲击性 50kg·cm
400℃下0.5h 涂层变黄,没有脱落
实施例3
取氧化石墨烯5g和无水吡啶400mL混合,超声震荡1h后置于冰水浴中,缓慢滴加7mL甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷,反应8h后,加入30mL水,继续搅拌反应2h,抽滤、洗涤,将固体加入到4L水中,加入8g水合肼,于93℃的水浴中反应1.5h后过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到表面接枝了有机硅小分子的改性石墨烯粉体;
将制备的1g改性石墨烯粉体,与80g氨基硅树脂混合,加入1g二甲苯后球磨2h,制的含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料。涂覆到马口铁试片上后,依次经过室温固化2h,140℃固化1h,180℃固化1h,测试涂层的性能。
其结果如下:
电阻率 437Ω·cm
附着力 1级
柔韧性 2mm
耐冲击性 50kg·cm
400℃下0.5h 涂层变黄,没有脱落

Claims (7)

1.一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)改性石墨烯的制备
取氧化石墨烯Ag和无水吡啶BmL混合,超声震荡后置于冰水浴中,滴加CmL二氯硅烷,反应5~10h后,加入DmL水,继续搅拌反应,抽滤、洗涤,将固体加入到EL水中,加入Fg水合肼,于90~95℃的水浴中反应1~1.5h后过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到表面接枝了有机硅小分子的改性石墨烯粉体;A:B:C:D:E:F=5:(300~500):(5~10):(20~50):(3~5):(5~10);
(2)耐高温涂料的制备
将制备的G质量份的改性石墨烯粉体,与H质量份的有机硅树脂的混合,加入I质量份的二甲苯后球磨2~5h,制的含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料;G:H:I=1:(10~100):(1~60)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:将含改性石墨烯的耐高温涂料涂覆于马口铁试片上后,依次经过室温固化2h,140℃固化1~2h,180℃固化1~2h,获得涂层;涂层电阻率小于150Ω·cm,附着力为1级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述二氯硅烷为二甲基二氯硅烷、甲基苯基二氯硅烷、甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷中一种或者几种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述有机硅树脂为甲基苯基硅树脂、甲基硅树脂、环氧改性有机硅树脂、有机硅聚酯改性树脂、苯甲基透明硅树脂、甲基透明有机硅树脂、聚甲基硅树脂、氨基硅树脂、氟硅树脂、有机硅-环氧树脂、有机硅聚酯树脂中的一种或者几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中超声震荡的时间为0.5~1h。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中加入水后继续搅拌反应的时间为2h。
7.权利要求1至6中任一项所述的制备方法制备的含改性石墨烯耐高温涂料。
