本发明还提供清洁牙齿的方法,所述方法包括用具有颜料体系的洁齿剂刷牙,所述颜料体系包含(i) 包含一种或多种可释放颜料的可溶解或可崩解膜,所述可释放颜料在刷牙期间释放,和(ii) 二氧化钛,其中二氧化钛的水平为所述洁齿剂重量的0.01-0.375%,例如约0.1%,所述洁齿剂例如为上述洁齿剂1等中的任一种,例如:
a. 如下方法,其中持续刷牙,直至所述膜崩解且所述颜料提供给使用者刷牙充分的彩色信号,例如,
b. 上述方法,在膜崩解之前的刷牙时间为30-180秒,例如,对于供儿童使用的牙膏,所述刷牙时间为约45-60秒,而对于供成人使用的牙膏,所述刷牙时间为约90-120秒。
口服可接受:本发明的组合物将在口腔中局部使用,因此在本发明中使用的各组分应该是口服可接受的,即对于以所提供的量和浓度在口腔中局部使用是安全的。
在本文中,某一范围用于描述在该范围内的每一个值的简写形式。可选择在该范围内的任何值作为该范围的终点。另外,本文引用的所有参考文献都通过引用整体结合到本文中来。如果本发明公开中的定义与所引用的参考文献中的定义有冲突时,以本发明公开的为准。
除非另外说明,否则在本说明书和在本说明书的其他地方所表述的所有百分数和量都应该理解为指重量百分数。所给出的量基于材料的有效重量计算。
在以下实施例中进一步描述本发明的实施方案。这些实施例仅为举例说明,而不以任何方式限制如所描述并要求保护的本发明的范围。
实施例
实施例1-制剂优化
在初始实验中,其中牙膏通过在改进的商业洁齿剂基质中混合包含颜料蓝15的可溶解膜碎片来制备,牙刷刷毛在重复使用和颜料释放之后被染成蓝色。在刷毛上的蓝色量使用Lab色空间(色彩对立空间,具有亮度维度L和色彩对立维度a和b,基于非线性压缩的CIE XYZ色空间坐标)测量。
初始实验用各种制剂进行,以确定刷毛染色的关键制剂推动者。利用实验方法的设计来精制和系统优化制剂,集中在三种成分上。
制备25种制剂,其中变量在该框架内,并对于性能和刷毛染色进行系统评价。含有在前面所述范围内的Gantrez(甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸酐的共聚物)、十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)和二氧化钛的制剂遵循下表1:

意外发现在Gantrez (甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸酐的共聚物)和二氧化钛之间存在可导致蓝色颜料沉积在刷毛上的相互作用。出人意料地,TiO2水平越低,看起来蓝色颜料在刷毛上沉积的程度越低。因此假设沉积可能通过电荷(极化)现象推动。

测试该试剂,观察在使用之后牙刷刷毛是否被染色。相比原始制剂显示明显刷毛染色(∆E > 20),优化制剂虽然在刷牙时提供良好的颜色改变,但显示极少的刷毛染色(∆E < 5)。

Claims (11)
1.洁齿剂,所述洁齿剂具有颜料体系,所述颜料体系包含一种或多种可释放颜料和二氧化钛,其中所述二氧化钛的水平为所述洁齿剂重量的0.05-0.2%,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料包含颜料蓝15:
并且其中所述洁齿剂包含1.5-2.0%的十二烷基硫酸钠和0.5-2.0%的甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸酐的共聚物。
2.权利要求1的洁齿剂,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料在用口腔护理器具刷牙期间释放。
3.权利要求2的洁齿剂,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料提供给使用者刷牙充分的彩色信号,且所述二氧化钛降低或抑制由所述可释放颜料引起的所述口腔护理器具的染色。
4.权利要求1的洁齿剂,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料包含在可溶解或可崩解膜中,且其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料在刷牙期间释放。
5.权利要求1的洁齿剂,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料还包含不溶性颜料。
6.权利要求1的洁齿剂,所述洁齿剂包含:
a)0.1%的二氧化钛,
b)0.3%的三氯生,
c)1.5-2.0%的十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS),
d)0.24%的氟化钠,
e)45-75%的包含丙三醇、山梨糖醇和丙二醇中的一种或多种的润湿剂,
f)1-10%的包含黄原胶、角叉菜胶和胶体二氧化硅中的一种或多种的增稠剂,
g)0.5-2.0%的甲基乙烯基醚和马来酸酐的共聚物,和
h)15-25%的水。
7.权利要求1的洁齿剂,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料在水存在下刷牙大于30秒且小于180秒的时间之后明显释放,其中所述可释放颜料的释放提供给使用者刷牙充分的彩色信号。
8.用权利要求1-7中任一项的洁齿剂清洁牙齿的用于非治疗目的的方法。
9.权利要求8的方法,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料提供给使用者用口腔护理器具充分刷牙的彩色信号,且所述二氧化钛降低或抑制由所述可释放颜料引起的所述口腔护理器具的染色。
10.权利要求8的方法,其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料包含在可溶解或可崩解膜中,且其中所述一种或多种可释放颜料在刷牙期间释放,其中在所述可溶解或可崩解膜溶解或崩解之前的刷牙时间为30-180秒。
11.权利要求9或10中任一项的方法,其中所述口腔护理器具为牙刷,且所述二氧化钛降低或抑制在刷牙期间所述牙刷刷毛的染色。
